Went in on a Monday and needed my garment back by Wednesday. They did a really great job cleaning it. Was a bit worried because the dress had a lot of buttons and am happy that it was returned with all in tact. This business is cash only. They do have QR codes with their Zelle and Venmo information. They are reasonably priced. Will return. read more

I've been coming here for a while and the small and big mishaps finally weighed on me when I dry cleaned my suit for a wedding. I received my suit with stains on the jacket - horribly disappointed. I had a few items hemmed and thought the last items were due to the complexity of the task. The last two items was it for me. First she sewed the hem with a stitch that stood out and looked tacky. Then the last was stitched with a yarn that matched, per my request, but looked like surf waves. I'm very disappointed and should have seen this coming with all the prior red flags but I was being optimistic. read more

Good work, fair price. Cost of dry cleaning has gone up a lot since I last really needed it, but I was satisfied with Perfect Dry Cleaning. Also, they did a customer sewing job for me, and turned it around pretty quickly. Perfect Dry Cleaners has likely become my go to spot for dry cleaning. read more

A phenomenal place with phenomenal people for a phenomenal price! If I could give this place six stars I would!! Le is a genius, the way in which she crafts should be studied! This was my first time using a dry-cleaning service, I came to have my EMT uniform cleaned and pressed. The owner is so sweet-- gets the job done quickly and with high quality! I was relieved to see that my uniform looked brand new when I picked it up, as I've heard many dry-cleaning horror stories about other stores. Very affordable. Cash is the best way to pay, but if you prefer apps like Venmo there's a small fee for using that payment method. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Hands down the best alteration services around! My husband needed his suit pants to be altered about 3 sizes down. It was a job that no one else wanted to take on and we brought it to Lee last minute and she was willing and able to get the job done. The pants fit amazingly and looked like they were purchased in the correct size. Needless to say my husband now takes all of his pants to her. This place is awesome! The few times I've been, it seems like it's only run by one person, but she does a great job with super quick turn around times. Dry cleaning without problems. I took my wedding tuxedo to get altered and dry cleaned and had it done within a few days. The lady there is very nice and efficient. Love this place! read more

Wonderful, awesome, great seamstress, great prices. Sweetest owner ever, better prices than Foasberg (but shorter hours of course) and good alterations (and fair prices on alterations as well!). What else to say, she does what a Dry Cleaner should do: Good work at a good price with friendly service. Seems like it should be simple, or that my rating means she juggles flaming chainsaws or something, but it really is as simple as this. read more

I needed three blouses altered quickly for an upcoming trip and the lady accommodated me. She did an awesome job with the alterations. She had them ready the following day because she knew the urgency I had due to my upcoming trip. The lady is very reserved. Doesn't talk much but she's kind. It was a little pricey but considering she had it ready the next day I didn't mind it. Great service and thank you! read more

I am so impressed by what the seamstress was able to accomplish with my dresses and skirt. I didn't want to get rid of the dresses and I really wanted to keep the skirt so I found this gem "Where Else" but here on Yelp. Ms. Nguyen / seamstress completely took her time with altering the dresses and knew exactly what I was asking of her to do. I just picked up my pieces of clothing and can not wait to be able to wear them. Please note that this place is CASH only so make sure to have enough to cover or have a down payment to secure the work you need done. So impressed that I have now left 2 pair of shorts to have patches mended from an old shirt on mine. Can't wait to see those results. Place mats too! Thank you again. :-) Happy Customer!! read more

Recently moved to the area, and my partner and I needed a new dry cleaners and alterations place. Everything has been amazing. This lady has hemmed my bridesmaids dress, jeans, sweaters, and dress pants. She's clear with expectations and what seems feasible or not with the type of clothing and what you're asking for. Fair prices upfront. She's straight-forward and sweet. My guy's dress shirts are dry cleaned perfectly. Glad we found this place. Oh, cash preferred but she takes Venmo now too. read more

Perfect Cleaners provided excellent service. I needed a dress hemmed. Because th dress is cut on the bias I knew it needed someone who knew what they were doing. When I brought it in she knew exactly what to do. She told me anything on the bias needed special attention so the dress would drape properly. I knew this to be true so I left confident she would do a great job. Picked it up the next day and found a perfect hem. AND she was kind enough to press, fold and hang this dress so draping remained as it should. Highly recommend Perfect Dry Cleaners for alterations!! read more

FYI - CASH ONLY I had to get a button-up denim shirt severely altered; it was actually a (meaningful) gift, so I wanted to make sure that it fit me perfectly. Although, it was my size, my petite frame made the size small seem like a large. The nice older lady helped me immensely with the full alteration. It took her one week to finish, and it was almost like buying a new shirt, because the price was $18. She did a good job with the alteration, but the hefty price will not have me returning back for future services. read more

A friend of mine gets her dry cleaning done here, and says it's excellent...I have only used Perfect Dry Cleaners for alterations. Le Nguyen, the charming owner, is a magician with fabric/needle/thread. She will make things better than you could ever imagine. I left her a very difficult job with a zippered vest last week, and today picked up the vest of my dreams. She has also altered Chico's Traveler's items...which is not an easy fabric to deal with, and done superb work. All items have taken about a week, and I have always paid in cash (her prices, considering the work, are very reasonable). Thank you Perfect Dry Cleaners! read more

I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I also asked him to sole the entire heel and he didn't even touch it. The heels are the exact same as when I dropped them off. So I waited almost a month to not even get what I paid for.

These people are the absolute WORST. They have continuously added random charges to our bill even…read moreafter giving them hundreds of dollars for delivery and pickup for our dry cleaning and fluff and fold services. Now they have "accidentally" charged us DOUBLE the amount for our bill. They were clearly able to attempt to charge our card (3x) for the correct amount of $101.77 and then suddenly after giving them a different card they charged us DOUBLE the amount for $203.54!! The worst part? I had to call them back after giving them the correct CC over the phone, to alert them they charged the amount. Then the woman tells me "oh yeah, sorry, I accidentally charged double but it will fall off" (completely nonchalantly) ...what on earth!? How is this acceptable? These people will tell you one delivery fee, then charge another on a completely different order. They don't respond to emails, they have no online system for putting in orders, and now they will blindly charge you double the amount of money you are owed and not inform you of said charges. They are only open weird hours (11am?!) so good luck calling them in the morning to place an order. See my screenshots for proof! Shady business, shady people, I do NOT recommend and we will no longer be using their services. I will be contesting the charge in full (no money has fallen off to date, and I doubt it will).
