We took a bedspread in to wash and dry, that was too big for the home washer. The facility was spotless and the machines appeared new (or incredibly well maintained. I was surprised to see that the machines took quarters. Thought it would take awhile to insert $9.00 for the max size washer, so I loaded their app and was off to the races, as it took Google pay. Very nice laundromat. Lots of different size machines. I used the extra large industrial size to wash 2 queen size blankets and I probably could've put 2 more in there. The cost was $11. The machines take quarters or you can download the app. There is a bill changer machine on site. I was able to dry my blankets for $2.50 (30 minutes) in the large size machine. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE - DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OPEN HOURS ON THEIR STOREFRONT SIGN OR GOOGLE, THEY REALLY CLOSE AT 9:30 PM (Yelp is more accurate with the closing time) It's a solid laundromat but I had to deduct stars due to an incident on 8/18/26 involving questionable customer service. I may not come back. Last wash and doors lock at 9:30 PM and their storefront sign says they close at 10:30 PM. I get it. Due to my schedule sometimes I have to wash my sheets later in the night but I'm never here past their listed closing time of 10:30 PM. Tonight I put my sheets in the washer at 8:40 PM. I put the sheets in dryer at 9:10 PM. The last time I was there late (maybe a month ago) I stayed inside to wait for my laundry to dry but tonight I had to run to the store to pick something up. I get back at 9:31 PM. One minute late. Nobody is inside at all to open the door for me. Once again, I get it, it's my fault, I was late. Only one minute late, but late none the less. Moments later a Hispanic man with a buzzcut on the sides comes out from out back. He glances my way and starts cleaning up the place. I try to gesture to him to open the door but he doesn't see me or chooses to ignore me, I'm not sure. I keep knocking and gesturing and finally he looks at me and opens the door but doesn't let me in. I apologize but he's super upset and says "we lock up at 9:30 AM." I apologize and I try to reason with him saying I was only a minute late and he starts accusing me of lying. "Don't lie to me, I saw the last customers out at 9:30!" And then he continues with "Why did you load up this late?!" I told him that the sign in front says closing at 10:30 but he wasn't having it. "We lock up at 9:30 PM. I'll make you come back at 6:30 AM." I told him I've sat inside to wait for my laundry to dry past 9:30 PM before but he still wasn't having it. "I've never seen you before and I close up here every night. I can check the tapes, you better not be lying to me!" I apologize again. I wasn't gonna argue with the guy, I needed my sheets lol. He begrudgingly lets me in and I wait for my sheets to dry and I leave the place at 10 PM, before closing. I get that I was late (by a minute) but I felt the employee had an unreasonable reaction to the offense. If he said "hey we're really trying to crack down on letting people in past 9:30 PM so try not to do that again" I would completely understand. Instead he raised his voice, called me a liar, and threatened to hold my laundry hostage until tomorrow morning. So yeah, it's "open" and you can be there past 9:30 PM but they probably hate you for it. I'm just wondering - if you're so strict about this rule why not just actually close at 9:30? read more

I only go to the laundromat to wash bigger, bulky items IF I don't have the time to do it at home OR if I'm trying to save as much time as possible. With that being said, I'm not a frequent flyer - so take this review as you please! Pricing -- $11.00 for the big washer $7.00 for the smaller washer $2.50 to dry I had a big comforter, sheet, 5 pillow cases and 5 blankets. Time saver -- $20.50 is not bad since I got my laundry done in about an hour and some change - comparing to an all day affair at home! Service -- The owners came in and were very friendly and helpful! I'm not sure why someone put on here that he doesn't help because someone's quarter got stuck and he was actively trying to fix it... they weren't rude either? So maybe it was a one off. Cleanliness -- This place is spotless! And all of the machines seem to be updated. The washers and dryers seem to be clean to me! One of the owner's was actively walking around sweeping small bits of trash during my time here so at least we know it's being done! They also offer a wash, fold and dry service for those who don't have time to sit and wash clothes -- seems like a luxury but could be a necessity for some! My boyfriend and I come here all the time to wash our bigger loads. Today I came in to change some coins while waiting for my bf to finish his workout at Planet Fitness next door. I needed his help to unload the laundry since I'm pregnant and can't unload it myself. When I turn around there was a Latino man that accused me of stealing quarters and told me the bank is across the street if I need coins. I didn't even feel the need to explain myself because he should not harass me without knowing the full story. Needles to say, I took my business elsewhere. The 2nd is not a charm. The used my app to do my laundry. I wasn't able to use upper machine while using the lower machine of the dryer. The guy that works don't even help. Very disappointing. First time at this laundry mat because our apartment complex washing machine is out of order. It is very clean and spacious with tons of washers and dryers. To wash -- 2x load cost $4.25, 4x load cost $6.75, 6x load cost $8.75 and 8x load cost $10.75. For an extra $1.50, you can upgrade your wash to a super wash. You can either use quarters (they have a change machine) or download the Dexterpay app and pay on your phone. Small dryers are $.25 and big dryers that hold 5 loads are $2.50 for 32 minutes. Lots of built-in counter space to fold/organize clothes if you want to. There's a vending machine for drinks and snacks as well as laundry items such as fabric sheets, detergent etc. Also 7 tvs along the walls to keep you entertained. Wish they had a few arcade games for that nostalgic feel but that won't stop us from coming here to wash our clothes! read more

