I quit doing laundry where I live because it's a small laundry room and there isn't many washers and dryers and people are really inconsiderate with it and leave there clothes in the washers or dryers for a long time when other people need to do laundry too they leave trash everywhere. this is my go to Laundromat in HB it's never really crowded when I go plenty of washers and dryers it's always clean and the prices are good and my clothes are always safe here 5 stars 10/10 read more

This is by far one of the best laundromats I've ever been to! The facility is always incredibly clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff is amazing--friendly, helpful, and professional. A special shoutout to Bonnie, who always goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and taken care of. The machines are clean and work great, and the entire laundromat has a pleasant atmosphere. It's clear that the owners and staff take pride in keeping everything spotless and running smoothly. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and friendly place to do your laundry, I highly recommend this laundromat. Five stars all the way! read more

LaunDream Laundry - Number is not in service scammm !! - Laundromat Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

Bonnie was very helpful, I was in there trying to wash my clothes and my towels and I was swiping my credit card and it kept saying authorizing maximum reached, every machine kept saying that. Bonnie explained it was the machine and not my credit card, she helped me cash my dollars for coins and helped me with the dryers. Thank you Bonnie for being so helpful. I'll keep coming back to this laundry mat because it's kept clean and the attendants like Bonnie make a huge difference. Great customer service! read more

The machines and facility is always clean . Was here close to closing and watched how the cleaning crew went through every machine and area and detergent load area and cleaned up . Plus I can use my card and don't have to worry about carry cash . A few of the dryers couldn't read the digital readout if it was low high or what but luckily they have enough machines to use just a bit of inconvenience since they are in top which is easier on the back . Plenty of baskets but I came after 6 on a weekday so that may be why . I've been here on the weekend also though and didn't have a problem I was able to get a basket . read more

I just went by and they no longer do drop off - recently discontinued this service! Nice place though.

Best, cleanest laundry mat in HB. They actually have someone on premises tidying up even though it's Sunday & their full service is closed. I keep trying to find one closer to my house, but without fail, they are dirty & unkempt. read more

Have been coming to Laundream for about a year now. The process is always smooth. Today i had a minor issue with one of the machines. The attendant on duty was notified and they resolved the issue right away. Great customer service and i would highly recommend doing laundry here. read more

BIG..Safe...CLEAN. 20 lb-80 lb washers. Fits lots of clothes in the dryers too. Restrooms are open only when staff is present. Has a couple of small TVs to watch. There a small table bench to sit at, in the back. No longer offers wash and fold services. Free WiFi read more

LaunDream Laundry - Inside - Laundromat Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

This laundry mat is around the corner from my house. I came here recently when my washing machine broke at home. Nice clean establishment. Safe. Great music and close to a liquor shop, Taco Bell, Starbucks and a few other restaurants. The wash and dry took less time than at home and the clothes came out smelling great clean and dry. They have multiple sized washing machines depending on how much clothes you need to wash. Prices vary. The dryers are huge and dry the clothes perfectly for the price no issues there. Highly recommend this laundromat to anyone in the area needing to wash their clothes and don't have access to a washing machine at home read more

This facility is always very clean and well maintained. They have well working machines and the pay cards are very convenient!

We're been coming here for years to do our laundry and we usually help ourselves. Thankfully Bonnie was here during this visit helping with a machine issue and was able to resolve it for me. Thank you Bonnie for your help! I greatly appreciate it! read more

The facility is amazingly clean. You different washing sizes to choose from so you can make a good decision on cost and time. Bonnie was super nice and friendly. Great place, will come again! read more

Laundromat is clean well kept. Machines are great but user beware! If you use your debit card on the machines they don't charge what machine says price is. There IS a sign that says if you use your card it will charge $10.00 but will be adjusted later. Well I've checked my bank statements and two different times I've used my cards for machines and I was still charged $9.75-10.00!! No reason for it especially when machine says $4.75 for 1 load. False advertising! read more

So, our dryer decided to die on us this am, I remembered a laundry mat near us n ran over there with a huge load, a comforter, sheets, pillow cases n some towels... This place is on point, large dyers that actually get it done, $3 later all my items were fluffy dry... Place is very clean n in the past, we've washed loads in their super sized washers n dryers, always work great n cost is very reasonable... I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the Huntington harbor area... Thanks for taking care of the establishment n our community, much appreciated... read more

Updating and upgrading my previous review. They have cut staff onsite, but the owners are reachable by phone and willing to work with customers to resolve issues, which is greatly appreciated. We had the machine eat our money and not upload it to the card due to an error, but we sent them a photo of the error and they were able to load the balance remotely. Frustrating because we had to go to another location, so I don't feel I can give a 5 star review, but I do appreciate the same day call back and willingness to make it right. read more

Great place to wash and dry clothes and towels. We have been using this place for years! Bonnie is always helpful and very sweet !

