This is down the street from us and I started taking our dry cleaning about a year ago. They are super friendly and get the dry cleaning done when they say they would. I also like that 6 months in of taking laundry every other week, they remember my last name and sometimes even the article of clothing -I have brought some trousers to get altered and the owner remembered which ones they were even on a busy period right before school started. She got those pairs of trousers done in record time too even if they were busy with alterations. I can't compare with other prices in area as they're the only ones I've even taken my stuff too, but compared to where we lived in San Diego, they are more reasonable. Good people and reliable. Parking can be a bit busy but for now with the Starbucks location closed, there is enough parking to go around even during the lunch rush. read more

I've been going to this dry cleaner for several years and really enjoy the level of service they provide. They greet me by name when I walk in. A couple of times I've been on the phone so I haven't walked in to pick up my laundry. They brought my clothes out to me. read more

Terrible customer service! I took my brand new shirt to this cleaners and they burned the color. At first the manager said that maybe something got into the wash and he would re-clean it. When I returned the burn was still there. He would not take any responsibility for the damage.. I know shocker dry cleaners never take responsibility.. But what really was annoying was his insulting manners. A simple appoligy and some dry cleaning credit would have possibly kept my business. I had been going here for a couple of years. Instead he said, "you can't prove that this was not on you clothes before you brought them in, did you take pictures? If you are delicate I would recommend taking photos of your clothes before bringing them in." Im not sure what he meant by delicate, maybe someone who doesn't want ruined clothes is delicate. He also said that he couldn't see the burn and that he would wear this shirt.. I pointed to the obvious burn mark on my collar and said "you don't see this burn"?? He said nope. I've gone to this place off and on for years. Seriously, at least 10 years. They do a fair job on men's shirts, although they often crush and break the buttons when they iron them in their slam iron machine. Once they told me they accidentally gave my husband's shirt to someone else. They did get it back though. On the bright side, I've never had any new holes appear in my otherwise unholy clothing. Also, the clothing smells clean when I get it back, and I like that they are supposedly an eco friendly cleaner. They're friendly there. Most recently I arrived home and discovered I had someone else's clothes along with my own. I also discovered that my favorite gorgeous DRY CLEAN ONLY dress (you know the kind that when you look nasty you can put it on and somehow you look good and can go anywhere in it dress--that one--damn) was machine washed and slam ironed and now looks awful..whimper... Worst dry cleaning experience ever. Took my $800 YSL silk tuxedo shirt to have it pressed come to find out they washed it which was fine because it was done properly. I noticed 8 out of 10 buttons smashed and damaged. I asked her to replace the buttons and she pointed to a sign that was hidden behind a bunch of stationary items "we are not responsiblefor damage". she then said that these buttons were "cheap" and she would replace with new even cheaper plastic ones. I said my buttons are made of glass and thier not cheap. Basically she said "too bad i cant help you". what upsets me more is when i called her twice asking to be careful with my shirt. Well that was super fun.... Just went to pick up my dry cleaning and my BRAND NEW suit has stains all over it randomly. Some on the sleeve. Some on the back. Along the trim. "Maybe it's the brand". Um Calvin Klein dry clean only? "I don't know what happened, we tried to fix 2 times" oh wait you knew you ruined it. AND THEN.... WAIT FOR IT.... She charged me for it and said "oh we give you store credit for the price of the cleaning" ummmmmmm. So you charged me to ruin my suit? I just walked away. Seriously. Love this dry cleaner. The manager/owner is very friendly and acts like I've been going there for years. The clothes come back clean and don't smell like they've been to a dry cleaner like some cheap cleaners. They will also pick up at your house, although I haven't tried that service. read more

In my opinion, this is the best dry cleaner in long beach. I feel like the owner really cares about each item of clothing and that they are handled delicately. My clothes are always in good condition when I pick them up and I have never had a single problem. I've been here at least 10 times and I will only take my clothes here. I also had a pair of jeans repaired on a stitch and it came out perfect. Not sure why this place does not have higher reviews. I recommend it and I am picky! read more

I wear a suit to work everyday, therefore lots of dry cleaning over the last 15 years. This is the BEST dry cleaner I have ever been to. They are friendly, fast, and inexpensive... the real differentiation is based on the how great the shirts look when they are finished. They look brand new; the collars are not smashed or flattened over time. They use a plastic piece that attaches to the top button and then goes under the collar in order to keep the form of the shirt. The result is a work shirt that looks just as good as when I pulled it off the shelf and wore it for the first time. They even look good and hold their form after traveling in a garment bag. Been going here for a number of years. Quick turn around time and the clothes always come back in great shape. My wife loves the fact that they pick up and deliver as they arent the closest shop to us. Not sure if their pricing is the best in the world but I just had a pair of pants delivered back at the house with a baggie of money I apparently left in one of my pockets. I had been going there for years and everything was great until recently. First, I paid for alterations for curtains that were not done properly and ultimately, they were ruined. Instead of apologizing and offering to fix it, the store "supervisor" argued with me! After I insisted the curtains should be fixed, she attempted to "fix" them and it turned out she had hemmed the curtains so short (not as we had agreed) that they curtains are now ruined. The owner was of no more help, pretty much refusing to do anything about it. To make matters worse, my husband realized that his beautiful designer wool peacoat we had dry cleaned came back and was not his! They had switched it with someone else's peacoat! Do not go there! They are incompetent and rude with terrible customer service. Do you really feel OK going somewhere where if they mess up they will not take responsibility? I don't...... read more
