I go for the early bird special and it's always so nice to get greeted by my favorite hard worker Maria! She's is always busy either cleaning the machines, the tops, the floors and folding. Really great laundromat. It's very clean and the people are extremely friendly. I was watching work they do and they do excellent work and will do your laundry as though it's their own. I highly recommend using the laundry here. They use credit cards or debit cards but no cash for the machines. Lots of machines to choose from. Prices are decent. Does not feel like your every day Laundry Mat. They keep everything really clean and honestly I'm usually only here at most an hour and 30 mins and that's at the most. Dryers work great which make everything faster. Plus free drying between 5am to 9am. Best part though is their drop off service. I used it a few times and what ever instructions you leave them they will do it. If you want stuff hung up you just got to provide the hangers to do so but they'll do it. For $20 I can get my laundry done, usually same day service. They charge $1 per pound. It's worth it me! The staff and manager are very friendly, and they do excellent work. Wash and fold, they put the clothes inside small plastic bags and then into the bigger laundry bag. They text you when it's all done! I love them! Beware of the laundry service that charges you an arm and a leg...and they don't even have a laundry facility. They charge you so much because they are taking your clothes to whatever laundry mat they can find. Be careful...Boulder Express is a real laundry mat. I am a student at OCC college and During COVID pandemic I struggled like many others in adapting to online classes. Highly depending on quick WiFi spots such as Starbucks/LAUNDROMATS, libraries, diners, etc. Let me tell you this laundromat is NOT FRIENDLY! I was rudely confronted by an employee, WHILE FOLDING MY CLOTHES I HAD JUST PAID TO WASH, "please, do not take too long, there are cameras watching.." I don't know about you but I like going to a neighborly laundromat where I can occasionally charge my laptop and wash my clothes without BEING WATCHED. I love the concept of not having to use coins, so much easier and quick with a swipe card. Plus they have a rewards program! I noticed they are super clean! They would bring out the store laundry metal basket and spray it with Lysol after a customer is done using it. Paid extra for the ozone wash and my clothes came out much cleaner! My husband works as a mechanic and it took off those stubborn stains I thought were permanent. I also have cats and helped eliminate their scent as well. I was not expecting to do my laundry at this new laundry mat. I will say it's a decent price from the near by laundry mats. There's different prices if you want to wash with cold, warm, or hot water. Drying is 50 cents for 14 minutes. I did like that they sanitize your clothes with every wash and it's environmental friendly! Staff are nice and available for any questions you may have. I know they host raffles for a super wash ,but I don't know how you would enter. Overall, my experience was great just recommend prices for different water temperature to be the same. read more

I am on vacation in Cali for Disneyland. We needed our clothes washed and dried but did not want anyone in our group to stay up overnight or miss a park day. We asked our front desk for a recommendation on a full service laundry place and he said he goes here Boulder express laundry they were a 7 minute drive from our hotel. We dropped off all our clothes at 7am before we headed into Disneyland for the day, they texted me at 1:46 pm that our clothes were ready for pickup. I asked for my total and the time they close and they replied right away answering both of my questions. (See my 2nd photo, fyi i had about 30 pounds of laundry and for full service they charge by the pound). We picked up our clothes after we left the park around 1015pm because we watched world of color that evening and someone was still there to charge us and assist us. I do not ever plan on doing my own laundry again while i am on vacation, boulder express made this process so easy. I will be using this service every time i am in California. Always clean. Always employees there to help with questions. Great customer service! All their machines operate using a card system which I love so I don't have to deal with quarters like other laundromats. However the weakness in the system was displayed when their internet went down and no machine would read the cards. They could have just closed but instead they went around and manually started all the machines free to keep the customers happy. Damn these guys were fast, well priced and super clean. I just dropped off my stuff for a fluff and fold with approx 40'lbs of laundry. And within an hour it's 10 minutes away from being ready for pick up. I wasn't expecting that! They said I could come tomorrow no problem. First time customers get a huge badass laundry bag (in a variety of colors) that are super compact but when u fill them up they hold 50pbs of clothes easily. High quality machinery and detergent and fabric softener. The whole operation was top notch. I WISH I WAS MORE MATURE AND DIDNT HAVE TO DO THIS BUT TURNS OUT IM NOT: if you happen to get Your order rung up by Jesus thank your lucky stars because he's one of the hottest nicest guys I've ever seen. Overall with the machines, prices, and times, this laundromat is really good for the area. I would definitely recommend this business. The largest washer with an 8 load capacity is $9 and the large dryers are 50 cents. We chose the "super wash" option on the washing machine which is said to make the clothes whiter, brighter; and softer. They are said to have Sano3Wash technology that sanitizes the clothes and washers after every load. The clothes came out of the washer looking good and smelling clean. It spun a majority of the water from the clothes so it was enough to transfer to the dryers. After drying, the clothes came out great! But it took us 2 dries to get the clothes fully dry. The building is very clean and spacious. Enough space to move around from each machine while people were folding clothes on the tables. We came to wash on a Wednesday at 6pm and it was not crowded at all. When it turned 7-8pm, that's when people started to come in but there was still enough washers and dryers to use. There is a rewards program where you can earn $5 after receiving 500 points from washing by using their laundry card "FasCard". The large washer of $9 gave 12 points. There is also a FasCard app that you can use to pay and it notifies you when the machines are done. Only major thing that we disliked was the prices of products. Make sure to bring your own detergent because they are over priced here. A small detergent bottle will be $8. We went to CVS across the street to buy a bigger bottle for a better price. read more

I thought this place would be good. what ruined my experience here is I bought detergent from their vending machine ( Tide ) price $7.00 I used my credit card. I checked my credit card frequently and I found out I was charged $15.00. How can this be o.k.? I called and the person said thats what the vending machine does. Thats crazy! I should only be charged what the cost of the item is. Also they use cards to pay for the washer and dryer, you have to pay money to load the card. But if you dont use all the money, you dont get it back, you either lose it or you have to go back there to use it to do more laundry. What a Sham !
