I'm new to the area and wanted to try out this place since the reviews said it was clean. It was not. The attendant was nice and helpful. However, it definitely needed to be swept and mopped, the machine looked new, but looked like they don't get wiped down. There was dust bunnies everywhere. I've been coming to this laundromat for over 6 years. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They're always here to help you. I once saw the lady who works here walk with a lady who didn't have a car and take her laundry home which was a couple of blocks away! They really care and they don't have to. It's open as early as 5:30 am and close at 9:00 pm. I regret leaving this review because ai know it will be busy all the time but it's true! read more

I came here, because I was interested in its app, to avoid having to keep cash and load quarters. When the app didn't work for me, I approached the attendant with the issue. She was very dismissive and condescending, all the while walking away from me. I intend to stay away from this place as well as all laundromats the use the DexterPay app. As a bonus, I want to provide this advice to the establishment: if you can't say something helpful, don't say anything at all. I truely recommend everybody from my job site to come especially in Long Beach area. 1st time here, very disappointed. Half of the machines were dirty. The attendance were standing around chatting with their friends. Their were 3-4 customers washing, so they definitely had time to clean machines not in use. They allowed their friend to use the restroom but not paying customers. There's something off about that. Most businesses will allow paying customers to use their restroom. read more

I really don't go to laundry mats so maybe my one star review is cold-hearted but this place is gross. I hated touching the machines. No quarters. You need to purchase a card with $2 in cash. So, yeah, bring your one dollar bills that you either had stuck in your panties or that you saved from sticking in someone else's. Then, purchase your $2 card (it's a "deposit") and then add more dollar bills ('cause we all have those bundled in rubberbands now). More than half the machines don't work. If you don't see an amount on them, they don't work. A bunch have their quarter or card slot covered in tape so you know not to try. This is what I get, yet again, to believe in the reviews of yelpers. I think the only time Yelp seems to be nearly right about anything is restaurants. Seriously, Yelpers, 4.5 stars for this!? Is this really near the best in the LBC? Ewww. Explain yourselves. read more

Excellent customer service. Competitive prices. Family-friendly. It's a great places to meet your neighbors. What I love the most is you cannot lose money because the machines are operated by card, not quarters! Come in the morning on a Saturday and Sunday only before 11am. What is the world coming to when I review a laundromat!? This is the creme de la creme of laundromats! Super clean, owner is almost always there, they sell everything you could need and then some. Ice cream, cold drinks, soap, and the newest most efficient machines for CHEAP!! Machines starting at just $1!! Giant washers, seriously there's two for $6.25 a wash and I can wash 3 complete bedding sets (pillow cases included!!) Even a couple of towels in this beast! Best part is that you don't have to fumble with quarters! They have money cards, soooooo much easier. Oh and the hours? 6am to 11pm!!!!! Last wash is at 9pm. Located right across the street from the PAC coast highway Blue line station its understandable why someone like me that lives in L.A and car less would do my laundry here.You just get off the train and walk one block west and you're there.Not only that but the laundromats in L.A unless 24 hours are way too crowded for my personal taste. Ive only been here 2 times,but i cant really find too much wrong with this place so i think ill continue being a customer.The first time was a few months ago at 6 am, and the 2nd was today approaching noon.Like anywhere(near a lot of apartment communities), if you get there 1st thing in the morning you shouldn't have any problems.Around noon is when the housewives start to show up and they take all the machines and dryers.This wouldn't be a problem but the place is so cramped its hard to move around when its at full capacity.And its in an ethnic neighborhood so you can expect the kids to be running around unsupervised.Not as bad as some other laundromats but it was still going on. Free wifi, location good for train riders,clean and a very friendly Asian(maybe Korean not sure)owner all made this place an enjoyable laundry experience .Various different size machines and a few big size dryers. I used the $6.25 washer and the 0.75 dryers today and was able to leave out of there a happy camper with clean clothes (after using the extra cheap laundry detergent "FAB"High efficiency of course ,that some people seem to not like for whatever reason). Other than the square footage issue and the key card, i don't have a problem with this place.I have a problem with key card places because they make you have to load the card to do laundry.What happens if you lose your card?.. those things do happen and hopefully you didn't put $20 on there..lol. I personally prefer the option of both card and or money, and around the corner they have a place that takes credit cards.I don't mess with those places because Ive been trying to pay down my credit card and places like that wouldn't help me one bit. Best laundromat experience ever! Mike, the owner, is outstanding. very attentive and constantly walking around cleaning and offering his help. I'm a cheapo, so low cost of the washers and dryers was very appealing to me. I checked around, and their prices are better than anyone around. Lots of washers all sizes , I counted over 50 washing machines. the place is kept clean, and parking is sufficient. Also conveniently located to the train station. And Mike tells me that they offer a fluff and fold service for only $1 per pound! Screw it, I'm never doing laundry again, I'm bringing it to Mike. Oh yeah, and they have wifi also. read more

