I'll give 2 stars for cleanliness, but recently I've noticed that people leave their laundry in the machines long after their cycles are finished, and it seems like the staff doesn't address it. The posted rules state that customers should return when their laundry is done, yet I've seen clothes sitting in machines for over 30 minutes after the cycle ended. As a result, other customers can't use the machines and are forced to wait. It's unfair to those who follow the rules and respect other people's time. Staff should do a better job of enforcing the policies to keep things running smoothly. read more

do not waste your money and time going to this place they used to be good when they first opened for like damn near a year, but now went to it and most of the machines are broken. no hot water no deep cleaning. laundry detergent are not going in the washing machine, clothes come out still smelling like it was never been washed. This place was good only in the beginning but now everything is starting to fall apart stay away. Save your money go somewhere else. I rated this place five stars before as y'all can see and that rating was because of the lady that works there. yes, this place is always clean, but lately a lot of those machines don't work, even the dryer's! I can't believe I'm having such a pleasant experience at a laundromat. Definitely worth writing about. The place is so clean, and there's staff on site. It's Saturday, just past noon, and the place isn't super busy. It looks nice and the machines are shiny I love the "greetings from Long Beach" painting. I had to ask the staff member a couple of questions and she was really helpful. Be warned, there's a $5 deposit fee for the machines if you pay with card, but it should be refunded shortly. Really love that you can use Apple Pay and there's no fee for that. Definitely coming back to this place on a regular basis!! The vibes are so chill!!!! read more

So far this is the best laundromat I've ever been to!! All washers and dryers has the card machine which makes it way faster to start the machines! Super convenient Also it's super duper clean!! PLUS they offer a free WiFi Omg I'm so picky when it comes to public laundry and if you're like me, I'm telling you this is your place to go to! Went in on Saturday night, place was not clean. No one to upkeep the location so there was trash on the floor.

There's so many things I love about this laundry mat. The washer machines are thoroughly cleaned. There's no moldy smell when you take your clothes out compared to other laundry mats near by. The washer machines accept electronic pay! Reasonably priced and the quality of the machines are well worth! Biggest plus, the dryers actually dry!!! (If you know then you know!) i went to this location for the first time today. i've driven by many times curious as it's brand new and decided to give it a try. the entire place was beautiful. there is someone onsite from open to close. all machines are brand new and take apple pay /google as well as cash. the Convenience of not having to lug around coins was awesome. they have top load,double 4 and 8 load washers. customer service was awesome. and they now have promo days ! mondays donuts and coffee, wednesday is free dry , friday PIZZA! i felt safe taking my daughter with me and she had an area to play in Sandy was working today and was soo great with her too. i will def be back again. read more

I never thought I would be reviewing a laundromat but they have more than earned it! I just moved to the neighborhood and have been going all the way to my old neighborhood to wash. I decided to find something closer and more convenient and I'm happy to say I've found it! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a very helpful and friendly woman who may be the owner or one of them. She answered my questions and made me feel welcome. Once I walked around I was even more impressed! All of the machines are brand new, the decor is really nice and it is impeccably clean. The laundromat is small but efficient and set up nicely. The machines have the option of paying cash and exchanging dollars for quarters, Apple Pay or paying with credit/debit! The washers are priced very fairly and you get a lot of bag for your buck! The instructions on the machines are clear and the wash times are fast but effective. The cherry on top was free dry on Wednesdays!!!! I saved a lot of money and time washing here and they have earned a customer for as long as I need a laundromat and am in the area. I will recommend them to EVERYONE. The restrooms are very clean and new. Two small vending machines for laundry supplies and snacks. Plenty of seating areas, parking lot is small but well organized with easy in and out access. I'm not sure if they have free Wi-Fi but I'll find out and update my review. I'm very happy I found this place and suggest anyone reading this give them a try. Also, please leave them a review if you come by. We often are quick to take the time to leave reviews when we are dissatisfied but we have to have that same energy when we are pleased! Absolutely love this laundromat!! Only down the street from my house. Although it is very small it has just enough. They have different specials throughout the week ( although i do miss the free dryers on Wednesday's ). This place is always SPOTLESS. The employees are ALWAYS cleaning & they are very friendly. Such a great experience. This laundromat is very convenient because the machines are coinless and take cards and Apple Pay which is pretty great especially when you don't like carrying cash! I also like that they have big load machines! Not every laundromat has that and I like that this one because I can fit everything in one big machine! I honestly would recommend you to come here you will not get bored especially because they have TVs with Hulu and have great music going on! This is my 3rd time coming here and each and every time I "washed" my clothing in a machine that was not working properly. I had multiple items that smelled unwashed. There were more than a foot of room left in the washer so it's not that I over filled it. I kept an eye on the washer and barely saw any soap even though I put over 3 cups. Even if you ask to be compensated for another washer this lady just tells you that the customers before you had no problem. Not only that but she without permission starts grabbing your clothes and smelling them....just save your money and most importantly, save your time. Why on earth would I request for another wash without needing to..as if I don't have better things to do with my time. read more
