Always clean, safe and plenty availability. Note, price increase with temperature. The app for paying is easy to use and track how much time is left on each wash and dry cycle. They also have a fluff and fold service if you need assistance or short on time. Such a lifesaver in a pinch. read more

This review is solely for the laundromat part of the business. The fluff and fold part is stellar with great customer service and what looks like satisfied repeat customers. However, the self-service laundry aspect has gone down hill. Prices have gone up (again), and to justify it, more machines are out of order?! I've been standing next to a locked washer now for a half hour waiting for the machine to unlock with my clothes drained of water, but it just keeps spinning on wash mode. The attendant (who are all usually on their game and present) has seemingly disappeared. I've now spent $15.75 for one load of wash and it's STILL IN THE WASHER. The machine will not unlock and allow me to get my clothes. I'm sorry Ocean, but this lack of service made me lower my review to two stars. read more

Of all the "luxuries" you can treat yourself/your household to, Coco Laundry has been a top favorite. Coco is reliable with pick up and drop off. When your clothes arrive, they're neatly folded which makes putting things away so much easier (and less strenuous especially on these hot days). We've had our laundry set to the unscented option for detergent and have had no issues with cleanliness or care of our clothes. A few notable things: Your laundry is weighed to aid in pricing. *For everything including pick-up and drop-off it's $2/lb You can follow along with every step here, and their communication is impeccable. I'm not entirely sure what the protocol is with garment bags, but we use trash bags now since the ones we once sent our laundry out with went MIA. read more

This review is long overdue. I've been using Coco laundry for about 7 months now. I use their pickup and delivery service for my laundry needs about once every week or week and a half. It's very convenient because I can schedule pickups, drop offs, and track when they are close by all through the app. They cover everything from bleaching whites, using sensitive skin detergent, folding everything, and drying on the setting I want. I always schedule them when I get back from a business trip so I can unpack my luggage directly into my laundry bags for pickup. I always look forward to my folded clothes being delivered in a clear bag. My laundry smells great and feels great too. These people work so hard and free up so much of my time. Everyone I've interacted with has been very nice and professional. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new laundry pickup delivery service. Reasonably priced and reliable! I haven't been inside their facility before but I'm sure it's great. read more

So easy! I just dropped off my bags of laundry and they were ready, washed and folded, the next day. The service was great and friendly (price is $1.99 per pound) and the clothes were fresh and ready to go. I definitely recommend Coco Laundry! read more

They have wash and fold services available and you can wash and dry your clothes yourself too. It's somewhat spacious. The washers really do leave your clothes clean, they're not just spinning dirt around. You also have the option of using PayRange instead of using Ca$h. read more

I love this laundromat! It's so nice and clean, and the machines run really well. I especially love that there's a setting for "extra rinse" although it does cost a little more. I also love that there's attendants there all the time that can help you if you have issues. Definitely check this place out! (There's also a Papa John's next door and a convenience store nearby in case you get hungry haha.) read more

I dropped off a huge order on a hot busy day for fluff & fold, they warned it might take two days to be finished, but they had it done the next day! Everyone was so friendly and understanding. I will 100% use this service and recommend it to anyone who needs an extra hand catching up with chores. read more

needed to wash at laundromat because ours broke down. I looked up clean laundromats and this one consistently popped up. I didn't find this place to be clean except the restroom. they had mosquitos everywhere and I was consistently being bitten that I had to go wait in my car while my clothes dried. found it to be too expensive for the quality of this place. don't plan on returning read more

Great service and not too expensive, this is literally your friendly neighborhood laundromat.

So, I overstayed my trip and instead of just buying new clothes I looked around for a laundromat. The time it would take to do my laundry and with the things I needed to get done, it just wasn't feasible. The alternative was a dry cleaner, but so pricy just to leave my clothes smelling bland. Instead I opted for a pick and delivery laundry service. Boom! Jumped on the Google and Coco, along with others popped up. I have a busy schedule so I reached out and Coco was the only one that was willing to do my laundry same day and deliver same day. I placed my order and it was picked up by their friendly staff. It was picked up from my hotel. They said they could do same day service. So I assumed I'd get it well into the evening. Nope! I got it about 4 hours later (I'm sure times vary by amount of clothes). I checked my clothes and they were nicely folded, smell sooooo fresh and were separated by clothes colors (whites, colors, lights). I am beyond impressed and highly recommend their services. Check them out for yourself. Being a picky and timely person, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Wow! Thank you guys so much! read more