Wash Prices are up again. Here is the current costs per load: 20lb Washer: $3.50 30lb Washer: $4.00 40lb Washer: $5.50 60lb Washer: $7.25 80lb Washer: $9.00 Old Fashioned Top Load Washer: $3.00 Dryer: 25 cents for 6 minutes. Wish they would just raise the price to $10.00 per load any size and make this a real exclusive laundry and install a Nespresso Machine, a Bathroom Attendant all times they are open, and a full time cleaning person so I don't have to clean my own folding table and remove hair and debris from the dryers. I would be a major regular here if they made these changes to keep that certain clientele out that just does not care what they put into the machines and damages the dryers. Make this a total class clean operation for those of us in upper income brackets that just don't have the time to shop for their own washing machine. read more

The place is clean, but it's frustrating that we don't have access to the restroom. It's only open when there's an attendant, which isn't very often. Taco Bell shouldn't have to accommodate us. read more

Spotless, good choice of different weight/size machines. We're travelling in an rv and were able to stop in the back laneway still leaving lots of room for others to pass/park and unload/load. Very impressed with how bright and clean everything was. Would definitely stop again if in the area. read more

Once again, this facility is terrible. I put the normal amount of laundry soap into two machines, and both of the washing machines went into air. I talked to the staff and she informed me that there's nothing wrong with the machine that I put in too much laundry soap, but all I did was fill it to the indication shown on the machine and I had to pay again because my clothes are completely covered and detergent completely unacceptable and terrible service read more

Clean and all machines take a card or coins. Big and small machines available. No complaints

Absolutely trash now. Such a terrible shame. Good luck finding a dryer. I totally get that it's a Sunday. Honestly, I do. That never used to be an issue though. There used to be an attendant who kept things moving and all the equipment worked, but now- no way. Standing in line for a dryer because 7 aren't working and those that are have been left unattended. Never again. I'll pay to have my blankets laundered somewhere before I ever recommend this place. BTW- that used to have a laundry service which they closed down. Maybe use that empty space for a couple dryers that work? I must say, I have only had 1 issue with a washing machine, but there was an attendant who took care of it immediately. read more

Could have easily been a much better rating however after I arrived and started doing my immense amount of laundry, one of the bigger machines (costing $8.25 per wash) not only charged my card twice but never actually started so I had to move my load to different washer and pay the $8.25 yet again...at least that one started. I'm not unreasonable, I understand there are machine mishaps and it is what it is. The problem was that there was no one actually there working so when this happened, I had no one I could inquire about for help or a refund. I ended up calling the phone number that is on the door/window/etc after someone told me that's how I could potentially get ahold of someone. Not only did they not answer either time that I called but they also never called back after I left a detailed message. As a cherry on top..there was a couple that asked me about how to get ahold of someone that worked there because they had a problem with their machine (different than mine might I add) in which I explained my situation so they ultimately had to solve their own problem as well. Overall, my clothes were eventually all cleaned/dried and I left. If the ultimate bare minimum is the reputation they are shooting for then they aced it. read more

Bonnie was very helpful with my first time here and go me all set up!! love this place, very clean and friendly!

This used to be the best place! Our washer/dryer broke and when we ordered a new washer it was on backorder. We had to use this location for months! At the time it was perfect and there were no issues the place was always clean etc. Recently I took my comforter and blankets to wash (in the giant 80 lb washer) Sometime during the cycle there was an "error". (I took the comforter /blankets off of my beds brought them to wash. ) I left multiple messages. When the person called me back she accused me of putting items in there full of animal hair. I have no pets. (She actually watched me load my blankets. ) She was so rude on the phone !!!!!! I have advised all my HB friends and family to stop using this place right away. They offered to send me a check for $7.50 to my house. . Like I would give these people my address. I am out over $100 because my stuff is ruined. I can tell you from 2019-2021 there no issues ever. Avoid this place if you can. I can get over some items being ruined but the treatment I received on the phone was unacceptable. My husband could not believe what the lady said to me on the phone and vowed to never use this business again. Good luck people! read more

I was looking for a new laundry mat close to home.. And this one did not disappoint. Very clean, every washer and dryer was working. They even have a little section for kids to play. I didn't see an attendant but the way it was well lit and looked to be well taken care of I didn't see a need to seek one out. The prices were a little higher than I'm use to but I think the quality of appliances are worth it . I especially liked the option to use coins or a card. Highly recommended. read more

All the machines work very well, friendly people not to mention the owners very down-to-earth, very respectful, and on top of all their equipment if you have any issues, they're on top of that as well.
