I've been here a handful of times for dry cleaning and misc alterations. The real reason I come here is because of convenience. Every time I've been here the owner is not polite and seems grouchy. I've tried multiple times to make a connection and show kindness but I'm done. I was overcharged for a service and when I brought it to his attention he was very rude and unapologetic even after checking his own records which proved I was overcharged. I was at least happy that I was refunded the overage but I will never come to this place. I hope everyone has a better experience. read more

Came here a few times to get my clothes dry cleaned and to get my bridesmaid's dress altered. My overall experience was just average. I can't say it was pleasant or bad. Just decent. My Vietnamese Ao Dai was a little under $20 for dry cleaning and my simple bridesmaid's dress was $30 to get it hemmed. Great staff, quick service, and everything was in much better condition than when I gave it to them (haha, yes, I just said that) Anyways, I dropped off 7 items on a Wednesday and was able to pick them up first thing Saturday morning. I'm sure I could have gotten them earlier but I was in no rush. I've for sure found my new go-to dry cleaners and next time I'll utilize the drive-thru they have. This parking lot gets SUPER packed on the weekends because of the laundry mat so I can see why they have a drive-thru now. It was hard finding parking when I had to come and pick up my items. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with dry cleaning / alterations. I dropped off 3 pairs of name brand ripped jeans for alterations. The man I dropped them off with said they would be able to fix. When I came to pick them up one week later they looked absolutely terrible!!! Loose strings zig zag stitching on my expensive jeans. It looks awful completely ruined. Their excuse was that the jeans were too ripped to salvage and I asked why did they try anyway if the jeans were too ripped? Then I asked if I could at least pay half price for the unwearable HACK-JOB and she called who I believe was the owner yelled at each other and said no she's very upset I cannot get a discount unless I wanted to leave my jeans and she would take the stitching out. My husband said that I could've done a better job with my clothing then how it appeared After picking it up. I was in a rush and I didn't have time I trusted this man and I didn't look at it till I got home that all the mess was still there. I think all they really do is spray the clothes to make it look like they have dry clean them. They were two men in the back and they couldn't help me if they had to get the man because he owns the laundry mat next door. Well that's great he has time for both businesses but he doesn't do very well with his dry cleaning. Anybody could put it in plastic and put it on a hanger and then pretend that they cleaned it. That was a waste of money and I'm never coming here again. And of course with owners like him they would never take it back and try it again because what is the point? I am fortunate to work with people that have caviar tastes AND a caviar budget when it comes to clothing. Whenever the latest season has passed it's designer hand-me-down time!! I am NOT as fortunate in the long legs department. So every season, I turn my new-old pants in to C & C and the hem flawlessly - even cuffed pants. The tailoring is just spot on. Of course the dry cleaning is as well. After about four years, the ladies know me by name, and sometimes even give me a discount if I need 24 hr service!! Horrible service. I had to give 1 star inorder to post this review. The man who helped me was very rude! He quoted $30 to fix the hem on 2 skirts. He had just done same service 3 weeks prior to same style uniform skirts. The exact kind! When we went to pick up the skirts he wanted to charge $56. I reminded him of the same job being done 3 weeks ago by rolling the hem and sowing to shorten the length. He said this time his tailor took apart the seam and the hemmed it back up instead of just folding and sowing. He did NOT let me know prior to doing a $26 price difference. He was outraged when I said I only had $30. I looked in my things and managed to find $5 more dollars. I placed it on the counter. He slapped the money as he grabbed it from the counter snatched the receipt from the counter and ripped it up throwing it down violently on the ground and then kicked the paper around on the floor. My 12 year old daughter was with me and had to see how rude this man was. Horrible experience! read more

