I also like that they use cards so you don't have to worry about change or cash. There are several sizes of washer and two sizes for dryers. There are chairs and benches and TVs while you wait. They also play music which changes all the time so it's not always the same kind of music. The only thing I don't like is that their parking lot can often get full even when there are not many people inside and there's not a suitable place to park for over flow. A few times I've actually just left and come back at another time when I see the lot full. These are the rates for self wash as of 12/11/25: 2 load - $4.59 4 load - $6.79 6 load - $8.75 8 load - $11.19 Dryers for 10 min: Small - .75 Big - .90 They also have drop off and fluff and fold services, which are actually pretty reasonable when you do the math.

The chronicle of whirlpool 2010 is to be continued; while I await for the revival of my beloved dryer, I discovered the Drop N Go Laundromat. Believe it or not, this is the first time I'm in need of this service, & of course I forget the detergent & fabric softener. Luckily this place has it all! A vending machine with both liquid and powder detergents. There's also fabric softener sheets and liquid. There's a few TV's, free wifi, & vending machines with snacks. Also there's a 711 next door, if you feel they don't have what you're seeking. Everything is paid by charge card. I appreciate the owners thinking ahead of time and having this place stocked with the necessities. The facility is very clean, and they also offer services to dry and fold. I spoke with a staff member today and she's also very nice. And so, the saga continues. Stay tuned for the resurgence of whirlpool 2010; if & when she returns she will be given a name, farewell & goodnight. Update: I conversed with the staff, tonight's employee Miriam. 5 stars to Miriam, she is very passionate about her job. I told her how my dryer went out and that I would be back in, until I purchase a new one. She walked me through all her preventative cleaning procedures and recommend I come back for heavy duty items so I don't exhaust my washer or dryer. I loved all her pointers. Miriam is very welcoming and kind; & because of her excellent customer service, I will be back as a consistent customer.

I've actually been hesitant to write this review because I used to enjoy coming here so much, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The only bright spot lately has been Miriam, who is consistently kind and helpful. Outside of her, the level of service has declined significantly. During my last two visits, I picked up my laundry only to find ink stains all over my scrubs and my children's clothes. What's worse is that nobody mentioned the incident to me when I picked them up; I had to discover the damage myself. Most recently, I tried to drop off my clothes on Friday, April 24th, around 8:45 PM. I was met with a very rude staff member telling me they were closed, even though I was just dropping off. After some back-and-forth, she finally took the bags and told me they would be ready on Saturday. I waited for a text all day Saturday, but never heard anything. Not wanting to be a bother, I waited until Sunday to follow up. I called multiple times Sunday morning starting at 10:21 AM, 10:23 AM and 12:01 PM but every call went straight to voicemail. When I finally reached someone at 2:26 PM, it was Miriam. She informed me that she had just started her shift and discovered that the person responsible for my laundry had completely skipped over my order. I am so grateful that Miriam stepped in to take care of my clothes since they were long overdue, but I'm honestly hurt by the treatment from the rest of that staff. After being a dedicated customer for years, I don't understand why the service has become so unprofessional and dismissive. I really hope they can get back to the quality they used to provide.

Horrible service from employee working the morning shift today Saturday March 22nd, 2026. We have…read morebeen going to this establishment for years and have never had any issues until today. This staff member pressed my parents as they were finishing up their drying loads, taking out pieces of clothes to begin folding and putting them away as they left the rest in the dryer to finish up drying. The male employee then came up telling them that this was not allowed, and that they needed to add more clothes onto the dryer. When we tried talking to the worker and coming to an understanding he told us that if we did not agree with this, we could get out. We remained calm and finished our laundry, my father approached the man a bit later and asked for his name and for managements number to file a complaint, this worker then gave attitude and refused to give his name by saying "I don't have a name, I'm nameless" and saying things like "you guys just love to argue/make issues" and also refused to provide the number for the laundry's management. This is horrible and unfair treatment, extremely unprofessional. Horrible service, horrible worker etiquette and extremely unprofessional service to long time clients of the establishment. This is the first issue we have ever encountered, but we cannot emphasize enough how horrible it was to experience. Would rate it 0 stars if yelp would let me, that's how horrendous this experience was.
