Watch out with taking your silk clothing to this place for cleaning. Their machines tore a big tear in my silk top, and no compensation was offered. When I said that it's probably a good idea to never have your silks cleaned at dry cleaners, she agreed. Then she even forgot to get the alteration part of my order, and I had to ask her for my alteration. Definitely crossing this one off my list and never returning. They always do a great job with my clothes and I can count on them for identifying and making repairs if necessary. What really sets them apart is the personal service I receive from the staff, especially Sophia and Joe! Sophia sees me walk up and starts getting my clothes and always greets me by name. She provides excellent service and always goes above and beyond to make sure I get my clothes when I need them. I don't see Joe as often, but when he's there, he always greets me by name, as well. I've been coming here for years, and was already happy with them, but they managed to exceed my expectations! I had to have a dress dry cleaned for an out of town wedding leaving only two days to have it cleaned. I checked their operating hours and realized I only had 10 minutes to get there. In a panic, I called ahead and asked them not to close until I got there. Oscar told me not to worry that he would wait for me. Wow! that was so kind! I like to give my business to my local community. So I chose Betty Brite cleaners. Their cost was on the higher side but they agreed to pick up and deliver so it worked for me. My last bill with them was for more than $400. However there was one garment which had spots and I had requested Angel to see if they could clean the spots. They couldn't. They returned the garment with all my other clothes and said nothing about it. When I noticed it I called them to see if they could atleast give me a discount just for that garment. They had charged me $20 for that garment. Angel was a little rude on the phone. I asked to speak to the owner but the manager said he is not available to talk to me. How can a small business run successfully if the owner is not available to speak to his clients? She said she would give me a 10%discount on my next order. Really! With a bill of more than $400 they could not give me discount on $20? Well I am not going back there again. read more

When they see my car pull up, they start to prepare my pick up (so yes, I think we are there a lot!).
