Haven't been here in maybe over a year and I had 2 decent sized loads to wash. It's all t shirts and both dryers were appropriately filled. I used a huge dryer & a regular sized one; after 24 minutes of drying on high heat, all wet still. We ran it again and the big dryer finally dried everything in it but the small dryer was still completely wet! After everything finally got dried, and me wasting more money.. all my clothes were still wrinkled to shit and 1/3 of my clothes were still wet/damp. Never coming back again; this place is a POS. They upgraded their washers and dryers and they still don't work for shit. To others looking to do laundry here, don't. Find somewhere else! read more

I used to live in one of the apartment complexes near this place, and my parents would often take our laundry here, because the laundry machines in our apartment complex had terribly laundry machines that would just burn our clothes. So this is happened numerous times at this location I've put that I want hot water extra rinse extra soil and I know that the water circulates through the top as well as inside the machine and I mean you're paying like two bucks plus for hot water and all the machines have color when you let them know what's going on with that they say that it's the machine but I do it in another machine and it's the same exact thing so pretty much don't come here if you want to get hot water because you're just gonna get cold water and they're just gonna charge you for the hot water that you're not gonna get and then when you bring it to their attention they're gonna blame it on the machine and then offer you a free dry maybe If that. OK and then I go ahead and wait for the attendant to assist me and as I am bringing my problem to her attention she acts like she can't speak a lick of English and said 00 I don't know I'm still talking to her and she just rudely walks away goes into the bathroom and just acts like I'm not even paying customer extremely rude and very very ignorant I would definitely not say this is the laundromat to go to especially if you're looking for a customer service because there's absolutely none hereUnless if you speak Spanish so because I'm white I'm treated like a piece of shit and have to pay $2.50 more for hot water that you're not gonna receive so don't waste your time go somewhere else read more

If the machines eat your money here, don't expect any help or refund. I've been coming to this laundromat for almost 10 years, but after my experience today I will never return. Through management changes, price hikes, and even the loss of amenities like the massage chairs and toy machines I've been a customer. Around 11 AM, I was using two large dryers and kept inserting my card to add more time. Each swipe deducted money and added 24 minutes, but the dryers never went past 72 minutes total. I wanted to load over 90 minutes because I had errands to run and I feel more comfortable knowing I still have extra time before coming back so I do not risk my clothes being stolen. Instead, I lost about 8 to 10 dollars with nothing to show for it. Nowhere in the laundromat does it say there is a 72 minute limit, so customers have no way of knowing. When I explained this to the attendant, she had the audacity to ask if I was "new here" because "regulars know how the machines work." I am a regular, and honestly, she looks new to me. Instead of helping, she kept repeating the same "24 minutes per cycle" explanation over and over, even after I told her I already understood. When I tried to clarify, she actually told me not to interrupt her, only to repeat herself again. She even questioned why I'd want more than 72 minutes, which is none of her business. When I asked for a refund, she flat out said, "We don't do refunds." In the past, the old attendant would check the system, confirm the error, and either refund me or use the company card to cover the full amount. That was fair. This time, all I got was two 24-minute cycle that didn't come close to covering my loss. Later, when I came back to pick up my clothes, she was sitting on a bench chatting with another customer about her pay instead of helping customers. So either the owner is greedy and doesn't allow refunds or this new attendant is simply too lazy to care. Either way, I got ripped off. read more

I went Sunday evening and used their 60lb washers specifically machines 1,2,3,4. I put the same amount of soap in all 4 machines. Machine 1 froze in the middle of the cycle and wouldn't finish the wash. I informed the attendant and she told me one second she walked around the laundry mat conversed with the regulars loaded a dryer with clothes then 15 minutes later came to reset the machine then tells me it's not done and that I had to pay again to complete the wash. I said I already paid and she said I put too much soap and that she will not reimburse. I told her it was the same amount of soap I put in the other 3 machines and they all worked except that one. She said sorry you have to pay again. Seriously? So I have to pay twice because your machine didn't work? How does that make any sense? read more

I can't stress enough, how much the ladies at this laundromat are keeping everything clean and pristine! My laundry machine broke so I Yelped near and far and came upon this laundromat. The parking lot is always available and I find myself listening to a podcast or my favorites while I wait for my laundry to finish. This is one of the very few places in the area that have clean machines and is well maintained everyday. The ladies who work there are so helpful and nice. They're well stocked on supplies if you've forgotten bleach or ran out of detergent or softener. They have snack machine and even have free Wi-Fi which is pretty cool. Oh and the music is they play is great too. Oh and it's located next to a 7 leaves and across from Zanku chicken and Mexican Mariscos. Perfect location read more

Lisa, the laundry attendant, ws very mean and unfriendly. 9.31 She stopped me at the entrance, saying the last load was at 9 30 pm .

