Came in and paid for my washer using the mobile pay function . When the laundry should have been done I went back to check and it said 5 minutes left and was in the rinse cycle . Realized 10 minutes later it was stuck in that position. Called the owner who said I would have to wait for an hour to get assistance and the attendant restarted the laundry since the machine left them soaking in a pool of water . I've been coming here for 5 years now, about once a week or once every 2 weeks without fail. Clean, good machines, well kept. Suddenly we're not allowed to use the restroom. I know this sounds like a small thing but it isn't. It's really disheartening. I don't know why it suddenly changed. A nice quiet gentlemen used to open it for me and then close it when i was done. Now the lady says no. I have a weak bladder. A lot of women do for obvious reasons...and it's often women doing the laundry. I do my boyfriends and mine and we have a ton. I've had to start to stop drinking water close to laundry time in hopes of not needing to use the restroom when I'm there. Since it's Long Beach., NOWHERE let's you use the restroom nearby.. trust me I've looked. It's really sad. There's no homeless walking in there. It's all just nice , respectful and loyal customers. Why not let us use your restroom for a second? Say no to random people walking in...sure. But we're here as customers. The second i find another laundry mat that treats you like a human and lets you use the restroom when you really need to go... I'm switching. Hope the managers read this and take note. Clean, staff is responsive, machines in good condition. Parking lot large and clean. Bountiful baskets to use. They don't mind if you take a chair to the side of your machine (unlike Laundry Guys who were super strict about moving their beloved benches). I come to this laundromat because it's pretty close to me and all around the cleanest in my area in my opinion. There's plenty of parking and it's usually not too packed but that's also depending on the time and day you go. This laundromat requires you to have use a "money card" that you can reload with cash or card at their machines with the exception of a few single loaders that you can use quarters with. This laundromat is always kept clean, machines are always working and always have an attendant working in case you need anything. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE MOSQUITOS!! There are so many mosquitos in there that will eat you alive that it makes it very uncomfortable to stay in there to finish your laundry. I really hope they find a solution for that. read more

I attend this place often and I always check the machines prior to washing or drying. This time when I pulled my whites from the dryer there were strange oil marks (the oil from the drum of the dryer) in oval shapes all over my clothes. I stopped on guy from using the same dryer and informed the attendant on duty of the failed machine. She called the owner and came back to me. The first thing she said was, "the owner says you have to check the dryer for items before using it. So we're not liable. Sorry." I explained that I had checked the dryer, but the attendant could only relay the same message. I was a highly disappointed more in the initial presentation of the customer service (or lack thereof) than with them claiming no liability. They didn't even offer any free washes or cash back for the washes already done. Quite sad because this place is otherwise very clean, responsive, and helpful. read more

Needed to wash a big comforter, so came here and used the mega loader (6 loads worth) for $6.50 which is a little above average in pricing. The place is big with plenty of machines and is relatively clean. The only downside if you don't need to wash your laundry regularly at a laundry mat is the need for a money card. The cost of a money card is $3 on top of what you're adding to use the machines. However, the attendant told me that they do give out loaner cards. So I used a loaner card and gave her my ID to ensure the loaner card would be returned. The only thing about using a loaner card is that you don't get your remaining balance back. read more

I just had the worst experience tonight. The lady who was closing literally got dust all over me. She is so rude, the man next to me saw the whole thing. While I was folding my clothes she started taking all the lint traps and spreading it all over my clothes and my eyes. I couldn't see and she was just fanning it off causing dust to immediately go everywhere and when I turned around she did not care at all. Unbelievable. Awesome place. Granted, I had never been to the laundry mat before so I walked in obviously lost. Immediately I'm greeted by Alonso who says "May I help you?!". Ah, relief! I tell him I need change for a $5 then I'm immediately shown how to use the card machine. Still looking a bit lost, Toni steps in and completely helps me with the entire process. From buying the card, loading it with cash, telling me which washer to use, she even took my card and bought me the soap! Thank you Toni. :) Love Toni, she was no nonsense but still very helpful. Great large laundry mat with a regular crew of staff.

This is the closest laundry joint to my place, but I have no problem driving right past it to head to Circle Coin Laundry and Dry Cleaning on PCH where the washes are cheaper and you don't have to buy a card. I've only been here once and I was excited because of all the rave reviews, but this place didn't impress me. The only temptation for me to return is that I still have a few bucks on my laundry card that I had to pay $2 for. I have hard feelings about this place because one of the washers I used didn't drain the water properly and I had to run the machine for a second time. I didn't have that much laundry to do, but it felt like I was there for a while and after all was said and done, I didn't feel like my clothes were washed that well. Perks - PLENTY of parking ... and you can play the CA lotto while you're there. There's also a 7-11 withing walking distance. read more

Really wont be back. Used the fluff and fold service for the first time - I do fluff and fold every week of my life but wanted to try this place because it is closer. The same exact weekly laundry that costs me $50-$60 was $94. In addition, I was told they would call me when it was finished. 27 hours later I went back and the girl - who was nice - said she had no idea when it had been completed. For $100 to get a few shirts and towels washed, they could at least follow through on their promise to call. No thanks. The facility looks clean enough. I didnt use any of the machines. read more

