Haven't been visiting here as much as I did in the past when, the Mr. and I both worked, but this is the place I trust with my dry cleaning and tailoring needs. It is large and clean, staffed by a husband and wife. read more

Family owned and great service. Got some pants hemmed for a wedding and it was ready the next day!

I don't typically write reviews. However, I used to really like this place but their quality and service has gone downhill. The man that used to work there was always very nice and cordial. The woman working there lately has ZERO understanding of customer service or even common courtesy. Rude to every customer I have seen while waiting in line including me. The quality is not what it used to be either. There are dry cleaners all over the city so there is no reason to choose one over another. For me, it comes down to the experience interacting with the owner and/or staff. Anyway, I do not recommend this place for those reasons. They really need a better person running the customer facing part of their business. It's that bad. read more

Prices may differ depending on your item but this was my experience: I had 2 sports equipment bags with zippers that were off the track & could not zip. Both relatively new, so $20 each was a no hesitation win! My 3rd item was a king size blanket that was $30 to clean. I hadn't shopped around on prices and I don't have the patience to wait at a manual laundromat. I was only hesitant because the blanket was only $50 on sale to begin with; but I digress. The owner was very nice and this cleaner came highly recommended on the neighborhood pages, so I trust the prices are reasonable. They did a great job on it & it was returned cleaned & folded with double hangers. Another review had commented they will not call when it is done; which is true. They'll tell you the pick up date when you drop your items off. Just make a reminder in your phone. :) I had tucked my claim ticket into my wallet but they can also pull up your order by phone number if you lose / forget it. Highly recommend! Will definitely return again. read more

Very nice people always greet you with smiles, excellent quality of work, and ready in a few days or sooner if you're in a pinch!

My new go to cleaners - super friendly and very informative. I needed a linen dress steamed asap for an event and they did me a huge favor and took my order overnight- just in time for my event! They were very understanding and helpful. Thank you Continental Cleaners! I'll be back for all my linen needs(: read more

I went here because i wanted to (dry clean?) my leather jacket and my leather backpack. I took both of them and asked if they cleaned leather, they said yes. So i dropped them off and they told me it would be ready in 9 business days. I was not in a hurry so I agreed. For the leather bag, they charged $40 and for the leather jacket it was $45. 9 business days later i arrive to pick up my items to find them looking brand new. They some how got rid of all the creases my leather jacket had, they made it look glossy and polished. They did the same for my backpack, it looked brand new. They even added stuffing to it and both came with clothes hangers. I was so surprised and happy to see them both in excellent condition. The only reason for the 4 stars is because i thought they would call me to say when its ready but they didn't. But despite that, I want to come back for them to clean/repair a leather bag I own, because they also do alterations, sewing repairs and dry cleaning. read more

My mother of the bride dress somehow had big black spots on it. I was panicked to say the least. I brought it in and the lady who helped me was very calm and honest about the fact that they might not be able to get it out because they weren't sure what caused it. However, she assured me they would try their best. They did in fact get it all out. Very pleased. read more

Love this place! Excellent job on dry cleaning and impeccable service. Owners are wonderful people.

The owner was very friendly and professional. Had my two piece suit ready for a wedding and it came out very great.

Was looking for a dry cleaner's close to home and this place popped up. My roommate and I needed to have a few pieces dry cleaned and called this place for quotes. They had quoted us about $7-9 per piece over the phone for my two maxi engagement dresses, my Burberry trench coat, and his windbreaker. We figured it sounded pretty reasonable and it was close to home so why not? Except when we took the clothes in, only my roommate's jacket was $10 and my stuff was $15 each. Kind of a bummer, but I guess since my dresses were a bit more fancy and my trench was Burberry, maybe it needed a bit more care? Bonus points for them getting an old stain out of my trench tho so I'd say their cleaning is top notch. Just deducted the one star for inaccurate quote. I'd recommend the place, but would advise you to take your pieces in for an accurate quote rather than getting one over the phone. read more

I stopped by Continental Cleaners to drop off a white dress shirt of my husband's that he picked up from the thrift store in the mid 90's. This thing was from the 70's and dingy as could be with multiple stains. When I picked up the shirt this weekend I was shocked that they were able to bring this shirt back to life. Not only were they kind but they really delivered on the quality of their services. We will definitely use Continental Cleaners again! read more

The best cleaners ever ! I've been coming here for years ! Consistently wonderful!! The owners are so welcoming and friendly!!

