I've been going here for a long time probably about six months and then here and there over the last two years. I started going there once a week the last six months and for a while I thought it was a user error. I would try different soaps I tried different washing machines. I tried less clothes and the washing machine to the point where it wasn't even half a load. My clothes are always dirty. They never get washed. You can smell the perfume still on them after wash and dry, my socks still smell like dirty socks stains, don't come out at all. My white clothes that I bleach do not look like I bleached them. I went to another laundromat the last two or three times and my clothes were clean and I do the exact same thing I do over there. I stopped going there a couple weeks ago because I had to get a refund because one of the washing machine stopped working on me And then I started going somewhere else and came back today and it was the same thing dirty clothes they don't look washed. It's really disappointing. It's so close to my house. read more

This review is solely on the racist caucasian washing attendant who works here who simply has an issue with me because I threw some of the food I just had ate. He literally had to come out to me in the parking lot and be rude with his approach. Since the beginning, he was threatening me not to throw my trash here. I responded and told him would you rather have the trash in the parking lot or in a trash can, simple as that. He says he already has enough trash from the people washing, seems to me like he's just lazy and doesn't want to do his job. Second of all, there is no signs in the laundry mat saying you can't throw trash in the trash can if you aren't a customer. Take in mind, I occasionally also do my laundry here at times as well so I'm no stranger to this laundromat. If he would've had a better approach on it maybe things would've went better, however the way he handled himself clearly shows he has an issue with me solely based off my appearance. He put the cherry on top once he came out and basically threw the trash almost inside my car. This guy is clearly miserably and hates his life, so he has to tell put his anger on people and shouldn't be doing this job as he is going to cause issues as he isn't mentally right. As said, if his attitude would've been better I would've had a better understanding with him, but he definitely drove me from not doing laundry here again. Everything was recorded and can be seen as they have cameras all over the parking lot. I will also call the police if he ever tries to approach me again in the manner he did as I do go across the street to eat at the restaurant and also buy from the liquor store. read more

Went to this laundromat to check it out. It's close to where I live on my way to and from work, so the location was attractive, however I don't think I'll be headed here any time soon. The layout here makes it feel small, it seemed really busy, and the dryers aren't the best. It's a little more expensive, and it's hotter then the one usually go to. Also, there's not enough tables to fold and the carts don't fit out the door. I understand that's so people don't steel, but my loads can get heavy. Overall it was clean and there was an on site attendant, parking was easy, and I did like the really big washer for my clothes and bed linens. It's not a terrible place and if the location works for you It's worth considering. read more

I have been coming here for years and recently I noticed the dryer temperature has been turned down. Every load now takes at least an extra 20 minutes to dry and towels just never get dry. Turning the temperature down is a sneaky way to make an extra buck from your customer. Raise the prices and be honest don't make me stay here longer than necessary. read more

Super clean, ample washers in several sizes and types, efficient dryers, change machine and soap dispenser, sink with handsoap, paper towels, plenty of seats, folding tables, carts and a largescreen tv. Easy parking. But I am writing because Todd, owner of this establishment, personally called me twice and met me there to help me find and retrieve a load of laundry that I had mistakenly left behind. Okay this place is friggin' pricey and the size of the load capacity is small!! With that said and out of the way....I have to say that this place is CLEAN. All the machines are in working order and you can see that this place is well kept and maintained. I love the fact that they are open at 6am....yes I am early bird. It's even greater that they have plenty of lighting and huge windows that people can see from the outside (keep away creepers!). And it does help that right next door is a liquor store for you to go and buy stuff to binge on potato chips and soda while waiting. The facility has a change machine that can take up to $10 and has a dollar change to break up larger bill. Next to the change machine is a soap, bleach, softener dispenser. They do have a single user bathroom for $0.25. There's a sink to wash your hands and what nots as well. Although expensive, I do feel safe and clean here. So I am willing to bite the bullet when I have to really wash a huge load. read more

This laundry spot is clean. Not so many people here on a Saturday which is great. A little hot inside but most, if not all, laundry service places are. They have multi-load washers (2) for up to 4 loads at $3.75 and quick too. But you have to make sure door is properly closed otherwise you'll keep putting in quarters when it already has enough in it. Other than that we would come back. read more

