I never really go to laundromats so I don't have any others to compare it to but this one was clean, well organized, and felt safe. You load money onto a laundry card (machine accepts card and cash I think) and swipe it on whichever machine you would like to use. They have washers of different sizes (1-4 loads) and plenty of large dryers. A 3 load machine was about $3.30. The dryer was about $1 per 24 minutes. Make sure to adjust your machine settings before paying. The machine appears to lock until it completes its cycle so you don't have to worry about anyone accessing your clothes while you wait. It's nice that they have large rolling baskets to transport your clothes and counters to fold your laundry on. They even have WiFi, a small lounge area to wait in, and vending machines with laundry supplies and snacks! read more

I took a star off because it is more on the expensive side and it can get very busy at times and there will be no available washers. Dryers are almost a dollar for 24min, washers vary by size and washing temperatures. Adding $20 will get you $2 free, which is like two drying cycles. I keep coming back because the attendants are always nice, I can wash dry, fold and hang my clothes in one place so when I go home all I have to do is put things in their places. read more

This. Place. Is. Awesome! Its quiet on the most part, which is very nice. There 2 TVs placing on each half of the place, just pick your side and watch some tv! Free wifi is also a plus! Whats the most captivating part is that they have their own mini store inside the laundromat! If you need any drinks, snacks, or even detergent, they have it for you! Only thing is the shop itself is cash only, which isnt a big deal, everything is affordable! They work on no-coins machines, which is smart if you want people coming back (because they have to ) It costs $1 per card, but if you spend $10, you get an extra dollar! And if you spend $20, you get an extra $2 dollars on your card. This place is very clean, as all of the reviews stated. I live 4-4.5 miles from here, but i will be coming back here for my laundry needs from now on! Alicia (or alisha) helped me my first time here, which is today, and shes been a sweetheart! Only thing that confused me was that the 2 load washers and 3 load washers were the same price, which was odd. But it didnt bother me that much. Everyday you wash, is an entry into their raffle. Also have weekly drawings for small, but effective, money bonuses! I have been coming here since i moved into the neighborhood 18 months ago. It is a couple of blocks from home so I walk with my cart. It USED to be nicely staffed and maintained Standards have slipped. On my last two visits i have been told to not sit down (in mostly empty store) and that the o ly available bench was reserved for (absent) seniors. I am 61. This last time another woman was not told to move (again maybe 4 other people in here) while i was. I have another laundry just opened across the street from home that is less expensive. And the manager here was perfectly happy to refund my card. I guess they are okay with losing my business. read more

The washer was frozen during the washing. The lady told me that it was because of too much soap. I wonder is that the problem or it's the problem of the machine. However, she restarted it but required us to spend $ again and run the machine for second time... OKKKKK the machine broke and my clothes were wet with soap but we had to spend the money for the wash AGAIN? Clean and machines are new. The attendants were helpful, I think I needed to go back and turn in my card because it's a dollar deposit... not sure how that works. A little disappointing. Specifically asked for many of my more delicate items to hang dry and even offered to pay extra for it. I can tell by the condition of my clothes that many were thrown into the dryer anyways. A little frustrating to pay so much for this service just to get my clothes back in poor condition. Also got a random pair of underwear that are not mine mixed in with my clothes when I got my stuff back. Makes me wonder how many of my items are missing.... Overall just an "okay" service. This place is great however I had a problem with their bill changer the employee on task helped with the task however the manager didn't follow through I placed a 100$ bill expecting 20$ bills back but it gave me all 1$ and 5$ bills when it was done spitting out the bills I only received 98$ of my 100$ I know it isn't much but it is a matter of integrity and as the employee was speaking to the manager over the phone it seemed like the managers was suspicious about the 2$ yea ok if I was gonna lie wouldn't I say 20$+ was missing or something either way the employee told me the manager would be back on a Wednesday and would add value to my card which is what I suggested and she had the employee watch me load my card with money before saying ok I'll take a picture to send to the manager to add the money and now here I am a 6days later checked my card no money added to the value of my card and that is why I'm giving it a 1 star even though I like the place read more

dirty. doesn't look like they clean machines. its a card payment system which means you'll have a little money left over on card but not enough to dry. so money wasted you can't get reimbursed for. the dryers stop in middle of cycle time. so you gotta watch it. The machines don't read cards well you have to swipe many times gets frustrating. swipe on dryer abd it won't work try to swipe again and it'll give you an hour and charge fir the hour. which is too much. overall not good laundry read more

This place looks nice when you walk in, but I spent 20 dollars to use the giant washers and my clothes came out dirtier than when I put them in and then when I said something to the attendant see told me it was my fault. This laundry is one of the cleaniest laundry I have been to and I drove quite far just to do laundry here. About 3.9 miles from home for laundry here. I have always liked the cleanliness so despite the pricing I still frequented weekly to do laundry. However, today I wanted to get a refund for one of my cards because I use two cards to do laundry here. I was told that I cannot get the $1 back even though I paid $1 into the card just to purchase the card due to the bonuses they gave me. Not only that but I saw inside my card it was $13.30, but when the attendant returned my money she only gave me $11.30 back. I was rather confused because on the card it said $13.30 when I checked so I demanded an explanation as to why it's now decreased by $2 when I wanted a refund. The attendant was rude to me by telling me she doesn't know and that it was my problem. This really upset me because she not only did not give me an explanation but even told me that it was my problem that she is paying me short of $2. I told her I needed to talk to a manager but she said none available. I left my phone number behind but at this point is very unsure if anyone would call me back. This is very bad customer service. I should never felt angry but it made me very mad when someone told me it's my problem that they took my $2 without a good explanation! I did check my card and saw bonuses and came to some type of understanding; however, I am unable to accept the "It's your problem" as an answer to the question I asked. It's my right to know why I was not paid the full amount on the card. This makes me consider if I would ever want to come back here with the attendant telling me those types of answers. read more

This is for documentative purposes. On December 8, 2021 around 9:00pm, I inserted $2.00 into my laundry card. I inserted the card into one of the machines and it only allowed 5 minutes in dryer #4. I told the attendant about it and she checked my laundry card. She told me that I only had $0.31 left. I told her that I put in $2.00, inserted my card into dryer #4 and it only gave me 5 minutes. She said that there was a possibility that the previous dryer user might have taken out their clothes before using their entire time. She asked me if i wanted to use the same dryer and i said no. I went to put more money onto my card and she decided to use her own card on #4 which worked, but she told me that she owed her $0.89. The money isn't the issue, but I think there might be a problem with the dryer. She stated that she has only worked here for 1 week. She also refuses to tell me her name for my review. She wore a sweater over her work shirt. Not happy with her treatment. read more

Great service. I came in a little late and the laundry allows the last wash at 9:30PM. I the nice gentleman, I think his name was Ceasar explained to me that they don't allow wash after 9:30PM because they close 11PM and it was already 9:50PM. I told him that my washer broke down at home and I wouldn't need to use the dryer so I won't be there past 11PM. He told me, don't worry man, I understand your trouble so go ahead and was and use the dryer and he will stay there if he needs to let me finish up. Thankfully, I got done at 10:50PM, just in time. Love washing here! All the workers are very helpful. This is a coin less laundry! You have to get the laundry card and you're able to pay with cash or card when you get the laundry card. If you bring coins , the workers will change them for you with no problem! read more