Very nice people & they are pretty fast in cleaning the clothes. The price is also reasonable & when i was late in picking up my clothes- they are okay with keeping it for over 1 week. I would definitely come back here again. read more

Great cleaners, open on Saturday and really does a top notch job. Owner is always super friendly.

Super easy to drop off and the price was pretty reasonable three pieces of clothing for my husband

This cleaners just opened up on the same little strip mall as my favorite Flame Broiler. They have a grand opening special "$2.00" per garnets for now, I'm sure prices will go up in the future. The staff is friendly, and calls you by name once you give them your phone in the system. I left my cell phone, and the owner walked over to 3 different business to give it back to me-kudos for your kindness! They do a pretty good job on cleaning, and make sure to tell you about spots they couldn't remove. At these prices, will continue to come back-besides it's next to my fav Flame Broiler. read more

They did a great job on repairing a delicate cream colored sweater that had two tears. I was pleasantly surprised that it was good as new again. It's nice to have a place to go to that can do more than regular dry cleaning. Again, I'm super impressed. I will be a returning customer! read more

One of the most positively outrages experiences of my life and professional career. This business destroyed about $800 worth of designer shirts. When immediately confronted with the situation, the burn holes in the shirts, the fabric literally brittle and falling apart, the man at the counter had the audacity to tell me, "those must have been there before you brought them in". They were brand new, purchased at Saks and South Coast Plaza, and had been worn once. No offer to deal with anything, take responsibility, offer a fix, or compromise on admitting the obvious and inexcusably evident truth: that their handling of someone else's property was incompetent, destructive, and disrespectful. I wish this business nothing but ruin. read more

The service here was impeccable. The owner was genuine and kind. They currently have a great special $1.50 and up dress shirts and $2.00 and up most all other garments. I brought around 20-30 pieces maybe more and paid $61.00!! I (my boyfriend) paid $170.00 for the same amount in Irvine and the service was terrible. Craziness! I will be returning because of the great prices and quality customer service. :) read more

Low prices and great service. The turnaround time isn't too bad either! The man who works here is very friendly and always greets me with a smile :). It's a great local business in WGG. Dry cleaning fees can really run high in this area, so this place is a steal! read more

Have been coming to this place over a year now. It's pretty good and the prices are fair comparing to other. They cut their hours for only one hour, but it's still pretty good dry cleaner. read more

This place is wonderful! My clothes are always perfect and they handle all my alterations. Super friendly.

First and last time here. 1) prices are way too high! I paid for 3 items what my friend paid for at another place for double the amount of clothes ! 2) I was told they charge more for longer or bigger pieces. I've never been told that anywhere. This wasn't formal wear, there were no stains. Just a simple clean. So bringing in a long skirt or long anything is gonna cost more? If I hadn't been in a time crunch I would have gone elsewhere. Or better yet where my friend took her stuff to. We similar items getting cleaned. She tried a new place too and at least it worked for her. Lesson learned. I won't be back to this one. 2 stars cos at least the clothes were cleaned and ready for pickup. read more

This place is super convenient, affordable prices and great quality work. As long as you check your work beforehand you shouldn't have any problems. Like with anything do your due diligence. If something is out of sorts they will sort it out right then and there. The owners are extremely nice and very accommodating. I have one jacket repaired, 2 button down shirts altered and 1 thin shirt re sewn on the sleeves and bottom. Excellent job Continental Cleaners I'll be back! read more

Pretty good place. I take my uniforms there on a weekly/biweekly basis for work. They are pretty flexible on pickup times, and are always professional. I've had small tears on random spots on my uniform and they seem to be able to fix them up with a little extra charge. I'll continue to use them as long as they keep up the quality service. read more

I brought in a lace dress to get dry cleaned. The dress had a pretty horrible odor in the arm pit area after a fun night out where I unfortunately sweated a little too much. They charged me $6 and I picked up the dress after a few days. So for about a month the dress was just hanging in my closet still in the plastic wrap until I brought it out to wear again. The smell from the dress was atrocious. It was super clear that they didn't clean the dress at all. They may have steamed it, if that, and then put it in the plastic wrap. Unfortunately I didn't even think to check it right after picking it up because I never had that problem before with other dry cleaners. Other places have had no trouble getting the body odor smell out. This place is a total rip off and will take your money without actually doing the job you're paying them for. I guess they thought because the dress wasn't "dirty" in obvious ways they could pass it off as cleaned. If I had saved my receipt or figured it out earlier I would have taken it back in and demanded my money back, but I feel too much time has gone by now. I'll just take my business to a place I know actually cleans, even if it is further away. read more
