*ZERO STARS* not my normal laundromat but was in a hurry first time and the lady here is so rude and not accommodating at all. Machines malfunction and she starts yelling at me "ITS YOUR FAULT" . The machines sucks and needs so much quarters to dry. There are better laundromat with a welcoming atmosphere. Take your money ELSEWHERE!!! read more

New Owners, again. I've been coming here for over 6+ years from Huntington Beach. Yes, quite a drive but the cleanliness of shop kept me coming. Recently, Margarita who kept this place sharp and in order no longer here...I was told owner bought another shop and sent her to run that one. I don't know. This place without Margarita is going to shits. New lady does bare minimum television never turned on at opening. Margaritas attention to detail friendliness and she treated the shop as it was hers no longer exists. We will see how long I keep coming here. Without Margarita I suggest you find a different laundry mat. Loosing all my shit due to divorce sucks. .......... Good Luck Bullshit Owner, if someone brings all their shit just to dry while other patrons spend their money for washing and drying who are you catering too. I've seen this many times when they come and get all the dryers leaving none for the paying washing client. Grow a pair and tell these people to take a hike. Great laundromat $0.25 for I believe 25min for the dryers!! I only used the top loaders but even those were great at $1.75 for 30 min. Not bad at all! They still use quarters! They do have a change machine but the person in charge, does not carry change so, if you only have a twenty and you don't want a bunch of quarters when you are done washing then... yeah, bring $1s & 5's. The woman that cleans the place is nice and will remind you when the washer is done! Lol read more

First off, I'd like to say that this is perhaps one of the cleaner (facilities), well put together and nice looking laundromats I've set foot on. Yes, it is rather small in space and there are not many washers and dryers but my visit this morning was ok. It appears morning time is the way to go if you want to find available washers/dryers. The inside of the washers were filthy (dirt, hair, things left behind from previous washes, etc.) I had to somewhat "clean" the inside of them to be able to wash. Aside from that, the washers seem to do their job fairly ok. The dryers are being advertised as "18 mins of dry time for $.25" which sounds amazing until you use them. The dryers don't dry well and it would seem the dryers are programmed to give you heat equal to that of 8-10 mins, not 18 mins. And lastly, there is free wi-fi which worked just fine when I first connected to it. Then, it disconnected me and after trying to input the password (posted as "cleanclothes") it would say incorrect password. Would I give it another try? Perhaps, but not in the very near future. read more

Referred by yelper Edgardo I must say it was a pleasant experience. Perhaps, due to midweek it was not crowded. Connecting to WiFi was immediate gives this place a full 5 stars. They need to do a better job of cleaning the washing machines. Most of them are filled with bleach, in which I forgot to check once until the machine was locked. In result, my dark clothes had bleach spots in them. I now have to scatter my load in the two machines that aren't filled with bleach. It doesn't matter what time of day you come in either. It's as if their machines are broken and isn't taking peoples bleach. Also, some have that issue with fabric softener as well. In addition, their floors are always wet from leaking washing machines, I mean like a whole aisle will be wet and no one here during the day to clean it up. Also, they have a lot of crackheads at night. It's this one couple who comes in always fighting, smoking by the door and the smoke comes straight into the building, and they play loud music. I wish it could be more peaceful and clean here. read more

Don't come to this place. There's a place on a pch / Ximeno that's cleaner and the the attendant there isn't rude. There's a middle age Mexican lady who's very disrespectful and it was t just one time. She's been rude twice so I'm definitely not coming back here ever again. Whoever owns this place should replace her. I've tried giving her the benefit of the doubt but this place is small, dirty, and the one lady who works there is rude. Don't give them you're money, it's even cheaper at the one at the traffic circle so why come here to be treated like dog lol. But I hope she finds a way to not be so disrespectful to people. New machines. Place definitely looks good remodeled. Folding counters are cheap looking though. They have top loader, 3 loader, 4 loader, and the biggest one is probably a 5 loader. Prices are normal, probably a bit better actually. Currently there's a special on the dryers for 18 minutes per quarter.. I wonder how long that'll last and what it will be after promo ends. Also has a drink and snap vending machine. More parking behind building. Tops of machines look pretty clean. But maybe because still new and hasn't had the chance to collect build up. This will def be last time or any of my family or friends would ever put into this business. There is a young Hispanic or Latino girl that works here. Numerous of times I would come in here and will see how DISRESPECTFUL she is to customers! My mom came in here to wash and noticed this morning that here pillows were not completely dry. When she was washing, one of the giant machine (which is not properly working) had stopped which the pillows were in there. So she came in to re-dry it and was approached by the young attendant. The young attendant told my mother that she can not do so because she would have to wash. My mother than says to her, get the hell out of my face. Yes, that comes off aggressive but in this situation the best thing to do is back off and maybe if you know how to use crisis communication or better yet know how to talk to people because I've seen her getting into it with numerous people, you would know how to re-direct people or know not to get your POINT ACROSS without being hostile. This rude attendant cursed out my mother where people was around and my mother NEVER called her out of her name! I was prettt furious and wanted to confront her but I know that would have made the situation worst. I then called the number placed here on Yelp. He was the owner of the laundry and informed me that he would manager. It seemed like she already contact him knowing she went far and whatsoever. I then told him that this is an ongoing issue that. He then tells me he knows about her and have gotten complaints about her. Sir, if you have an establishment who's of the forefront person representing your "company" this is the person you continue to work there and had the nerves to ask me that I'm making it seem I making him act as if to fire her!? You're blatantly telling me 1) You're aware of her unprofessional and disrespectful behavior and 2) You don't care because you would have take actions. Also, he stated well anyone could call and complain on her..... who would have the time to do all that if you're not taking appropriate actions when it someone keeps addressing you with that same complaints. This is all a business and NO remorse for people who puts into their business. With all this said, take your business ELSEWHERE! I will NOT support them and hope you this this post into consideration. Three stars because there is a sink with no paper towels or even rags to wipe your hands/bottles/any kind of mess. Bathroom is super clean....maybe cause you can't use it cause there's no toilet paper or running water. This place looks amazing! New machines all around and 18 minutes for $.25!! I'd really like to come back here since I'm around the corner, but the other laundromat on Time no and PCH has someone working and cleaning. I really need the attention to detail to be looked at. This laundromat facility use to be different a few months ago till the attendants who maintained the facility left. Now it's not clean and stuff all over the floor as the attendants there now do not place much detail as those in the past did. The top loader washers... the ones that look new are not great. There is no hot/warm water and takes soooooo long to fill the washer with water. The top loader washers that look old and yellow were much better. Definitely not what it used to be. It seems they are renovating the dryers but the washers are not ones that need to be replaced with newer ones. read more

