The luxury of having to get laundry done at home is one thing but when your out of town and needing things done all at once, a laundry mat comes in quite handy. One stop place to get all your washing finished at once. Or have them wash it for you and pick up later with the fluff and fold service. You would think that I've been here not that long ago I would be a pro with the machines... lol... Clearly I've been too pampered. Everything is cashless, which they have an app you can do all the transaction or scan the QR code. For the life of me, I couldn't get it to work this visit. It clearly showed that I paid but I couldn't get the machine to start. The ladies that were working were very sweet with helping me out. I just needed to show her the transaction and she started the machine on her end. Of course the same thing with the dryer. Shows that I paid when scanning the QR code but couldn't get the machine to start. She was very helpful with everything. Don't know if I was doing something wrong but the last time was a cinch. Maybe it's better if you had the app. It was nice to even walk next door as there's a little park where you could get some air and enjoy the day. Plenty of seating if you wanted to stay at the place. It's a nice clean neighborhood laundry mat where it seems to be the locals that frequently visits it. read more

Kinda annoying that they only have 2 of the 8 load washers and it seems one is always broken. Considering how costly the machines are, you'd think they would fix the most expensive load washing machine. They have only 4 6 load machines and with 1 8 lb out of service they fill up fast. Either fix the 8 load you got or add more 6 loads so the line isn't backed up.... read more

Came here for a change of scenery. I learned quickly that although this laundromat and my regular one both use speed queen machines, you have to load money onto the app for each location and that the money isn't reciprocal. That alone already sucked, but the machines were loaded and the soap was in the machines. We also learned we needed a permit in order to park, but that was easily provided by the nice attendant. Additionally, this location has extremely poor airflow and it was super hot in here. The swamp cooler they had needed to be cleaned and only provided very little comfort. That, and as listed in another review, one of my fears came true and my shirt had washer grease/stains on it, which tells me they need to be serviced more often. Be sure to check your light clothes before drying them so these stains dont set. Especially if you like your shirts. Ill continue to go to my regular place because of my experience read more

This has been the best *tech-savvy* laundry experience thus far. They have an app you can download that gives you $5 free credit, or a card that you can reload. It took me under 3 hours total for two of the 6 load washers, and one of the 4. The dryers were spacious so I ended up only needing two (there's a fill line they ask you adhere to). In total, I think everything came to under $35 which is a steal considering the machines were clean and beyond efficient. There's vending machines with snacks and refreshments. There's machines with everything you'd need for your laundry. There's space to fold your laundry as well. The gals working there were sweet, funny, and helpful for a first-timer. I'm sold! read more

Overall, I really like this Laundromat. It has nice new machines, with very minimal out of service machines. The staff have always been helpful and friendly, and they keep this place very clean. My only complaint is that they have the dryers set to only be paid for in 30 minute increments. The laundromat by my old apartment with the same Speed Queen machines had it in 3 minute increments. It would be nice if they could reduce the time slots. Even 15 minutes would be a nice change, since most of my loads take about 45 minutes to be totally dry. read more

Love this laundromat, it's my go to! Sadly it seems as if the employees don't clean up as much. It was always spotless and well taken care of when they first opened up and it's gone down hill. Went in this week to do laundry and there's a crazy amount of dog hair all over the floor, napkins, wrappers from food and trash just everywhere. The floor needs to be swept and given a good mopping. The washers them selves need to be sprayed down because there is tons of build up from all the detergent and it should be wiped down. I hope they turn it around because the cleanliness and management is what drew me to this spot in the first place. read more

Honestly no longer impressed and instead disappointed. I have been doing the wash, dry and fold for past couple months and it seems as everytime my clothes have ended up stained or dyed. Super disappointing because I did enjoy having to not worry about washing and drying but now I instead have to worry about what will come back messed up. They keep the place clean and are regularly cleaning the machines, the staff is helpful and there to assist if you need help (since the machines don't take quarters like most other places but are pretty techy to get them started using either the app or the central payment center and can be a little bit confusing for a new user). Shout out to CECY and DAVID for being so considerate and helpful my first time there, pointing out the largest machines since I had a plethora of laundry due to a pipe leak, helping get the machines started, and for pointing out about the dry-guarantee. I've been coming to this laundromat for more than 10 years, even before it was Speed Queen. I love Speed Queen and their staff, but after the new coffee shop opened, there is no parking in the laundromat lot because everyone from the coffee shop parks there. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to stop coming to this laundromat because of the parking situation. I'm here at 10 a.m. laundry rush is usually mellow but the parking lot is full, and people are even parking along the side of the laundromat building. read more