I'm confused that some people have had issues here. My family and I have been coming here for many years and they have always done an excellent job and have good prices compared to other places. $1.89 for a colored work shirts for wash and iron. $2.99 for dry cleaned delegate shirts. $9.99 for a two price suite. The only con for me, and is why I'm not giving a 5 star, is that sometimes they insist that some items of clothing have to be dry cleaned at $2.99 vs the $1.89 wash and iron even though I only paid like $10 bucks for that item of clothing lol. Oh my, where do I start....?? I wish I could give this place a negative 10 stars. I should have read all the bad reviews before using their service but as a fellow Korean, I wanted to support a local Korean owned business but that won't be the case no more. I have been using their service for about 5 years and had no problem so far until recently. Last year, I sent my rabbit fur scarf and cashmere sweaters for dry cleaning after the winter season. Then on 01/09/2018, I took out my rabbit fur scarf (from their plastic bag that said C&C Cleaners on the hanger) to take it to my North Dakota trip and it was all ruined. Pieces of furs were all pulled out from all over the scarf in random places. Unfortunately, I never kept the receipt since it was from months ago and I assumed it was all good so I never checked when I picked it up and put it straight in the closet. So I took the scarf to the cleaner to get it reimbursed. The owner told me that she remembers every fur order she gets and she does not remember mine. She said that they do not dry clean fur themselves and they do it through a third party. Also, when they do it through a third party, they do not hang it on the hanger with their logo on since they did not do the job. But I told her that I do not use any other dry cleaner except theirs and I pulled it out of their hanger. So I asked her if she can pull out a record of me giving them the job and she told me they do not keep records more than a year and its not in the computer, it is just on the receipts and she does not remember my order. How can you as a business owner remember every single fur order you get? For her, I am one of the customer. For me, she is the ONLY dry cleaner. So who remembers better??!?!? After arguing for about 15 minutes, she said she will check with the third party and give me a call back. 13 days have gone by and no call. I had to stop by to ask about my scarf today. The owner tells me that the third party vendor looked through 2 years of records and could not find mine. So I told her that I gave my scarf in along with my cashmere sweaters and I want to see exactly which date I gave it in and if she had record of that. She pulls my record from the computer and you can see records beyond a year (not what she told me 13 days ago) and there it was! On 02/15/2018, the order stated "sweaters" and "scarf." Scarf was charged $3.45 for dry cleaning. So now it all makes sense. Who ever took the scarf in at the time did not realize mine was a rabbit fur and dry cleaned like it was some regular scarf. That is why the third party could not find my record because they never gave it to them. That is also why my scarf was on the hanger with their logo on. I argued with the owner about this and she tells me that it had to be a different scarf (I only dry clean this one since I do not own any other scarf that needs dry cleaning) or that I brought it in and they said they could not do it so they gave it back to me but put it in their hanger with the plastic cover over as a customer service practice. No! No! THAT is not true! I know what I gave and I know the clothes I own. I only use them and the only scarf I gave in along with my sweaters is THIS scarf. Then she tells me that I am lying and that she will not reimburse me or fix it for me since they did not do the job. We were yelling at each other and she was pointing fingers at me saying that I should not lie to people and take advantage of business owners like this. I was shocked because every single theory she mentioned was doubting me and my memory of giving them the job but they would never take a look at the possibility of themselves screwing up. When I mentioned that I gave it in with the sweater, they said maybe it was not a cashmere sweater. I had to tell them I only dry clean cashmere sweaters because I CAN'T PUT THEM IN THE WASHER!!!!! They were doubting every single point I was making, seriously ridiculous! After arguing for a while, I had no choice but to leave and deal with it on my own. So I think even if I had the receipt, they would still say that I am lying and that it had to be a different scarf. Sorry for the long rant but, I wanted to make sure that people will be aware of this poor business practice they are practicing. If you have an expensive item that you want it altered or dry cleaned?? Forget about it. They will not stand behind their service if they screw up. HORRIBLE JOB and CUSTOMER SERVICE! I advice people to STAY AWAY FAAAAAAAAAAR AWAY from this place. They do not DESERVE your business. I told them that I would make sure that people will find out about this and they didn't care. This is the second time that this dry cleaner has ruined something I brought here. I should have known better and not gone back. I had a set of embroidered curtains that were absolutely torn to pieces. The delicate embroidery wasn't actually harmed but the fabric looks like it came from the set of the Wolverine movie. Previously they completely stained a comforter and the stains still won't come out. I'll never go back here. At least if you completely ruin very expensive curtains have the decency to not charge for the rest of the order. They did not charge for the hack job of the curtains but still made me pay for the rest. They didn't offer anything to compensate. Needless to say I will never go back and if you value your items I wouldn't go back either. Once could be a mistake, twice shows no respect for the items that they are cleaning! read more
