Worst experience here. Came here at 5:50pm on November 28, 2023. We filled up detergent into a washer, the washer accepted coins from 16 until it was down to two, then the coin slot was blocked. Tried the next machine, blocked at 13 coins, then a third, blocked at 11 coins. None of the machines would return any coin after pressing the return button. All detergent and quarters gone. No attendant on site, the phone number just sends you to voice mail. Management here is horrible. Never have I encountered a laundromat without an attendant. Weve been waiting for 20 minutes and nobody here to help. Go somewhere else, unless you want to get ripped off!!! read more

I went to use a small load unit Int GE front and it's $3.50 clearly you can see this a small washer and the attendant says it double load. I have no idea of what type of double load you could was in such a small machine maybe while bunch of rags! Place is old and dirty and looks like it has never been updated since it open. There are better places than this that are cheaper and cleaner to do your laundry. read more

I drove by this place while on the way to another laundry place, but that one was full so I turned around and came here. There is ample parking as it shares its location with Mr. Pete's and other shops in the strip mall atmosphere. Its not a huge place but I found 3 washers right next to each other. So I was able to do my laundry. Good mix of folks and everyone wearing masks and making sure to social distance as much as they could. The customers were polite. The attendant seemed like a cool guy and interacted with his regulars and friendly if you needed assistance Don't try to get change if you not gonna do laundry. Due to the coin shortage. The machines are remote controlable by the attendant and he can stop the dispensing. I don't normally have to go to a laundry place,, but today everone seemed to be doing laundry on my premises.. Racist. I pull up with a car full of laundry. I go inside to buy change first, within 5 secs the attendant is harassing me asking if I'm a customer. Don't worry I'm never going to be. I doubt he would walk up to any non black folks so quickly and rudely. His rotten attitude and teeth gonna drive this business to the ground. read more

This place is always clean, always being attended to, and i can usually find a washer and dryer with no issues. The washers are not a bad price something like $2 for a single load and $3 for a triple load, but they have 4 load washers too. Drying is $.25 for 10 minutes. They sell everything you need to do your laundry in a dispenser and they have a vending machine for beverages too. They have free wifi for customers which works really well and I can usually watch Netflix while I wait. Also they have coin operated arcade games which is cool. You might get the occasional weirdo hanging out in the parking lot but they don't usually bother anyone inside the building. It gets a little warm inside sometimes but nothing too uncomfortable. Plenty of benches to sit on too (I counted 5?). As someone else said, do not try to get coins and dip, they won't give them to you. Overall, I really recommend this place and will usually choose this laundromat over any other one in the area. read more

Although this laundry is close to my home and usually always busy and the guy is always there cleaning... I went to another laundry and submitted a refund and they actually gave it to me. I submit a $5 loss to this place and never got it. Every once and awhile you'll get the obnoxious person blaring music or homeless person laughing at themself but otherwise no issues. read more

Had to find a coin laundry place since we just moved and my washer dryer are not large enough for my cal king blankets. This place was clean, reasonable in cost. The guy who was working as very friendly and helpful. He was constantly sweeping and cleaning up the place. Will definitely be back when needing to do extra large loads of laundry read more

This place is extremely clean they have piping hot water to wash your clothes they open at 5 a.m. which is a plus they close at 11 which is a good thing to they have a lot of wash herbs 3 load to load and unload and also single load you can tell whoever owns this place keeps it up very well I will definitely be coming back here to wash my clothes read more

Tried this place due to it being down the street from my daughters school. Won't come back. I do two small loads every week. Prices on washers was higher than my normal place. That wasn't the issue. The problem is that they have only a few single washers and over half are "out of service". The dryers will nickel and dime you. I have a lot of dry wicking clothes that I usually dry for 10 min on medium then 10 on low. I had to run them for 20 minutes on high then 20 minutes on low. Plus my two towels and a pair of jeans took 40 minutes to dry on high. read more

Ghetto laundromat in a sketchy location, chock full of unsavoury characters: homeless and/or junkies panhandling outside, and sometimes inside, stealing the very few laundry carts, checking all machines in the premises looking for a quarter left behind, getting high in the restroom, etc. Machines are overpriced, some not working, but you will find out only after placing your clothes inside, since there are rarely signs posted on the non functioning ones. Dryers are dreadful, having to divide a small load in two or even three dryers in order of not taking dripping clothes back home. Want to get early to beat the daily crowds? Think again, the posted hours are from 5AM to 11 PM, however it remains closed on a Tuesday at 7AM. read more