The prices are affordable for a laundromat, especially factoring that they have machines that can handle multiple loads. It's cleaned constantly, always aired out so it's not hot (which probably helps with COVID too), there's always machines open bc there's so many, there are places to sit, there are vending machines (upcharged for convenience) if u forget detergent/ need supplies, and they keep up on machine maintenance. Only downside IMO is the prepaid cards. Parking is tight in front, but I have always found a spot & they say there's a lot to park in the back. As for the cards, 1) You do have to remember to bring it/ not lose it (otherwise u have to pay more for another) 2) It only lets you add amounts between $5-10 at a time, so u have to do math to avoid overpaying/ might still overpay if u don't have much laundry read more

This place is really starting to suck. They are supposed to open at 6 am and once again I'm here and the doors are locked at 6:30 am. The prices to wash have gone up so much that I seldom see the regulars here anymore. They've moved on to more affordable options. Several machines here are out of service and the restroom is only available if an attendant is around. You can't park in the back lot until they're good and ready to open the gate. I'm getting ready to quit this place myself. If I didn't have a card with a balance on it I'd start today. This place has horrible service and very rude employees that don't know how to be polite and help operate machines. Approx 5pm on Feb 8 wed afternoon myself and 2 other female friends were there to do some laundry and this lady working went out of her way to be completely rude to us forcing us to even consider leaving she was so rude to all of us for no reason. This New Laundromat just opened and it's sooo Wonderful! They have A/C and state of the art washers and dryers. I really enjoyed the nice environment there. They also had really helpful staff, and were cleaning and polishing the equipment to keep it clean. The washers really work well to thoroughly clean the clothes and have a good pressure system to disperse soap and water. The spin cycle in these machines works so well.. that clothing dries fast! The dryers are state of the art and have a fast drying time, clothes feel really nice and pressed in these great dryers! Best part, they conveniently sell soaps, and other products in case you need them for washing. They also have cold drinks and other snacks for sale, as well as reflexology chairs to relax while your waiting. There's also a kid's area with movies, which is really nice ! I haven't been to a laundromat in like 15 years. Just moved into an apartment, and wasn't happy with the laundromat on property. I found this place on help and decided to give it a try. Very clean, I think it just opened because it looks new and all the machines work. They have a huge machine that hold 80 lbs and I was able to wash all my blankets in one load. (Was like $8 for 9 blankets) They have plenty of laundry carts and a small area for the kids to watch TV. Bonus: they have free WiFi. read more

Besides having the newest and cleanest machines, they have the cheapest rates and there are so many different sized machines to chose from. I've never spent more than an hour and a half there, mind you I do about a month of laundry for myself at a time ! You have to buy a prepaid card in order to use their machines. I had 10 bucks on a card and was having issues with the machines and I swiped it a few times but it never started. I was able to do one wash finally but when I wanted to use the dryer it said I didn't have enough funds. I like and I don't like that you guys don't accept coins for laundry. I recently moved and we're out of the luxury of washing at home. This place has been a god send. It's very clean. The staff is very attentive the times I've been there. They have a variety of washer sizes. I'm usually able to do all my laundry in a little over an hour (folding included) which kinda beats washing all day. I definitely appreciate this place being here. Pros when opened was clean and nice. Cons broken machines, no attendants most of the time and dirty, manager/owner does not respond to yelps or messages. They have fake yelps and they don't care if your clothes get ruined. Do not be fooled they literally need management that knows customer service. This place does not take care of the customers. They ignore them and many people agree. They have stoped going and complain about the place. If machines break or have glitch they should help you not give attitude. It's electronics things happen. I arrived on 5/6 at 5:45 and asked the attendant on duty if I can drop off some laundry. Her response was "No...You have to call the number". What number ? I was standing right there at the location. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went saturday Jan. 21st and the machine in where you reload your card was not working properly. I inserted cash to reload my card and the machine would not tell me how much was my balance. I then went to pay for a washer load i swiped my card and it did not want to turn on. I asked one of the workers and they dis not know a thing. They said they would change my card but the same thing happened again. All of a sudden after that, the washer charged my card way more than it read on the price. The dryers do not work at all and even the washers do not clean properly. Please avoid coming to this place because they will take all your money, it is a rip off because they do not make sure this place is functioning properly. read more
