As a young Black man, it is deeply uncomfortable to feel watched and followed as if I don't belong. Today, while doing my laundry, I witnessed the Hispanic employee on duty treat an elderly Black man with the same level of suspicion and disrespect he has shown me for months. He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. I am leaving five stars only out of respect for the business's history and my years of patronage, but this behavior is unacceptable. Management, please speak to your staff. Everyone should feel welcome here, regardless of their race.

However, the $5.75 ones was able to accommodate six loads including sheets, towels, and clothes. Yet, there was enough room for the water to tumble around and clean the clothes efficiently. --Customizable settings. They have super wash settings and you can personalized your cycle by choosing an extra rinse, spin, or wash cycle! --Dryers are excellent too! They have the best rates in this area when it comes to the dryer. Definitely a must because a lot of laundromats scam you when it comes to that. --Cleanliness This place is SUPER CLEAN! I am so impressed that they take the time to deep clean their machines. They have to maintain their equipment well because they run a laundry service I love this place. It is going to be my go-to laundry place from now on. I have my own setup at home, but doing massive loads at once helps me save more time! You have to be weary of your surroundings. They always maintain their machines and keep their facilities clean. They also provide great customer service. There's usually a person supervising the laundromat if you need anything. One time, I ran out of cash and they allowed me to Venmo them for more quarters to finish drying my clothes. I always do my own laundry but today, I used their wash/fold services because I was in a rush. I was surprised by how fair the prices are, even more so by their excellent job. Clothes were neatly folded and organized. They also delivered earlier than expected. Plus, you get a laundry bag! Can't go wrong with Amethyst. Keep up the great work!

It does seem that you have to bring your own quarters. They have dollar exchange machines, but I think another attendant was having an issue.