I rate 3 stars for the service in which you drop your clothes off for them to wash & fold. I was putting my clothes away today that they had washed and noticed some stains on a shirt. I washed the shirt myself again with detergent and the stains came out. They do not use enough detergent mind you I bring my own detergent for them to use when I drop the clothes off, when I pickup my "clean" clothes I wonder if they use any soap at all because my clothes also don't have a fresh smell like they do when I wash my clothes myself. Very disappointed that I paid for a service and had to rewash clothes that they supposedly had already washed. read more

I also like how when you check in on yelp, you get a free dry cycle, if your clothes, up to 40 pounds doesn't dry on the first cycle, they will let u dry it again for free. I was was so excited to see a new, nice, and fresh laundry Mat in my neighborhood as most are run down and not taken very good care of. I haven't been here in about 2-3 months and I have to say I was VERY disappointed. Reasons: The smell upon arrival from the parking lot side door smelled like urine. I'm assuming it was from the bathrooms not being cleaned. Then I noticed while sitting there waiting for my laundry that several homeless people came in and out of the bathrooms and walking through the laundry mat. I understand this will happen, but attention should be made regularly. Not only for sanitation purposes but also for the safety of your patrons. There were ALOT of broken machines. More so than any other laundry mat in the area. The machine I used made my clothes smell like cigarettes and I don't even smoke nor do I go around any places with smoke due to asthma. The folding tables and floors were not clean. There were food crumbs, used bandaids, old dryer sheets, all over the tables. Tried to get help with the machine i was using and the attendant was no where to be found. At 2:20pm on a Monday afternoon? No attendant? Where are they? Obviously not keeping up with the place or attending to the building. The attendant was gone so long that the light was shut off behind the counter for almost the entire time i was there which was 2 hours. I believe this will be the last time I will be using this facility. There is far more competition in the area with a much more sanitary environment and present attendees. Speed queen, you have lost my business. Wish I could get a refund, but no one was to be found. Peace! read more

Other than when people hog things they're not using for 30 minutes +. Sad they don't give back as much rewards as they used too, or promotions / discounted days. The little skinny man with the mask on and reading glasses that works there is so annoying!! Make washing there uncomfortable !!! Last time I went there he was cleaning as always but I just hate how he cleans super close to me and my wife ever my time we go there. We were taking our clothes down from the dryers and he just decideds to mop around us like literally closeing in on us with mop water everywhere. Like me and my wife couldn't step till it dried a bit so WE DONT SLIP. I know that a huge VIOLATION ESPECIALLY WITH NO YELLOW CAUTION CONES TO AWARE PEOPLE. Grand opening All new machines and lots of staff to help out!! I use larger 6load and 8 load. You must download app and pay and select machines through it. It's great way to Ashley goes long and when ready.. you can request notification because we all hate when laundry just sits. It's a long 32 ish wash cycle. You can control amount of water for front loader. What made my sad life excited was the bedding button.. I usually was large comforters at mat while I have a smaller machine at home. Before my goose feathers wouldn't doin out enough water. Which is what bedding cycle does. Sad but it made me excited . Burn washer and dryers has extra buttons to get your specific needs. You get $5 for signing up and they gave one penny wash loads this week to check them out. It got really busy as some brought 10 plus loads and some leave clothes .. Annoying people. A little ghetto peeps showed up talking loudly and putting soap in wrong but great place. The people had to help adjust 7 machines that she did wrong They crazy about cleaning still. $1.90 for 30 min dry cycle. Guarantee dry $8+ for 8 loader $6+ for 6 loads $2.75 for regular. I've been coming here consistently for a few months now and I like it here! Employees are helpful and nice. Parking is great! I usually try to come on the weekends (mainly Saturdays) early in the morning since not a lot of people are in. I came midday twice and it wasn't bad at all either. The pricing to wash and dry is reasonable and there's also an app - which is very convenient. And if you don't want to download the app, there is a little kiosk station where you can pay. And a little station to break up your dollar bills as well. But the business as a whole is cashless. You can easily load the amount you want depending on your loads. In case you run out of detergent, dryer sheets, etc. they do have a variety of stuff you can purchase to use for your loads. There are various sizes for the washers, and the dryers are huge so you can dry a lot. Oh well ‍it was great while it lasted. Several machines broken, bathroom and Payment Center out of order and app works when it feels like it. I pressed heavy wash multiple times and it still stayed on Normal. I was here on Sunday and I had to keep going back into the app before it worked, seemed like a common issue the employees were very familiar with it. Looks like they are not interested in maintaining the facility time to find another laundromat. Gave 2 stars for the convenient location and the poor employees who have to keep apologizing for the multiple "out of order" issues.
