The one positive is the ability to use the app to pay for the machines. Sadly that's all. There have been multiple times where I'm charged more for what I inputted or the machine is missing services that I requested but still charged for. On top of that, they have multiple machines out of service consistently. I was told this was a newer building but it doesn't seem like it at all. Did 5 loads here this morning. Was a little questionable to go on a Saturday morning as I thought it would be busy. We pulled up and there was plenty of parking and washers and dryers available. Shortly after walking inside we were greeted by eric and got all the help we needed. We were slightly confused because normally we do laundry at home. They offer an app where you can manage your washers and dryers. This makes it super easy. There are other payment options as well. Eric was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We were able to get our loads done in an hour and 15 minutes. Not only was the customer service amazing but the inside was also spectacular. It was very very clean. The washers and dryers are super new and nice. They had a little section with iPads for kids or whoever. Plus a TV playing a movie which kept me entertained. I can't forget to mention the free wifi and space available to work on your laptop. And lastly the pride decorations were perfect to top it off. I like the fact that you do everything on a phone app-pay, set time, heat, etc. I don't have to worry about carrying a pocketful of quarters, etc. They also have an employee on site who was extremely helpful. Evelyn showed me how to set up the app and how to use it. She was friendly and very patient with me. as I learned how to do everything. The prices are comparable to other laundromats in the area. There is ample parking available. They will also do your laundry for you for 50 cents a pound. read more

He walked us through the electronic payment, how to use the machines and app, and even let us know that they were having a free 5 dollar credit for new customers. My partner and I only spent $.25 of our own money and we did two loads, wash and dry! We are new to the area and this was one of the most stress free laundry experiences I've ever had. I wanted to keep coming here. Price is awesome and it's clean. My problem is the staff do nothing about the dogs that aren't suppose to be in there. I LOVE dogs. What I don't like is the staff not enforcing it. I've seen the same dog (Boston Terrier) on the folding table or in the actual basket. I've heard a staff member tell them that the dog CAN be in there but not on the table. Which is it? Are dogs allowed in there or not?Today, the same dog was there and I watched the dog urinate on the leg of a folding table. That's disgusting. It's a shame because it's super close to me and the machines are always clean. I can't do my laundry at an establishment where simple rules are ignored and taking a change my clothes will have fleas and or dog pee on them. read more

I really gave this company a chance. I found this company on ig and they didn't stop reaching out to me until I signed up for them to do my laundry services. After taking a few days to get me in the system w/ help from an assistant/ mgr we finally had made arrangements to pick up my laundry and drop it back off a few days later. When I receive my laundry back I did NOT open nor put my clothes away instantly. I'm thinking it may had been a couple of weeks before I opened it and started putting my clothes away (Hence the reason why I call a laundry service. I don't like doing laundry). Anyways... while I'm putting away my clothes I noticed stains on my whites, stains on my pretty baby doll dress and stains on other items. I instantly go through my text log to find the person that I've spoken with numerous times at the initial process. I found the actual text log that we had previously been communicating through. I reach out to let said person know that my clothes were heavily stained and my white were extremely dingy! No response! I text the next day.... NO RESPONSE! So throughout the week I noticed a shirt and sock in the laundry that was NOT mine. Like a kids size (I DONT HAVE KIDS). What really pissed me off is... Today I was getting dressed and was about to put on my underwear (I ONLY WEAR BLACK UNDERWEAR. THEREFORE I DIDNT KNOW THESE WORN PANTIES ARE NOT MINE! Ewwww totally disgusted. Not only did they do a TERRIBLE JOB WITH WASHING MY LAUNDRY the washed my clothing with someone else's! SMH I'm done!!! I'll reach out to the credit and company and file a dispute with them. Stoked they are open!!! It's def our new place to do laundry from now on!! They even have an App that gives Free $5 when ya sign up!! Also has TONS of parking, FREE WiFi, reminders sent when the loads are done washing and drying! You can opt to have the reminders just on the app or even get them sent as a text when theres 3 mins remaining. They right away gave great customer service. When I came in they let me know about the app and free funds right away. My boyfriend surprised me by dropping by after work and we elected to go to the cute and relaxing little park next door. It's gated and has a doggie bag dispenser. OH THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO BRING IN MY DOG! He was inside my car chillin and the manager Alex came and asked if the car in the front was mine. When I said yes he said "Oh you can bring in your dog! It's fine!" Once my boyfriend and I went to the little park we sat in the shade and agreed this is our new laundry place! While chatting two gentlemen were in the parking lot and asked if we liked the park. We smiled and said yes and they told us they have been helping keep it clean and making sure to keep the riffraff out and away. They ended up being the owners of the new Speed Queen Laundry service. After chatting we knew we had made a great decision to come here. This has been my go to spot for a while but every time I go in there, the price for the machines is just a bit higher. It's so frustrating because it always happens in .05 increments like we won't notice?? The folks who work here are incredibly sweet and it's a bummer to have to look elsewhere given the convenience of the app, but it really feels at this point like the owners are just trying to cash in without making any noticeable improvements to the space or machines. Listen, technology isn't always seamless but that's no reason to knock this place. There was an internet outage (Spectrum's fault, not theirs) and as a result, the whole place was rendered pretty much useless. Customers were left with wet clothes without the ability to use the dryer and some weren't even able to start the washer in the first place after already loading them up. Shouts out to the employees (Lamar and Kelis) who were working today (12/23, approx...2pm). They were so calm and reassuring. They even came up with a viable solution to make sure that guests could still clean and dry their clothes. Their leadership in a sh*t situation was really dope. Well done! read more

I have never used a laundromat before and my experience was great because the customer service here is absolutely amazing! Kat was very nice and informative on how to work the machines and made sure to let me know she was available if I had any questions! That type of customer service is well appreciated and if I need to use a laundromat again I will be sure to come back to this one just because the customer service here is very nice! The machine are nice and clean and they also have a rinse option that only takes about a minutes before you use them. I've washed there many times till I decided I needed a new place to go to. where do I start? I've been bit by fleas many times while washing at this place. I noticed a lot of dog hairs around where the tables are at. so I stopped folding my clothes there and did it at home. woman at the counter was rude when I pointed it out and showed her the bites on my leg. saying it's not her problem? how about keeping the place clean? After spending $25 washing I was unaware of the price increase at the dryer Machines. I asked for a courtesy dry which has been given in the past.. she refused to help me with my issue and said " well I'm not that person need day so doesn't matter" so much for customer service I WILL NEVER WASH HERE AGIN!! AMAZING store, it is welcoming, the staff have always been friendly and offering their assistance first. I've been going here for a couple of months now and have had good experiences, but today the manager totally saved the day! I didn't catch his name but I forgot a couple things in the dryer and they called me to let me know! If you use the mobile app to use the washers and dryers they can call you if something like this happens! They then walked me through their one dry policy which is amazing and I had no idea about! You pay for ONE dry, and if they didn't get it on the first time, talk to them they add more time for free! btw the washers and dryers are SO fast it's roughly 25 mins for a wash, and 30 mins for a dry.