This place in always top of the line CLEAN AND IN ORDER ...and all the staff are very helpful and kind...I especially like the young man ...however its obvious that the washer machines have been rigged to release the LEAST amount of water .. Which is causing some of the clothing not to even get wet ... I took a few videos to show what tricks are being used ... it looks as though its washing but if you pay close attention...you can see the timer go back and fourth ... Came here over the years but now prices have increased and they even closed off the restrooms for customers. Don't waste your time here. Dryers will need three credits to fully dry. First credit fool you at 10 min and then every add on is only 9 min. This place run on money card so it almost feels as if you are stuck coming here until your credit is up. read more

I have come to this laundromat just a little over a handful of times & truthfully I am kinda glad that I am going to review them now. I thought they were already pretty good before compared to A LOT of others, but the owners are starting to really understand some of the customers needs & taking action. Truth be told my triplex has a private laundry room, but when I have a lot to do, it makes it so much faster for me to go here. First, the only problem people seem to have is the cost of the money card & I guess being responsible enough to keep it somewhere safe so they don't bug the workers for "extra" ones. Anyway, the price for the card was $3. It's reloadable & they take cash (bills only), and major cc & debit cards ( but the debut feature was not working today). Other than the card, which honestly is not a big deal, then your golden here. Now to the good info: Typical prices: Wash 1 load: $1.75 3 loader: $3.50 6 loader: $6.00 Dry Reg $.25 Large $.50 Extra Perks: Free wifi Free AM coffee Big screen TV Kids corner! With TV playing Movies! Lots of awesome mags to read Lots of parking 7Eleven & other food places across the street So basically if you want to go to a laundromat you are not cringing at going to, have to bring the kids or if you just want a nice quiet place to do you laundry quickly come here. On vacation and staying in LB. spin cycle was VERY clean and quiet. All the machines were clean & seemed reasonable price. The employee (didn't catch his name had dark hair, beard glasses) was nice and explained how to buy a card (I didn't like having to pay $3 for it but only a small complaint.) made it simple. After 2 Years of coming here, I can finally say, I will not be coming back here ever again. I can only blame management on how they want to deal with broken machines as I've talked to 4 different people over the course of 2 years here and they will never do anything in regards to front loaders. The front loaders here have 3 areas where you can put in detergent. 1st is pre-soak, 2nd is the actual detergent and bleach and 3rd is the fabric softener. I've jumped on nearly every one and only a few actual works properly. It basically does not use up all the detergent in the 2nd slot, vice versa 1st slot. I always try to use the same machine every time I'm here so I know it works. I split up my laundry the last time into two front loaders (unfortunately not the one I normally use) and after coming back and checking on it 25 minutes later... Yup, you guessed it. Half of my detergent is still just sitting in there on both on the 2nd slot and one of them didn't even use my fabric softener. I told politely told the lady working there my issue and she basically just said, "Oh you put it in the wrong one, its your fault." And didn't offer anything else. So left with two fairly still dirty loads with not much time left to deal with another wash, I had to just dry them and pray they wont smell tomorrow. In which they all did. So thats it. This happens way too often and they all say the same thing. It's always my fault for not putting it in the correct detergent slot and they can't do anything for me. Too bad, so sad. I once just held open the rubber door and watched which slot actual has water flowing out the most and yup, the 2nd slot. (The front loader I normally use) Thanks for the free wifi though when I was there. Its great and I enjoy the area its in. Too bad ya guys are terrible at machine upkeep and are fairly pricey. They advertise $3.50 for triple the normal load with the front loaders. Also a load of crock. Try putting anything else than one regular size load and your clothing will not be clean. Again, why did I come back so often? Its a good location for a laundry mat and I get to go across the street for lunch or something. read more

I've come to this place because it's a little more expensive and THOUGHT i was getting great value. nope. the washers barely soak your clothes and they run for only 24 minutes. water isn't hot.. always warm. you complain and they put a sticker on the machine.. and give you a complimentary wash. Don't leave your card in a machine. It empties it. I lost $15 on a dryer with non refund of my money. don't go here if you want clean clothes. I was pretty excited about this place. Good machines and such. however, I had the worst experience with this place. They make you use a cash card that you have to purchase from them (2 bucks). You fill it up with money. Whatever, I felt I would be back so I put 20 bucks on it. While drying the clothes, the card stops working. I check it out on the machine and it says it has an invalid balance. I tell the attendant and he tells me "thats too bad" and takes the card. I'm expecting him to give me a new card with the amount on it, but he tells me theres nothing he can do for me. Their signs said they're 100% committed to their customers. However, this experience proves otherwise. They litterally took the card I paid 2 bucks for (not to mention the money I loaded on to it), and did nothing to remedy the problem I had. Keep in mind, if you come here you have to use their cards. The card lasted me only a few minutes. you have a high chance of losing the info on the card, and losing money. May as well stick with the other places in the area. This one has a lot of stars on it. One from the original owner (should be rules against that). I don't know why. It seemed to cost more anyway. This place not only ROCKS my SOCKS they fluff & fold them! I come here for the free wifi, large 6+ front loaders, and jumbo dryers that dry my finest threads in a mere 22 minutes! Now that's efficient. Alonzo and his wife are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their machines and such. Always willing to lend a helping hand. I never thought I'd look forward to laundry day. I simply grab my suds, clothes and a good cup of joe and in under an hour I've managed to wash 7 loads of laundry!!!!! Free wi-fi, super spic n span floors (always a good thing, since you're going to inevitably drop an article of clothing while taking it out of the washer/dryer), the attendant was super helpful on the night I came, AND they have the laundry card setup! There are a few arcade machines, but nothing to get excited about. If they got Soul Caliber, however... things would be different. Plus, they have a Lotto vending machine.
