The sanitizing machines and consistently clean environment make it stand out. I've watched them wipe down machines as soon as a customer finishes. I have a washer and dryer at home but still come here for comforters and personal items. We have pets, so I prefer a place where I know the machines are thoroughly cleaned. I've been coming for a year and it's my favorite laundromat in Long Beach. Parking is never an issue and machines are always available no matter what time I walk in. They call it Laundry Guys, but I'm the Laundry Girl. Highly recommended.

There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

You would think that I've been here not that long ago I would be a pro with the machines... lol... Clearly I've been too pampered. Everything is cashless, which they have an app you can do all the transaction or scan the QR code. For the life of me, I couldn't get it to work this visit. It clearly showed that I paid but I couldn't get the machine to start. The ladies that were working were very sweet with helping me out. I just needed to show her the transaction and she started the machine on her end. Of course the same thing with the dryer. Shows that I paid when scanning the QR code but couldn't get the machine to start. She was very helpful with everything. Don't know if I was doing something wrong but the last time was a cinch. Maybe it's better if you had the app. It was nice to even walk next door as there's a little park where you could get some air and enjoy the day. Plenty of seating if you wanted to stay at the place. It's a nice clean neighborhood laundry mat where it seems to be the locals that frequently visits it.

I've actually been hesitant to write this review because I used to enjoy coming here so much, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The only bright spot lately has been Miriam, who is consistently kind and helpful. Outside of her, the level of service has declined significantly. During my last two visits, I picked up my laundry only to find ink stains all over my scrubs and my children's clothes. What's worse is that nobody mentioned the incident to me when I picked them up; I had to discover the damage myself. Most recently, I tried to drop off my clothes on Friday, April 24th, around 8:45 PM. I was met with a very rude staff member telling me they were closed, even though I was just dropping off. After some back-and-forth, she finally took the bags and told me they would be ready on Saturday. I waited for a text all day Saturday, but never heard anything. Not wanting to be a bother, I waited until Sunday to follow up. I called multiple times Sunday morning starting at 10:21 AM, 10:23 AM and 12:01 PM but every call went straight to voicemail. When I finally reached someone at 2:26 PM, it was Miriam. She informed me that she had just started her shift and discovered that the person responsible for my laundry had completely skipped over my order. I am so grateful that Miriam stepped in to take care of my clothes since they were long overdue, but I'm honestly hurt by the treatment from the rest of that staff. After being a dedicated customer for years, I don't understand why the service has become so unprofessional and dismissive. I really hope they can get back to the quality they used to provide.