A recently upgraded laundromat. It's great that the washers (there are several different sizes for small and large loads) take Apple Pay via the DexterPay app. I wish the dryers were the same, but those still take quarters. They have plenty of counter space. This location is great because you can get a coffee or meal from one of the many businesses in the center while you wait for your laundry. If you use the app, it tells you how long your load will take. Downsides are that it's not staffed and the hours are a bit short (closes at 9:30pm). Overall, no complaints! read more

I went to Planet Fitness today and convinced my wife to wash at this location so she"d be able to get a workout in herself too. Turns out, this wasn't a great idea at all. She downloaded the app and added money to her account. Money was taken, but she couldn't pay the machines through the app and had to pay cash instead. When she asked Management for a refund, they brushed her off expressing that they don't issue refunds as the app is not their "problem". Now, this is i line with what other customers expressed: Management aka customer service SUCKS! Go to a place where they appreciate your business. read more

I'm rating this place 1 Star, primarily due to the staff. I came in to wash some bedding. After loading my laundry, I stepped out to grab some food. Upon returning, a staff member starred me down, continuously. When I questioned him, he stated that walking through the laundromat was not allowed and that I needed to go around. I informed him that I was a customer waiting to dry my clothes, but walked away afterward. For context, I am a 50-year-old African American nurse, male who owns a housel in the area and was dressed appropriately. While I understand the need for a policy, the staff should consider whether the individual is a customer or a repeat violator before reacting so negatively. It's been over 20 years since I've been to a laundromat. MAN, have they come a long way! Light & Bright right here at the Traffic Circle in LB is pretty sweet. Super cool and convenient that you can pay for washes with your phone using the Dexter Pay app, too. Would definitely recommend coming here. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the pricing info wasn't super obvious. It does, however, tell you how much each machine is on the analog display. Just wish it was also posted on a sign. This laundromat has been here for eons and it's been decent enough through the years, but it recently went through an upgrade maybe about four or five years ago and while it's not exemplary; It is pretty good . Is it perfect? nope!!! but the two gentlemen who work here & maybe another woman I've seen over the past couple years do a really good job of keeping it clean keeping it organized keeping it orderly and being supportive. The washers are in pretty good working order but if you want your clothes to smell really amazing you might need to do a little extra something with other things so that you have that freshly washed at home vibe. It's important to keep in mind that this is a public laundromat and not everybody is conscientious And often times don't put enough detergent and or softeners or cleaning agents in their loads and overtime you get residual odors which will require you to do extra so that you get the quality smell, cleanliness and freshness you're aiming for....no complaints at all tbh!! Also good to follow the rules and be considerate. It's just basic common courtesy and if you're not following the rules and and one of the workers there says something to you, it doesn't mean anything other than its a professional courtesy and we need to be collectively conscientious altogether so that we can keep things good for everyone. one dryer for six minutes is $.25 you probably should plan on spending $.50 to a dollar depending upon what's in the dryer. I come to this laundromat twice a week and it is always clean and organized. The prices are a bit above average, however, I gladly pay the premium for the environment. Also, I use the APP to pay for the machines and there is a cash back advantage to this, as you earn $$ for the next visit. The only downside to the app, is that it will put a $15 hold on your card on every 2 swipes or so. It adjust the next day, but if you are tight on cash, your best option is to use quarters. Also, all the washers take the app, but not all of the dryers. For the most part, customers know if they have coins, use the machines that only take coins. They leave the dryers that take card for the rest of us APP People. Also, I noticed that Tuesday mornings, the washers are $1 cheaper. There is parking in the back! So grab a cart, and bring in your laundry. Don't park in the front and struggle to bring in the loads. read more
