I needed alterations. It was my first time there. Everything was completed perfectly.

I've used Nora's Cleaners and Tailoring a few times in the past year. I recently needed my 8 panels of dining room drapes cleaned. Armena (sp?) is always kind and supportive with support and timing of delivery of items. I look forward to working with her and this establishment again. read more

They are so friendly. The prices are the best in the neighborhood. and great alterations!

I have really tried to like this cleaners. But, I have to given up!! I took in 4 blouses to be dry cleaned and a pair of jeans to be hemmed. The blouses were not cleaned at all! They were put on hangers and cover with plastic.. The Blouses stilled had perfume smell and not newly pressed. I wear the jeans once and the hem unraveled !! I so wanted to support local businesses... read more

I was absolutely speechless when I picked up my jacket. It had been so badly stained, front and back, from another fabric, that I had intended to throw it out, although it is my favorite jacket. it's bright fuchsia and the stains were navy blue! When it was handed back to me, all the stains were gone! I couldn't believe it!! I am so grateful to Nora's Cleaners, and I'm grateful to finally have found a cleaner and an alterations place that I can trust, with prices that are beyond reasonable and delightful customer service as an added bonus. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Catherine H. read more

They do not handle rush orders. There aren't steaming/pressing services available (?). I'm unsure about their quality of work in terms of dry cleaning. read more

I brought a dress to get straight hemmed, and when I came to pick it up they left the a train on. The lady at the front said their seamstress has a tendency of not reading the tickets correctly and rushes. I asked for a discount since I am not able to get it redone in a timely manner, and the owner declined the discount. I will not be going back here, considering their seamstress does not look at the ticket with the specific instructions and the owner can't provide a discount for a mistake they made. read more

Had curtain and drapes cleaned and came out looking like new. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back with more.

I have been coming to Nora's for alterations to my pants, shirts and jackets for over a year now since I am lazy and don't want to hem them myself. Armena is very nice and helpful. Silvia does a good job as I have sewing experience. Their prices are very reasonable, and I rather wait 1 week for an alteration that is done well than rushed. I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you ladies! read more

Very reliable quality cleaners. I've used them for over 25 years. Washing bed sheets is a real hassle. I will never wash my own bed sheets again after trying Nora's service. read more

I've used Nora's cleaners for five years now and I can't recommend them more highly. They are excellent in quality of work and customer service. I've not only used their dry cleaning services, but their alterations as well. i appreciate their flexibility and they have on many occasions helped me with a quick turn around when I've needed it. if you're looking for a good dry cleaning service, look no further....try Nora's, they do an amazing job. read more

Just went to Nora's Cleaners and "Tailoring" to ask to get my dress "tailored" and the lady said "we don't do tailoring".... Huh? Why is tailoring in your company's name if you don't do it? I thought I was crazy for a second, but then I walked outside and saw there was the word "tailoring" on the sign. The lady seems really nice but why the false advertising? read more

We are recent new customers at Nora's cleaners, and were very impressed with the excellent, friendly customer service at this well managed shop. Irina did several alterations of very superior quality for us , in a timely manner, so we could have them ready for a special event, all at reasonable prices. Highly recommend Nora's for their AA++ cleaning, alterations, and excellent customer service. read more

People are kind and don't act like they're bothered like other cleaners & alteration places. Love this place and in great location.

I have been using this Nora's cleaner for about ten years. I like how my clothes look and the time required to complete them is great. A little pricey but I don't have much to compare but the quality wins out read more

I have always enjoyed bringing my dry clean here cause the owner is so friendly and price is very reasonable. First visit was to fix my daughter's pants and she did it quickly. Today I visited again just to double check if I left any item behind. Armena ( hoped I spelled it correctly) checked everywhere for me and of course it was my forgetfulness. Absolutely a gem to be so conveniently located :-) read more

Always reliable and pleasant to work with. They do a great job and I would highly recommend their services for those in the area

Items were well cleaned, but they hung my silk corset up on a hanger with safety pins. This created two unnecessary holes in the front and back of my garment. Won't be using again. read more

Armena is the best. She always takes care of me and our cleaning. Great prices and service.