This is my favorite laundromat! I like to wash my dirty laundry here because it's always nice and clean with plenty of washers and dryers for everyone to share. They even have the big industrial machines for the heavy blankets. I love how they have tables for you to sit and eat while waiting for your clothes to wash & dry. They even have a massage chair for a lil relaxation if you want.....oh, and did I mentioned that the price is cheaper compared to other laundromat that's around the area. By far this laundromat is the best in the area!!! I will be back every weekend!!! read more

The place is really clean always has been. Staff use to be friendly. I was in the middle of loading a washer and a lady walked up telling me I can't use the washer for 1 pair of toddler shoes. Very good laundry place the dryers are amazing my favirote spot for about 6 years now i recommend it.

Sweet laundry facility. The place is always clean and if you go early enough, the place is almost all yours. The attendants are super sweet ladies and the washer and dryers are in good condition. The only drawback is the small (easily crowded on weekends) parking lot but again, go early (or late) and you'll be just fine. read more

I was over in this area so I decided to wash a 1/2 load of clothes. The laundromat is regular inside. But the washers are .50 more than the competing laundromats. The washers machines did seem a little latger, but I am not sure if it was because I only had 7 pieces to wash. The dryers are .25 like all the other competing laundromats but it give you 9 minutes more and gets your clothes dry with 1 quarter. read more

So ghetto. Machines are broken all over, there was a washing machine that had the coin collector ripped off, the dryers barely work. Some guy was smoking a blunt doing his laundry, there were flies everywhere, the floors were filthy, I could go on and on. If I had not already brought all my laundry inside I would have left. I wanted to try a new place to go wash my clothes and This place sucks! Parking sucks. It's really tight and really no where to park due to the other businesses around it. I came today and for a Tuesday night it was packed. First of all there weren't any laundry basket for me to transport my clothes from my car to the washer and the washer to the dryer. They must of only had like 5 baskets for the whole place! The larger washers are pretty pricey! I also used the smaller washers which were $1.50 and they didn't even wash my clothes right. The only good thing was the dryers. The lady there that was helping was also kinda rude about the things we could and couldn't do. Defiantly not returning here. I rather drive 30 mins to my usual spot. read more

i am homeless, with a car. had a small load to do and thought it was $.25 to wash. i paid $1.75 for the 30 minutes. but when i saw the dryers weres over $3.50, i decided to dry my cleaned clothes in the car. due to the heat of 92 degrees, my clothes were completely dried. guess the people who used it, must've been at least 7 years past. i wasted my gas and time, coming from artesia and downey. read more

On 3/2/17 @ 7 pm i used 4 top loaders to wash my laundry. I opened one to add bleach, it stopped running! Display read 'Lid.' The attendant said "NO REFUND" "TOO MUCH LAUNDRY!" I put less laundry in this machine than the others! The tired machine decided to stop working!! I don't think it was a fair assessment of the situation at all! This laundromat has a great deal on dryers 25cents for 18mins. I have been going to this place for two yrs now. Recently the dryers in my apartment have not been drying efficiently so i use the washers at the apartment and bring my clothes here to dry. I'm here again today to dry my clothes and the cleaning lady tells me i cannot dry my clothes here because i didn't wash them here. I politely asked her why and she repeated that i cannot. I asked her again why and she could not give me a straight answer. There are no signs anywhere that this is the policy. This is absurd and unnecessary. The washers costs more than average so maybe they're losing money if i only dry my clothes. Nevertheless i feel that this establishment (the janitor) needs to stop harassing customers about dryer use only. I only dry two loads of clothes and she's telling me i cannot because i didn't spend $3 on the washers because that's the bottom line here. Unnecessary stress from the cleaning lady just to dry my clothes. Horrible customer service even in a laundromat!!! read more
