I like coming here even though my apartment building has laundry facilities. It's close to my home I'm able to do some grocery shopping across the way if needed. There is usually an attendant here. I love that their hours are from 5a- 11p( last wash is at 9:45p). They just recently added a machine that accepts all major credit cards as well as apple pay and google pay and ebt. Old school way of accepting coins is still provided. At your leisure books are provided to read and coffee you can also get a massage in the massage chair for a fee. Purified water is here for purchase. This a family owned business. It's usually clean 99% of the time. read more

The dryers here SUCK. I would put in a full load and it would take over 45 minutes to dry, but they still come out damp. And this was definitely verified right now when I put only 2 articles of clothing in the dryer, a pair of sweats and jeans, in the dryer for 24 minutes on high AND THEY ARE STILL NOT DRY. save yourself the money and time and look somewhere else. read more

This has to be the nastiest Coin Laundry in the City of Long Beach. Customers will be customers. I guess the ownership puts the onus on customers to clean up after themselves! That is not always the case so the machines are not clean. Customers use way too much detergent resulting in clothes you just washed coming out of the washer with detergent scum on them (see pictures below). While I should have checked the machines before using them, the fact that they have no on-site staff to affect the quality of their service is telling. Nor is there a contact phone number. Been coming here for 5 or 6 years. Staff and owners nice and friendly and will refund your money if you have any issues with the machines. They also have ac on hot days which is hard to find these days inside laundry mats. read more

New owners work really hard to maintain this gem. There are plenty of available machines that are very reasonably priced and easy on the pocket. Local customers come in regularly. Everyone is treated like family. They help each other out and watch out for one another for a safe and wonderful experience. There are change machines, soap detergent, fabric softener,bleach, and other items that you would need to do your laundry. Machines eat up quarters, no on-site staff, machines stop mid cycle, there's been plenty of occasions where I've opened the door to a machine after it had been in there locked for 2+hours only to have a bucket of water gush out, and no phone numbers listed to call for support. I rarely EVER post a negative one star review but I am angry. I come here almost every single time to do my laundry, never had one issue. Today I had several. First the quarters, he said he had to see how many loads before I got quarters. I've never been harassed and I've been coming here for years. Second, the fact that the machine had an enormous amounts of soap, after two washes he let me pay for the THIRD round. I hate to say this but this will be my last time here. One person can really make an impact on your location. I like the owner he seems happy to be there. I like the vibe when he is here. Came here to wash and I had grab my laundry worth of quarters which was about (10$) and the Asian guy working there had an attitude and asked for the quarters back! Stated I "STOLE" them when I was clearly inside the laundry Matt exchanging the dollars into quarters from the dispenser... I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! The nerve he had to ask for them back when he saw my car loaded with laundry ! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Came back solely for the location and what a mistake. Hoped it was just a one time thing with a faulty machine that wasn't properly filtering out previously inserted bleach and detergents. (that damaged load I posted before had to go through twice cuz it was foaming from whatever liquids were sitting in there). Wasted money on a large load here just to end up throwing more than half my clothes away from that machine. They claim to maintain the machines but twice now when I've selected "delicate/cold", my clothes come out scalding hot and steaming which damages my dark clothes! Wtf read more

Staff has always been helpful and polite-and the dryers here actually dry your clothes without leaving a bad smell!

It was clean and well lit. There is plenty of machines on a weeknight. The machines aren't 100 years old like other places in long beach, but it did take me a couple of seconds to figure out what the quarter situation was. A big plus is they have more than one big washing machine for comforters and such AND extra large dryers which made it easy to dry big items. I have no idea why this laundromat has four stars instead of FIVE. You can't beat its combination of stellar service and affordable price! I patronized this local business on a Tuesday evening. The top load washers were being serviced, I was disappointed to learn though the repairmen were busy working away into the evening--so I knew the machines would be back in tip top shape in no time. I ended up forced to use the front-load washers, which are usually cost prohibitive at many similar spots. I was super stoked to discover the front-load machines were not only cheaper than my old laundromat's top load washers, they were DOUBLE LOAD to boot! There are even triple-load machines available inexpensively. And the driers remain at a value at just a quarter per 10 minutes. Also tidiness is not a problem at this particular business that is dedicated to absorbing other people's dirt. The owner is very personable and professional. His presence is appreciated to help keep things safe. One could even shop at the grocery warehouse across the parking lot while awaiting sparkling clean laundry. Discriminating deal hunters couldn't ask for anything more in a laundromat than SPIN!!! read more

Great place. On vacation and we used this place. Nice clean and bright does a great job with the clothes. When we got home, we realized we had left an entire laundry load there. Phone them and got Patrick, he said he wud get back to us in the morning, He texted bacj 6am next morning saying he had found the entire load. Cannot beat this kind of service . Started going here before the new ownership change and what a difference now. The owner is friendly, reasonable in washing, One day we forgot some clothes that we left in the washing machine and he had them saved for us . When we inquired the situation to him. So very thankful that they were honest. Also when a machine broke down and the owner wasn't around, when I went to him with the picture of the washer, he reimbursed me. I usually have nothing but great reviews of this place until today. The management is usually great and nice. After loading my wash and using the atm to get some cash and then walking over to the change machine I was approached by the usually very friendly man that I see once a week when I come wash clothes with my son. He came up to me and stared me up and down while getting my change so I said hi. He then said "do you wash here" I said yes over there and he said "show me which machine" first of all I had been in there for over ten minutes loading my clothes, used the atm, and then walked over to get change so I was very confused why he was assuming I wasn't washing clothes there. So I said again yes over there and he said no I said show me the machine your washing in. So I said I know how to read and I'm here once a week. I was so surprised at how rude he was he's usually very friendly. I won't be returning unfortunately the employees really need to observe before they accuse its unnecessary and it's very uncomfortable. read more