Alterations are done very well. I've been going to them for years! Friendly. I've gone to them for last minute alterations and they get it done on time or earlier. read more

Excuses with no consideration. A family wedding should have been planned months in advance. This response is

I love these wonderful women!! Always doing everything they can to be pleasant and keep me in clean clothes!! Within the last month or so one of these lovely women passed away unexpectedly. I would suggest everyone who visits Nora's to be respectful and give them a pat on the back. If you have an issue with anything instead of going on YELP and complaining, tell them your issue and I know you will be happy with the result. My clothes always come back beautifully and fresh! Thank you Nora's!! read more

Great service! Quick and easy! I needed to get my suit and some jeans cleaned and tailored and Nora's cleaners did a great job. Now they are my go-to for cleaning and tailoring! read more

Warning!! This cleaning and tailoring business may offer excellent tailoring services, BUT they are unjust on the cleaning side. Their slip-shop level of service has been growing over the last year or so. Ever since their new front person, who may even own the franchise, joined the shop. They have lost four of my white dress shirts and have not solution. Worse yet they tried to pawn off another customer's shirts on me. When I asked what they are prepared to do about their liability, they said "nothing". I've done my home work and regardless what they tell you, the business IS LIABLE! read more

I take my work close here weekly for over a year now. The staff is nice and friendly. I love it how quick they are and how sharp my clothes look. I highly recommend this business! read more

Love this place. They always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. I brought in items after the cutoff for same day service and they were able to have 4 shirts and pants cleaned the same day so I would have something to wear to work the next day. Thank you! read more

Nora's cleaning has always been good for us. We have used them for at least 15 years with no problems. We are moving and I just realized how much I relied on Nora's read more

I will not return. Owner did not wear a mask when I dropped off my items or when I picked up.

These women are really, really good at tailoring clothes. I have had a dress lined to look... just... better (more expensive, structured, etc) and they also replaced the zipper on my favorite white pants. I am totally impressed with the work, speed an professionalism of the women. They really go out of their way to make sure everything is to your liking. They have a customer for life! read more

Stay away! The worst tailoring ever, this is the 3rd time I have tried this cleaner for tailoring since it's so close by and is double the price. The first time to hem shorts, which they did a lousy job and the stitches all came out, the second time for a zipper hook (not replacing the zipper itself just the pully, which was good so we thought to try again) and now the third and last time to hem simple no lining blazer sleeves which still has the extra fabric and a hole! Now I have to take the blazer to a real tailor! That's it...we're done. Take your dry cleaning elsewhere as well, they charge alot. read more

Whenever I need my suit and really nice dress clothes cleaned I bring them to Nora's. They always do a really good job and my suits always feel so clean and soft when I get them back along with my other dress clothes when I get them dry cleaned. The turn around time is also pretty quick, if you drop them off early in the morning you'll be able to pick up your clothes at the end of the day if not it will be ready the next day. The staff hear is extremely nice and friendly, it is family run business and it shows in the service that they provided! I feel they always go above and beyond for me, and they probably do the same for their other customer. read more

If you have clothes that only need to be laundered, then go here. If you have anything that costs of 50 bucks, is dark, and needs dry cleaning RUN RUN RUN. I took in 5 very expensive dark colored shirts that needed dry cleaning and they all came back destroyed. They either laundered the shirts and faded the heck out of them or put the press on SUPER HOT and torched them. If you value you clothes, run....and don't say I didn't warn you read more

This is long overdue and is my first negative review which is why it has taken me so long to write it. I took my clothes there in 2014 for dry cleaning (after my dry cleaner of 14 years retired) and I kid you not every single item came back with the same spots they had on them when I took them in. The woman was so nice and I didnt want to take the time to deal with it so I never went back. I subsequently took the clothes to another cleaner and all spots were removed. read more

Love this place. My clothes are always done on time and alterations are precise. Great customer service as well.

I've been taking my dry cleaning and tailoring to Nora's for nearly a decade, and I've never had a single problem. The quality of the cleaning is excellent, the price is fair, and they do a great job with any tailoring you need. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

I come here for alterations and the ladies are really nice and do a great job. They have good prices too!

I needed to.find a new dry cleaners because the one I had gone to for almost 30 years is under new ownership and they keep losing clothes etc so I thought I would try Nora's....I had 7 items cleaned and was charged $45... $16 for a shorts jumper that I probably paid $25 for...and they don't even do a very good job...clothes didn't smell fresh and the clothes wasn't pressed that well.....I spend a lot on dry cleaning throughout the year but I don't think this dry cleaners is up.to speed for 2016...too expensive to not have your clothes turn out nice read more

They ruined my Tory Burch silk blouse after I took it there because it had a couple of stains. When I got it back the stains were white .... Charged me for it and never even offered to compensate for the loss. When I mentioned small claims court the owner said "go for it!" What kind of reaction is that for a local business? BTW I already posted this and they took it out! read more

I love Nora's cleaners! They are always accommodating and great with customer service. If I need something cleaned by a certain date, they will make it happen! I have been using them now for 15 years and will go no-where else. read more
