I've been coming here for a while and the small and big mishaps finally weighed on me when I dry cleaned my suit for a wedding. I received my suit with stains on the jacket - horribly disappointed. I had a few items hemmed and thought the last items were due to the complexity of the task. The last two items was it for me. First she sewed the hem with a stitch that stood out and looked tacky. Then the last was stitched with a yarn that matched, per my request, but looked like surf waves. When I brought it in she knew exactly what to do. She told me anything on the bias needed special attention so the dress would drape properly. Le Nguyen, the charming owner, is a magician with fabric/needle/thread. She will make things better than you could ever imagine. I left her a very difficult job with a zippered vest last week, and today picked up the vest of my dreams. She has also altered Chico's Traveler's items...which is not an easy fabric to deal with, and done superb work.