I will never come back here, staff is so rude. They keep the door locked to get in after 6 pm so if you walk out good luck getting back in. I was drying clothes and naturally drier sheets fell out while I was folding which I intended to pick up when I was done with all my loads. A woman comes out of a back room and asks me if the sheets were mine. I said yes I am going to pick everything up when Im done, she began to kick all the sheets towards me and proceeded to kick them all into a pile. Along with her other antics. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in forever but I needed to go this week and was greeted by a very friendly attendant who was cleaning. The place is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. I was a little worried about this laundromat, its in an area that I do not frequent. But when I saw on yelp that people said it wasnt that ghetto and had FREE WIFI, i was sold. Especially because i needed to do a ton of homework still, so figured I could chill there with my coffee and laptop and do work while I wash my blanket. Machines were clean and aplenty. Price wasnt bad at all, 2.75 for the washer (it was a really big blanket and it fit snugly, good size). Dryer was cheap, just a quarter. But since it was a big blanket, I had to run it 3 times. Anyways, the guy that works there is really nice. Very courteous man, makes you feel like youre doing your laundry at home. Only downside is that NBA playoffs was on, celtics bulls. So it was a pretty big game. It was on one of the TVs but it kept freezing and then all of a sudden, all of the service was lost. Bummer. Been coming here for the last two months and it's pretty nice. There is a Mr . Petes next door if you get hungry. There's also a smoke so next door, liquor store, and other convenient places. For a one load was it cost $1.75, 2 load $2.50 and $3.50 for a 4 load. Drying is .25 cents for 12 minutes. They also have a soap stop that has Tide, Cheer, Downey, Clorox 2, Bounce for .50 cents each. They also have 4 arcade machines if you want to kill time but nowadays I, like most people, just play on my phone. It's a cool little spot and the rest of the people aren't bad either. read more

I came in and the min I walked thru the door, I walked right out. There was 6/7 people, all looked sketchy. I've witness a laundromat being robbed before as a child so when I walked in-i felt unsafe and left. Maybe I was too early coming in at 5:15am. But I felt a bad vibe and left. This is where I always go, my favorite place to do my wash and the best laundromat I've ever used. The machines are new and very large. The dryers don't fry your clothes. This is my first laundromat experience where the dryers didn't kill my clothes! And I'm 53! The place is kept clean and the vending machines are always well-stocked and the coin machines are never empty. It's a very popular place with a good atmosphere. I would give five stars, the only drawback being that the "warm" water is quite cool and that can be annoying sometimes. However I can deal with that by setting the machine to hot for a minute or so, there are too many other benefits to coming here! read more

Laundry Land is clean, well-maintained, provides free wifi, has two TV's (one tuned to KTLA Channel 5 and the other apparently some type of forensic files channel). It is open very early, and has a very clean and well-stocked bathroom (25 cents). I can't say enough good about this place after once using the laundromat at San Antonio and Orange. Just finished up my laundry here, the attendant was very nice and was actively cleaning folding counters, benches, lint catchers, trash cans, etc. which was very nice to see during a pandemic. I didn't get his name but he was doing an excellent job. Sometimes the place can get a little crowded, other times it can be almost empty. They have a variety of commercial washers, from single load to 4 load. For dryers they have triple load and 4 load. read more

This place was empty and clean and I was thinking okay that's good . So I stayed to wash my clothes , washer worked well , then came the dryers . They DO NOT WORK !!! Clean,organized and the machines are always working.There's always a personnel present willing to help you or answer questions. Has a vending machine for drinks and laundry soaps.They also have a coin changing machine and a clean restroom. Plus, they have TV's and arcade stuff.This laundromat is big and spacious. Super sketchy customers and area I will not be back here. One positive is that the Laundromat has an arcade other than that my first experience here was not one I'd like to experience again. There was a mentally unstable customer harassing customers as I was washing my clothes so I went and got ice cream as my clothes washed. I come back to pick them up after the dry cycle and the unstable guy gets in my face about my phones gps hurting his brain? I am not even joking about this incident he then said yeah it started cuz I played the arcade game and I'm trying to kill him he claimed.....ummmmmm ok???? I put my phone away and grab my clothes since by now I'm a little freaked out and he then like follows me outside and stares at me. I come here when I need to wash larger loads like bedsheets, comforters, and towels. It's never really crowded when I come but that's cuz I come in the middle of the day. I've been going to this laundromat location for many years; even prior to new management approximately 5 years ago. Ever since management has changed, my laundry experience has been much better. The entire facility is cleaner inside and out. The machines have been updated. Everything is always working well. And rare are machines ever out of order. I've met the individual who manages the facility. He's a stand up guy; very friendly, always looking out for his customers not to leave their belongings behind or out of site, and does all that he can to make sure that the customer's washing experience is great. I personally like this laundromat location over others simply because of how well its maintained, the hours of operations, prices are very competitive, and the staff is very friendly. Upon quickly glancing at other "low star reviews", it's a bit odd how some customers tie their "bad experience(s)" with items that are completely irrelevant to their laundry. E.g. - some customers compared washer costs... the two that are being compared aren't the same size. Some customers mentioned being harassed by someone from the street... no one can control who comes in and out of businesses (i.e. - if a smelly homeless person walked inside Wholefoods to buy a bottle of water with the little money he had, that doesn't necessarily make Wholefoods a terrible store. The individual simply walked in). Overall, the place is great. When compared to other locations, there's a night and day difference. Plenty of parking, safer neighborhood, clean equipment, etc. Give it a few chances and you'll realize how "not great" the other locations are. read more

Worked wonders for me when I needed to do some laundry while traveling in Long Beach. Clean and functional machines with reasonable prices and free WiFi and TVs. First time here and loved it. Very clean and nice people, it isn't a bad area it's is not at all ghetto. Bixby knolls is one of the best areas in Long Beach...lol. They literally film down the street for example (Dexter). I will for sure be returning. Pretty reasonable prices, dryers are cheap (.25). Love it!!! read more