Been coming here for a couple years and just saw there wasn't a review. As far as laundry joints go, it's pretty plain... but that's just fine with me. One tv, but no broken arcade games from '92. It is bright, clean and usually has open washers/dryers. Benson's Liquor is next door and a couple food places nearby too. Triple load washers = $3 Double = $2.25 Single = $1.75 Dryers = $0.25 for 10 min. Tip- the dryers start on low, you need to hit the Medium or Hot button, otherwise you'll be there for awhile. Also, leaving you clothes on Hot for a long time make cause you to think you're hand is on fire as you grab some of your clothes. Unless you're a fan of shrunken clothing, or bringing oven mitts to do laundry with you... I'd keep an eye on it. read more

I dont see what there is to complain about? This place is clean and all the machines work. You can wash a regular load for $1.75, a large load for $2.25, or a huge load for $3.00. There's a liquor store next to it, a pizza spot across the street, a donut shop, a burger joint and an "Egg Heaven" across the block. The people in here seem nice and normal, no bums. I mean maybe its because its still before noon. The only downside is there's no Wi-Fi but I mean we're at a laundromat, not a Starbucks! read more

My apt only has one washer dryer, so I come here for bulk loads. Always clean, equipment works, and the price is reasonable. Also my big thing is that when you set the temp to hot water, it actually uses hot water! I've been to a couple that have the hot water option but doesn't use hot water at all Also hv ran into the owners a couple times, they are as nice as they come. The only reason for four stars is its not the Ritz Carlton but it's still clean and comfortable environment. read more

Was recently going to laundromat next to Ross near circle area and found this place which is way better. They actually keep it clean, well maintained machines, and have courteous owners that were nice enough to let us go in and dry our clothing 10min. After 10 o'clock.. And as far as price, it's the same just about anywhere you go. It's a good deal to us. 1.75 wash, 25 cents dry for 10 min. And most clothes dries with just 50 cents. It's even cheaper than super suds down the street. read more

This place is awful. Fluff and Fold service is terrible and overpriced. My workplace was using their services and when I started my job it became my responsibility to drop off and pick up laundry. Over the course of just a few months the following issues occurred: They forgot to give me a ticket and when I went to pick up there was no one there (despite them being opened); employees didn't know how to use the credit card system and tried to avoid giving me a receipt; the last time I dropped off for next day pick up and ended up coming back a few days later to find that none of laundry had been washed. They were about to charge me anyway! I took my laundry to a new place, and discovered that not only was the service awful, they were wildly overcharging. I am not paying 1/2 the price for fluff and fold at a location that actually does the work. read more

If there were half stars, I'd probably give it 2.5 stars honestly. The triple load washers are dirty (see picture), and so are the doubles. The place is quite outdated as well. Price is average/normal for the area. No wifi here. Upside to the place is it opens until 11 and there is a liquor store next door if you need snacks or something. However, I'd recommend the laundromat up the street on Ximeno and PCH in the plaza. Much cleaner and seems to always have an attendant on site. And they have wifi. If this place were cleaner (I want to wash my clothes in a clean washer, not a dirty one) and more updated, it'd be return worthy and get more business. With the amount of competition in the area, I'm shocked it's as outdated and unkept as it is. Get your laundry and go somewhere cleaner and more customer oriented. read more

I've been here a few times. It has never been overcrowded and the prices are decent. My only complaint is that the large load washers are smaller than other laundry mats in the area. It states that it should hold 4 loads but at best can hold 2.5-3 loads of clothes. read more

Clean and lots of washers. Easy in and out. My only complaint is that there are 3 giant washers for things like comforters and other giant articles. However I've been here many many times and they are always filled by some trashy people who want to wash everything they own in one washing machine. There are MULTIPLE very large washers but these three should be reserved for people who really can't divide up their load. I understand that it is not the establishment's fault that there are so many inconsiderate people in Long Beach, but there is an attendant on duty so he could direct these people to the other extremely generous washing machines. Instead he seems to like smoking outside the door so it blows all over inside, making laundry day even that much more depressing. Lol. He does keep the place tidy, which is good because if you need to wash a giant blanket you'll be there a while waiting for the undereducated losers to finish washing their dish towels and baby clothes along with their bras and Levi's in the necessary machine. read more

Nice clean laundromat with a TV. Prices are great close to a pizza place and Belmont Burgers. Only one downside the odor in the bathroom that you have to pay 25 cents to use. other than that this is the best laundromat in Belmont Heights. read more

My go-to place for laundry. I think the prices and size are pretty reasonable. And I also like the fact that it's very clean and there's plenty of washers/dryers so I haven't had to wait for anyone else to finish. No complaints from me lol. read more