I've never been to a laundry mat before so of course I come to yelp to the rescue for that. The place is really close to my house so it literally only took me less than 10mins to get here. It looks rinky dinky place but the staff were so friendly and family run! The laundry attendant was so helpful with loading money onto the card and for every $5 you add you get $0.25 extra. He showed me how to load the soap in and everything. The only thing is it destroyed my long sleeve I really love but oh well it's the guest service they provide is what counts! The owner there is a super nice guy, very personable and good sense of humor, the prices seem to be the best around, I checked it out around town. If you want to save money and appreciate good old fashion personable business owners (They seem to be far and in between these days) then this is an excellent place for you to wash your clothes. My wife who used to live around the corner from this place has been going for years and her mom still goes. I myself have been dozens of times. The poor location near the Metro brings a bad crowd. We have witnessed/heard people having sex in the bathroom, homeless out front touching themselves/exposing, and always busy. My wife's mother just went here and the Asian owner, Michael, had been working on some of the washers earlier. So my mother-in-law washed her clothes in the washer as "COLD" and came out "HOT" and faded. She talked to Michael and he admitted to messing up the settings/connection and it should have been cold. He did not offer a refund or any reimbursement for the ruined clothes. Poor management and we will look elsewhere. read more

This place is amazing!!!! Our washer flooded at the beginning of the cycle, it was 9:30pm and we didn't know how in the world we were going to deal with all of our wet clothes. When we called, Nellie picked up and even though the last wash is supposed to go in at 9pm, she said if we could get there soon enough, she could leave it open for us so we could finish out laundry. When we arrived, she was there to help u out & make it as easy as possible for us. She totally saved the day for us and we were/are so incredibly grateful. read more

For a laundromat that requires a card, this is one of the better ones. Decent prices, free coffee, and a great owner. He was an older Asian gentleman who was extremely kind and helpful, and I would definitely use this laundromat if I was local to the area. There are about 30 laundry mats surrounding this one that are MUCH cleaner, better environment, and that the machines actually work. This place charges 2 dollars just to get the card to load money onto it. This might not be a big deal for some people, but for me it's a no. Seems like a rip off to load money onto a card that might get lost, or never used again. I'm sure this is just a tactic to keep customers coming back, but I'm not a fan. I spent double here what I would spend elsewhere. The place is also dirty, the floors were all pulled up, pipes were exposed, and none of the machines for snacks/drinks work. I know this is a first world problem, but just go to ANY of the laundry mats in the area and they are a thousand times better. The only good thing about this location is the staff. The guy who works here (might be the manager or owner) is VERY friendly, but this place just isn't worth it. read more

Even though our apartment complex has a laundry room, we decide to come here because we're able to do all of our loads in half the time and for much less. They have well maintained machines that do a very good job at washing and drying. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and local...they even offer free coffee for those morning laundry days.
