I used to love coming here because of the discounts they have and the convenience of not needing coins. I was going for my weekly laundry load when I was approached by the worker and told I could no longer wash laundry here because I owned dogs. And if I chose to continue washing clothes here, I would have to wash my clothes in the "dog beds & blankets" washer. Last time I checked, I wasn't a f-ing dog. I'm not washing anything belonging to my dog. I'm washing MY clothes. And to tell me I have to wash my stuff in the dogs only washer is ridiculous. I came to wash my clothes early in the morning around 7:20 ish am. Wanted to get my washing out the way, I've come here before but never left a review so I'm finally writing one. I love coming here to wash i have always came here no issues till yesterday i went and wash a washable mat i always wash and never had issues with any of the workers till yesterday the lady in the morning that was there her badge said LETTY she was very rude and told me to never go back to wash there i told her i have always washed and never had an issue only with her her face looks like you cant even approach her because she answers and talks with an attitude shes not even out when you need her shes always in the room all the other ladys are always avaialble for when you need them i felt uncomfortable, disrespected, and judged. I just felt like she kept trying to find things to pick at me for. Its sad because i have always come here and never had an issue. Found this place on Yelp and let me tell you, hand to baby Jesus, THIS IS THE CLEANEST LAUNDROMAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. This place is coin-less, you need a reloadable card to use the machines, which is super convenient. I lugged in a bag of quarters, so I welcomed the relief. Machines come in various sizes and there are plenty of dryers. There's plenty of parking (NOTE: I also got here before 8am, the place opens at 7a. I cannot speak to afternoon parking). When finding this laundry mat, I thought wow what a great idea. No coins, no problem. I have been coming to this laundry mat for that reason, and have never had a problem with anything or anyone there. It's been probably at least 1 year. Until recently, there is this one attendant that is literally so rude. She thought we didn't speak Spanish ... you could foreshadow the rest. She said something about us and didn't think anyone would call her out on it. Well we called her out on it, and she tried to deny it. We brushed it off, but then we began to realize as she was going around she's just straight up rude to people for lack of better words, rude to anyone who looked like they didn't speak Spanish. Save it for after work dude, no need to talk about customers at a business. Honestly kind of upset I didn't get her name, no name tag. Honestly really like this place, but if this is the experience I can expect from now on I will not continue to come here for very long. read more

Super clean and tons of machines of every size. The countess system with the card worked fine for me and made paying quick and easy.

We come here when needed, and we usually have a pleasant experience here. It normally empty and the washers work well. Except for this time that apparently one of our sweater strings got stuck on the door airway and lead to the washer leaking the water. The lady in charge at the time was nice about it and helped us out. You have to pay like $3 for a card and then load it up with either cash or debit to use since they're coin less. read more

Use cash instead of debit/credit. Both machine glitch on me I waited at least 30 min for a worker just to tell me she can't help me and just dispute the transaction with the bank. Try calling for help but it put me into this mail box that they have and a email. I doubt they will respond. Would I ever come here maybe if o really need a wash and dry read more

The laundry attendant keeps very clean no matter what time of day it is, I always see her spot cleaning through the day as well. I like the fact that you can use debit/ credit cards to pay for laundry, as well as the traditional method of cash. I've been coming to this laundry for my whole life and I am happy the new owners have made it very nice. I hope the attendant gets a raise for all the hard work she puts in at this location! I've been coming to the laundry mat for about nine months or more and unfortunately, there is an attendant by the name of Anna , she has black short hair .. she is not welcoming matter fact she is very rude and to ask her for anything as simple as using the restroom. either customers get ignored or it's a definite no it's unreal that she tells paying customer that they cannot use the bathroom when it's-not out of service or they cannot use it due to her mood ... or when the when you ask her in English, she acts like she only talks Spanish but it's very clear. She talks English when she wants to besides the facility,being very dirty whenAnna is the attendant, and I'm sure she doesn't allow customers to use the restroom because she doesn't want to clean it. Again She's not welcoming and she makes it very uncomfortable there to do laundry. If and when I do go I definitely don't like going when Anna is working she makes my children and I feel uncomfortable to the point that I have left a voicemail couple of months back about her and now I'm leaving the review on how uncomfortable she makes it to use your facility when clearly I enjoy going only when she's not working ... but again that makes it hard for me the customer to have to avoid an attendant just to do laundry , read more
