Stopped by before work and I was pleased with my experience. The laundromat is big enough that you won't bump into people when it gets busy. The parking wasn't the best but if you come before the other businesses open you'll find a spot pretty easily. The prices range from $3 being the cheapest and $6.75 being the most expensive for a washer. The dryers are .25 for 7 minutes. Being my first time here, I'm not sure how well the dryers work that 7 minutes will be enough to dry a big load. I put $1 which gave me 28 minutes on high the last few minutes just to guarantee it being completely dry since I had a medium-large size load. Overall the washers weren't aggressive, usually at other locations the washers are so tough that somehow the padding of my sports bras ALWAYS fall out but I didn't experience that here. Also, when the load finished, my clothes wasn't dripping in water so it did an amazing job during the last spin! I would come back because they also have an app you can pay through if you don't have cash! read more

I tried to insert my coins to start the load but it got stuck. It stay stuck at 2.50. I attempted to use the PayRange app to start it that way but it said the machine was in use. I tried to find a someone to help me but nobody was there at all. I had no choice but to move it to the next washer. Customer service is lacking here. read more

All washers and dryers are rated at 4 loads or more, nothing smaller. I live locally so I'm here often. I have yet to see any washers or dryers down. Owners are there nightly and there's a dude cleaning most of the time I've been there. Coin machines are always working had to mention this because lots of coin operated laundromats I used to go to would always break down. read more

I needed to wash my queen size comforter and my washer at home simply wasn't large enough. My comforter isn't just a flat regular bed covering, it's thick and fluffy, so I was worried that my washer at home wouldn't spin and wring out all the soap - which can cause mold and mildew. I found this laundromat on Yelp and I wasn't disappointed. It's VERY clean and spacious. It has several rows of washers in different load sizes - 4 loads, 6 loads, and 8 loads. There's plenty of dryers which only comes in one size. The prices are reasonable and ranges from about $4 - $8 (not exact, don't quote me) for washers and 25 cents for 9 minutes of drying. I brought my own detergent and some cash. But they have a small selection of detergents on sale if you need any. They also provide you change at the register or you can use the coin machine. The parking lot is very large, so there's plenty of spaces. There's also a few eateries around which is nice if you'd rather walk around instead of sitting and waiting. *** If you're using the dryer and there's time left on the indicator, you can open the dryer to check if your clothes are still wet or dry. Unfortunately it doesn't exist any longer. However I contacted the number in yelp and to my surprise someone answered!! Not a machine or recording but a live human being!!! Asked about said flyer. Wow! I love this laundromat. Since the laundromat has hired new staff the washing + drying machines as well as the waiting area have been sparkly clean the past couple of months. The trash cans are always empty and the floor is always well mopped (although other customers do tend to leave dryer sheets and other trash behind without throwing it away from time to time, please don't let that be you) . Came on a rainy Friday and out was EMPTY (which I love). The washers are solid and offer a good wash, if a tad pricy. I'll pay though Bc it's a clean space with your typical laundromat users (lol). The dryers leave a bit to be desired but there's a lot of them. The Boiling Crab next door takes over much of the parking spaces but they do have four "reserved" for the laundromat in the front. They offer some machines with in app payment but they're usually being used. Vending machines, paper towel dispensers and a working sink. For a Sunday morning, this Laundry Mat isn't too crowded and there are plenty of washers and dryers to use. I love all the Speed Queen washers. I do wish all of the washers could accept the app for debit card payments. Only the large washers (6 load) in the back accept these payments. I wouldn't come here for 1 load of laundry ($1.75) since it would be cheaper to wash at my apartment complex but I will definitely come to wash all of my linens! It would be nice if they had a step stool available. I'm too short to put the detergent into the large washers in the back lol. read more

One of the nicest laundromats I have been to. They were all in working condition when I went! Amazing for a laundromat, haha. Hopefully you can find a time when its not too busy. The middle machines are a little bit too close and you have to wait for the door to close to pass through. There are a few shops nearby to grab some food or a drink while waiting . They have random deals on different days which is kinda cool. The parking lot is a bit of a horror though. Also I was drawn to this place because I wanted to try my luck on the lucky washing machine, it wasn't there when I went. Maybe only sometimes? IDK. read more

This place is clean and organized. I like their clear signage that shows the compatibility to wash blankets and capacity of the dryer/washer with the number of loads. My family usually uses the jumbo sizes to wash our bulky blankets so it's very useful in locating the appropriate machine. They also have a supply dispnser for detergents and softeners, a coin exchange machine for quarters, and an option to pay through an app. read more

As someone who's a bit of a germaphobe I was surprised To see how this place was clean for the most part compared to other laundromats I've been too. The best part is I saw no homeless people whatsoever! Now since I'm used to washing at home ($1.00-$1.75) per wash & dry I was a little taken back at the prices here....especially since they change depending on your preference of washing parking is a bit of a hassle only because they are next to a busy restaurant (boiling crab) but I was lucky this time to get one of the reserved parking in front. This is a CLEAN and MODERN laundromat! I'll be coming here more often! The machines are new with great features like choosing the type of washes in case you have dirtier clothes and need to wash them a little longer! I really look forward to using their Saturday 6 loads deal! They have necessities such as detergents, softener, dryer sheets, and durable plastic bags for purchase. The laundromat is well lit and the floor is clean. The attendant seems friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate how this business has English, Spanish, and Vietnamese languages on their signs and screens! How very considerate and community oriented of them! Thank you! I'm updating my review of Lucky Laundry because I've decided to not let the actions of the sicko wackadoo who stole my items to ruin the rating this establishment deserves. After my clothes were stolen,,the owner acted very quickly and not only contacted the authorities to catch this creep (which they did), but he also reached out to me and apologized. I have to say how refreshing it is to meet the owner of a company that genuinely cares about his customers as much as he cares about his business. Now about the store itself. The laundromat is very clean and all of the machines are new. There's plenty of seating and counters to fold your clothes. I will definitely be coming here again to do my wash. read more

This place used to have great. Great customer service and fast response and resolution. Now...they don't answer texts, email, or contact requests through their website. I used their large washer for $6.75 and when it finished the cycle my clothes were soaked still and still had soap suds. I then used two of the small machines for $3.00 each and still my clothes came out the same. I then was fed up and tried drying them, nope! Dryers suck too! The high ratings drew me to try this place out. I arrived very early on Saturday and there was already a lot of people. The aisles are extremely narrow so there is no way to social distance. If that wasn't concerning enough, half the people in there were not wearing masks. The prices are also much higher than other places. Single load wash is 2.25 when other places are about 1.50 (on the higher side). Also, confirming comments from another reviewer, their dry time per quarter is shorter compared to other laundromats. On the plus side, the machines here seem well maintained and cared for. -1 star for lax Covid-19 precautions, and -1 star for value. read more

Walked in around 7:30, holy cow the smell, sooooo bad. Not sure what happened but this place was smelling awful I thought someone farted in the entry way but it was like that through the whole place. Clothes scattered everywhere on the ground and outside of dryers and I'm thinking to myself "wow no staff here i wonder how this place gets clean?" Then @ 8:13 I see this homeless dude Caucasian in a light gray hoodie start swiping clothes that are definitely not his and now he's just chilling outside the door with his bicycle. Check the cameras. I'd normally say something but these clothes were likely abandoned but now I'm forced to sit in here instead of in my car so that there doesn't need to be a confrontation if he gets too close to my stuff. I'm putting 4 stars cuz I enjoyed my first experience but we'll see after next visit bc this is the sort of stuff that scares people off. read more
