I have waited to re-review this place. The staff is kind and up to now has been the main reason I kept coming back. But at this point even the service won't save how run down the place has gotten. The machines all have gimmicks, either they don't work or they work only if you do something specific (like push on the door of the dryer to keep it closed while you are inserting money). I really wanted to say this place has improved, but it hasn't. Some washers don't utilize the detergent, others have residual bleach from previous customers, so when you use the machine and notice nothing in the bleach slot there is still residual left somewhere that the clothes are ruined. read more

The place is kept up very nicely! I observe the owner/employees cleaning and servicing the machines every time I am there. The machines are very efficient and are all newer machines --at least they all appear to be newer machines. They have a very convenient card system you use --load the card with your credit card and then use their card to pay for all your machines as needed. You park in the back parking lot and enter at the rear of the facility. I am also pretty sure these machines wash and dry my clothes better and certainly more efficiently then my brand name wash/dryers I had at my house --LG Machines. They have at least 3 washing machine sizes you can choose from and at least 2 dryer sizes to choose from. read more

Dropped off a duffle bag full of my baby's and my clothes, they charged the minimum $23 and had it washed, dried, and folded by the next day (after 5pm) Girl at the office is super friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. Its less than a mile away from the Disneyland park, definitely worth it to have everything washed and cleaned before heading back home. We are on a 2 week vacation and needed to wash our laundry. I dropped it off to them at 11am and picked it up at 5pm using their laundry service. The lady working there was wonderful and super helpful. Our laundry was picked up at exactly 5pm, it smells so fresh, the clothes are folded beautifully, and the socks are even bundled like new socks. The laundry mat was busy today (a Saturday) with people doing self-service laundry. The laundry attendant was busy helping those needing assistance and washing the service laundry. She was busy but a smile on her face. I did do one quick load before I left as we were complexly out of laundry. We only had to run the dryer once for our clothes to be done. If you have have ever been to a laundry mat you know the dryer never dries your clothes in one cycle...except this place. read more

I decided to treat myself and have someone else do this chore for me. Upon arrival, I had to drive around the back of the building which I did not realize. I was able to unload my clothes at the door, which was handy. At first, there was a snafu with the billing and I was overcharged. It was fixed immediately and the two ladies helping me were friendly and helpful. I called a few hours before I was to pick up my clothes to see if the laundry was ready early so I wouldn't have to drive in the dark. It was! I would have appreciated a call but no big deal. Thrilled is too small a word to describe how I feel about this service! My clothes not only smell wonderful, they look fantastic. I was turned away today @ 4:15 by an employee named Mayra who informed me that they closed early and pointed to a sign that said that the last load was at 3:30 and as I'm walking out a couple walks up they speak in Spanish and then suddenly they're allowed to come in and wash like DISCÚLPAME MORRA MALA ONDA??! Very disappointed! Been coming here for years and the quality of the place is diminishing. It's expensive and they don't care for the customers. AC is not turned on until later and it gets really hot. They have mosquitos everywhere because of this. No air circulation. I let the owner know but he blew me off. read more

Good coinless laundromat. It's not too big but there's enough machines to get your clothes washed and dry without having to wait for others to leave. The only downside was the lack of Air Conditioning, and the obnoxious child riding a scooter around and around in the facility. Very professional and courteous. Met me at the front door of my hotel to pick up and left my nicely cleaned and folded clothes with bell services when it was returned the next day. I came here to wash my comforters and blankets and wasn't disappointed. There are a lot of signs and at least one attendant here walking around keeping things neat and tidy. There's even a laundry drop off where they'll do your laundry for you! Don't bring your change bring dollar bills. You'll need to purchase a card first and add money on to that but it's cash only. read more

Great place to get laundry done in Orange County. Dropped off our laundry after Disneyland (so super dirty and germ filled). Brought in 13 pounds of clothes. For full service washing and folding it was $30.00 total and ready the next day! If this place were in Seattle I wouldn't need a washer or dryer. Superior scam. They offer a bonus $3 when you spend $20. But after paying for 1 $4.56 wash and 4 $.48 payments in the dryer for 45 minutes my card has gone from $23 to less $10. Now I do another load a week later with $9.48 on the card but after a $4.56 wash I only have $1 on my card math isn't mathing go somewhere else. And god forbid an employee accidentally undercharges your card the owners will actually try to get you to pay the entire balance of the messed up card after invalidating it and making you buy another card. read more

I came here to get my laundry serviced. I usually always get my blankets and comforters cleaned. The place is a small plaza and its situated on Harbor. The parking lot is also quite small. The lady helping me was nice and kind. The prices were a bit high for me, they do charge for same day pick up (optional) which is reasonable, but still the prices were higher than what I usually pay for. When I got blankets back they were clean and soft. They smelled really good and it met my expectations. The reasons I would knock down a star is the laundromat interior was a little old and dirty. First of all: this place doesn't use coins so bring cash. You get a laundry card that you have to load. What's weird is I put $20 on my card and the washing machine said my balance was only $8. What happened to the other $12? Second: a lot of crazy people in the parking lot. My car almost got hit by some guy in a truck because he didn't want to wait and let me drive around him when he was driving the wrong way. There's also a guy that parks in a black Dodge Charger for hours and never gets out of it but just watches women going in and out of the laundromat. Third: a lot of rude customers! People will take their huge laundry carts and block the aisles and just stand there. They also don't understand what "excuse me" means. And tons of unsupervised kids running around. I came here and liked how they have the laundry card instead of using quarters. I came on a Wednesday around 11am, not very packed. It's not crazy in here but I can imagine the weekends are. It cost me $2.99 to wash and they gave me a free dry for my first time having a card which was cool. The washer took 20 minutes and the dryer took 24 minutes. Not bad at all! At my old place it took a hour for washing and a hour for drying! So i'm gonna be in and out of here which I wanted I would recommend this place. This place was recommended to me by my mom. They also have an attendant that answers all of your questions. However, she seems to be only a Spanish speaker. Thank god I know some. And understand most.