Who loves doing laundry?? Not me but CoCo makes it fast and easy :) It's located off Termino and 7th street, it's in a plaza with a few other stores. Lots of free parking in the lot right out front. I've been coming to CoCo for almost 2 years now. This place is very functional and the prices are very competitive to other laundromat around. They offer a wide selection of machines to wash ranging from $4.50 for the smaller machines up to $6.75 for the larger machines, along with tons of drying machines for $0.25 for 10min. What I love about this location and I'm sure lots of others have caught on to the hype, they offer a fluff and fold service. Fluff and fold is literally you dropping off your laundry loads and they will wash, dry, and fold your stuff all for a small price which is charged by the pound. I once met the owner which was very nice and welcoming and every time I do come in there is a staff here which is doing the fluff and fold but are always very nice and helpful if needed. The place is supper cute and always clean, I have yet to have a bad experience or find anything dirty when I come do my laundry. They have tons of seating for people to sit and wait, along with a little refrigerator if you wanted to purchase a cold drink/water. They also have a vending machine that offers detergents and other cleaning items if you forgot to bring something... for purchase of course. Well... I don't know how much more I can rave about a laundromat but if you are in the area and looking for one... you found it! SYoY read more

Dropped off 11 shirts added 20 dollars for stain removal. Didn't write phone number down correctly didn't get shirts until a day after.

I never knew they were right next door to my Chinese fast food spot. First time ever using them for laundry service and it was perfect. Brought in 23 lbs of clothes and got it back the next day. For the price I paid, I don't think I'll do laundry again. Just take it here. Great people and service too. Used them a second time for dry cleaning and it was ready the next day. They said 3 days. That's good service. read more

Coco Laundry is a clean, reliable, and convenient laundromat in Long Beach! Since my laundry machine broke, I have been coming here for my laundry needs! Owner Ocean gives excellent recommendations and is very helpful to all customers. I have done the Fluff and Fold service every time I have been here. All you have to do is drop off your clothes, and you get a text about when to pick them up. They are all folded and in a nice plastic bag. It's incredibly convenient if you work or are busy cause you know "time is money." It gets a little pricey if you have a lot of laundry, so I recommend checking in on Yelp for $10 off your first fluff and fold service. If you decide to do laundry on your own, the prices seem normal, and you can use an app to pay! Thank you for helping me out, Ocean; YOU are the man! read more

Prices are great! The cheapest wash is a little high but the bigger loads are a fantastic price. My clothes actually get washed in their machines, they aren't 15 minutes washes which was an issue I was running into. I'd go to places and only wash my clothes for like 16 minutes and my clothes wouldn't be clean.. service seems nice! They helped me when my quarters got stuck. They are also very busy with fluff and fold so they must me doing something right! read more

I'm in the middle of a remodel and having been to a laundromat in years. The woman on hand doing the fluff & fold was friendly and very helpful. Today I went to the laundromat for the first time and was so lucky that after so much research, I ended up at Coco laundry. One of the staff members, Tiny, was so helpful and kind to me and another woman trying to figure out the machines. And other customers were so comfortable with her and you can tell they're regulars. It's much cleaner than I'd expected and very well labeled and organized. It also helps that they use the PayRange app. I'll definitely return. read more

I've been coming to Coco's laundry since it first opened. Not only is it the only cashless laundromat on this side of LB but it's always clean, it's staff is always helpful, and the owners are so kind! The transparency of the company is refreshing. The owners always advise if there's a price hike and why. The parking lot is big and has lots of space. There are the typical influx of people at popular times, and since the mat is on the smaller side it can get crowded. Think smart and plan ahead and you'll always enjoy your wash time at Cocos. read more

They don't mess around with the last wash time here - I got to the door by like 8:29pm and the doors were already locked! He would not let me come in and wash my load. I used their wash and fold service. Here's my review: Pros: The staff were friendly, and they processed my order sooner than they originally stated. Cons: Not sure if they exactly handle with care... the drawstring was completely removed from my hoodie, and there was some random sock that's not mine in my order. I'm new to getting my laundry washed and folded, so I'm not sure what the expectations should be. However, I'm posting for the service to save time, and I'm now having to waste time painstakingly re-thread a hoodie that never had an issue before using this service. read more

Coco Laundry was my first experience with the laundromat. The worker there was so nice and helping me he explained what each washer does and where the dryers are and when the card reader messed up on the app, can you put a quarter in to help complete the purchase. Parking is easy it's right up front. They don't have too much seating inside and no AC so super hot when I went in the middle of the day. I really enjoyed the large washer because I had such a big load probably four washers worth was able to get washed in that one load . I went at 1 PM and there was maybe for other people in there with me. This will be my spot when I need to wash my clothes! Washer took 30 min and dryer took 30 min! read more
