Nice and clean laundromat with the convenience of Apple Pay / card etc, But often NO HOT WATER, feels like a ripoff . read more

I'll give 2 stars for cleanliness, but recently I've noticed that people leave their laundry in the machines long after their cycles are finished, and it seems like the staff doesn't address it. The posted rules state that customers should return when their laundry is done, yet I've seen clothes sitting in machines for over 30 minutes after the cycle ended. As a result, other customers can't use the machines and are forced to wait. It's unfair to those who follow the rules and respect other people's time. Staff should do a better job of enforcing the policies to keep things running smoothly. read more

Overall a clean spot with friendly workers and plenty of washers and dryers! There was parking but it can get busy, also it is a little pricy but it gets the job done read more

do not waste your money and time going to this place they used to be good when they first opened for like damn near a year, but now went to it and most of the machines are broken. no hot water no deep cleaning. laundry detergent are not going in the washing machine, clothes come out still smelling like it was never been washed. This place was good only in the beginning but now everything is starting to fall apart stay away. Save your money go somewhere else. I rated this place five stars before as y'all can see and that rating was because of the lady that works there. yes, this place is always clean, but lately a lot of those machines don't work, even the dryer's! It was only good while it lasted like most other laundromats. the medium & big machines make your clothes smell weird after wash and the clothes don't even come out clean, and people leave their clothes in the dryer and washer for hours, they were only good in the beginning when they first opened,I'm speaking facts, No need to lie about anything. read more

I can't believe I'm having such a pleasant experience at a laundromat. Definitely worth writing about. The place is so clean, and there's staff on site. It's Saturday, just past noon, and the place isn't super busy. It looks nice and the machines are shiny I love the "greetings from Long Beach" painting. I had to ask the staff member a couple of questions and she was really helpful. Be warned, there's a $5 deposit fee for the machines if you pay with card, but it should be refunded shortly. Really love that you can use Apple Pay and there's no fee for that. Definitely coming back to this place on a regular basis!! The vibes are so chill!!!! read more

Laundry 360 On Market - Touchscreen interface on the machines. You can rinse the machines (it's 75¢) before you load your clothes. I'm impressed by that, LOL. - Laundromat Near Me - Long Beach, California

So far this is the best laundromat I've ever been to!! All washers and dryers has the card machine which makes it way faster to start the machines! Super convenient Also it's super duper clean!! PLUS they offer a free WiFi Omg I'm so picky when it comes to public laundry and if you're like me, I'm telling you this is your place to go to! I usually smell the washer first before I use it and gosh it smells good! (not the other public laundromat stinky as hell makes me puke ) I'm inlove with this place!! Cleanliness is 100/100 read more

There's so many things I love about this laundry mat. The washer machines are thoroughly cleaned. There's no moldy smell when you take your clothes out compared to other laundry mats near by. The washer machines accept electronic pay! Reasonably priced and the quality of the machines are well worth! Biggest plus, the dryers actually dry!!! (If you know then you know!) Only con about his location, parking s u c k s! lol Just shows how much the community loves this place! read more

Went in on Saturday night, place was not clean. No one to upkeep the location so there was trash on the floor.

Always super clean and various sizes of machines available. The staff is on site, working hard and answering any questions you have.

I never thought I would be reviewing a laundromat but they have more than earned it! I just moved to the neighborhood and have been going all the way to my old neighborhood to wash. I decided to find something closer and more convenient and I'm happy to say I've found it! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very helpful and friendly woman who may be the owner or one of them. She answered my questions and made me feel welcome. Once I walked around I was even more impressed! All of the machines are brand new, the decor is really nice and it is impeccably clean. The laundromat is small but efficient and set up nicely. The machines have the option of paying cash and exchanging dollars for quarters, Apple Pay or paying with credit/debit! The washers are priced very fairly and you get a lot of bag for your buck! The instructions on the machines are clear and the wash times are fast but effective. The cherry on top was free dry on Wednesdays!!!! I saved a lot of money and time washing here and they have earned a customer for as long as I need a laundromat and am in the area. I will recommend them to EVERYONE. The restrooms are very clean and new. Two small vending machines for laundry supplies and snacks. Plenty of seating areas, parking lot is small but well organized with easy in and out access. I'm not sure if they have free Wi-Fi but I'll find out and update my review. I'm very happy I found this place and suggest anyone reading this give them a try. Also, please leave them a review if you come by. We often are quick to take the time to leave reviews when we are dissatisfied but we have to have that same energy when we are pleased! Keep up the good work Laundry 360! read more

It did not meet our needs. We wanted a place to sit and work while laundry was being done. There were like 3 small tables and they were all occupied. read more

Yes the place is clean, however why have they not had hot water it months, I asked the lady (attendant) and only got attitude because I didn't read the hundred posting on the glass door. I only go there to wash big items like comforters, blankets and floor mats at that price we pay, they could have addressed the hot water problem? No hot water and attendant with a nasty attitude get it 2 stars. I'll go elsewhere read more

My favorite laundromat. Machines are new and dryers really work. It's a small place but it's always clean workers friendly and helpful . I love doing my laundry here . read more

This is my 3rd time coming here and each and every time I "washed" my clothing in a machine that was not working properly. I had multiple items that smelled unwashed. There were more than a foot of room left in the washer so it's not that I over filled it. I kept an eye on the washer and barely saw any soap even though I put over 3 cups. Even if you ask to be compensated for another washer this lady just tells you that the customers before you had no problem. Not only that but she without permission starts grabbing your clothes and smelling them....just save your money and most importantly, save your time. Why on earth would I request for another wash without needing to..as if I don't have better things to do with my time. read more

Nice clean laundry mat. They also take Apple Pay which is a plus one for me. The last time I went, that Apple Pay machine was down so you needed to use a card. It is a small laundry spot but perfect for me not a lot of top load washing machines. They do have a lot of dryers. read more

I do not usually write a review - however - this establishment is outstanding. We all have experienced how most laundramat's are: let's just say, we go there because we have to and it is not a pleasant experience. This place is truly different! Not only because it has just opened it's third brand-new clean-as-whistle laundry and fluff + fold, but also and most particularly because the company has hires and retains outstanding staff. I have repeatedly returned to Laundry 360's Carson location because of SANDY - an outstanding woman who ran the place, trained staff and yes, handled that locations Fluff and Fold orders. Sandy - you know - the all too rare person you run into infrequently who is utterly wonderful to deal with. A friendly courteous professional who actually works hard to make sure the business and your laundry requests get the attention-to-detail personal care that we all really want. That's her - Sandy: and here's a head's up - she's been reassigned to the new Long Beach location. So if that location is convenient for you ... you want to give a try! read more

All I have to say is they take Apple Pay. Makes it so much easier to do that instead of quarters.

Laundromat is exceptionally clean. Great design, super modern. Floors are really pretty epoxy. Staff is extremely attentive and very friendly. Was greeted the moment I walked in and checked on twice during service. Nice to find a laundromat in the area that is clean and inviting. Plus all their machines take CC which is very helpful for if you're like me and forget change frequently. Highly recommend! read more
