first off let me just say the posted sign states last wash is at 830 in orange. and they close at 10 pm i just moved here and this laundromat is pretty close to where i live,that being said the woman who works there in the evenings monday thru friday is extremely rude!!! im seperating my clothes at 805 and she comes and harrass me every 5min that my load is suppose to be in already that im slow! 10 min before 10 she keeps harrassing telling me shes closed but a female friend of hers is there drying past 10 she kicks me out before closing time then tells me that the owner gave her permission to not let me in if i came a lil past 8 like wow!!!!!unbelievable ! if my load is in before 830 what is the problem ?take off the posted sign so the incompetent female can go home!!!! she also locks the door by 8pm which is so rude and just not right . i dont understand how this business is still standing customer service is paramount something this business knows nothing about. save yourself the disappointment and dont come here!!! there is better laundromat establishments elsewhere!!!!! read more

New employees is rude and disrespectful keep putting the cart back to front when still used by the customer

Machines took more quarters than priced. One machine I used costs $4.75, took about $5.50 from me, but had no hot water to wash my clothes! Had to call one of the employees and he told me to change the cycle to cold or warm and he would send me a check to make up for the lost money; clearly, I asked what about my lost detergent (as I couldn't open the door to the locked machine to get back my tide pods); employee claims to be reimbursing for that. My moms sock got stuck in front of one of the broken machines‍. 1/2 of laundromat flooded, if anyone is looking for some quick cash in a slip and fall‍‍‍‍ Ps the dryers smell like urine...wtf read more

Not only did the washers SMELL FUNKY, but the machine used maybe a teaspoon of water to wash the clothes LOL, I will never come here again, no management, my sock was stuck in the front of the washer the entire cycle, and it hardly had any bubbles, when I put more than enough soap in the dispenser. Washers barley spun, and when they did it was in short bursts, terrible laundromat I think they should sell. This place is nasty .. no one around cleaning or wiping down machines I would give it a zero actually first time here and last!

There are about 7 parking spots on the side of the building between Coin Laundry and the Mobile gas station. On the other side of this Coin Laundry building there are apartments. There is a change machine here to exchange $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills for quarters but I did not see an option to use a debit card, credit card, or a laundry card. I tried to get cash from the small Mobile gas station store nearby however, the ATM was broken at the time. The small, one time use laundry detergent boxes are for sale here for $.75 each. read more

Long Beach is filled to the brim with really horrible Laundromats. Ones where they yell at you and close earlier than expected. Except for this shining bright spot! Good prices. 24hr service. Clean bathrooms. Helpful Staff. FREE DRYERS! And a place next door where you can get a super jumbo slice of pizza which is more like 2 slices and a drink for $2. What more can you ask for. Not only is this NOT 24/7...the owner kicked us out with wet clothes! Boo.... Also, the front load washers only have one short (23 min) delicate cycle for cold wash. The rest are hot water washes. I do NOT recommend this laundry mat!! read more

First 4 pics posted are false. There are no massage chairs, no plants on top off hvy duty machines, no staff on site unless the machine breaks down and is NOT open 24 hours... Homeless men hang out and watch tv there... I'm a guy and felt uneasy, if you have kids don't go there. Parking stalls are way to small and hard to get out of your car if there are cars parked on both sides of you. I let owner know that car stalls were small and he didn't seem to care... My car was a hit and run victim of someone leaving the parking stall... I'll be finding a new place til my washer and dryer are installed at home... read more

And at this lavanderia that is what you'll get, no vending machines with chips, the TV is never on and the only respite from the hum-drum of doing the laundry dance is the liquor store across the street and the gas station next door. I pass several Laundromats on my way here but this one is never swamped with folks and their kids. There are always big machines available and the drying is easy and quick. I can wash up my duds and fly gear and get back home in time for Chris Matthews. And no longer a dirty little girl. read more

Love washing here! This is a clean laundrymat with a great selection of washers and dryers. Drying is REALLY free, btw. (Yay for saving quarters!) It's a pretty big laundrymat with bright lighting and plenty of folding space. They have flat screen TVs all over for entertainment. Their restroom is surprisingly clean and above standards considering it's a laundrymat. Also, their staff is super helpful. They courteously helped me load off all my stuff from my car without me expecting them to or asking them to. Great service is always a big plus for me! And of course, they are conveniently open 24/7. This helps busy people, like myself, get the tideous task of laundry out the way at a non-conventional time and with no rush! P.S: Don't be intimidated by the area it's in! They have good surveillance (constantly shown in one of the flat screens) and they do a great job at keeping loiterers away. read more

This establishment is pretty clean it was plenty of t.v s bathrooms arcade area thry even serve popcorn not sure if the popcorn is sanitary but thats a kool feature. I'm super excited to have found a laundromat that is not only open 24 hours, but also provides "wham bam thank you ma'am" free drying. This place is well maintained, and clean (even the bathroom). Daniel and a young lady are currently on duty and they have been constantly in motion ( restocking, helping people in and out of the laundromat, wiping down machines etc..). read more

There are definitely no massage chairs, and the driers are not free. The yelp page is very misleading. Otherwise, it's a pretty basic laundromat. Nothing outstanding. Parking was a bit confusing as there seems to be only one dedicated parking spot in their small lot. I did my laundry for a fair price and got out, nobody bugged me. Wow!!! Was my 1st time here today. I am very pleased with this place. Let's start off with parking. It is a Sunday so parking was a bit crowded but all in all I was still able to find a parking spot. There employees that work very diligently with the customers. So customer service is on point. There are tons of washer and dryers so your never there waiting on someone else's close to get done to start your own. The fact that the drying is free is amazing. The dryers seem to dry very will but they Measure the moisture in the dryer and is not always completely dry but can't beat free so no real complaints here. For the days I'm low on funds this is my go to. I love it. I will be back next week for sure. So if you come across this review I would say check it out. You have nothing to lose but there's always a gain. read more

At ten o'clock all the machine automatically shut down and all my clothes were wet and then the person who works there kick me out at 10:15 and it sucks cause supposedly they close at 10:30 and everything was wet...... don't waste your money there read more

This place is open 24/7!!! Very clean and plenty of space to wash! I love how there is a seating area. I can read a book while washing clothes. Also, this pace offers free dry! I have been doing laundry here for a while. It's ok, but the Yelp review is not accurate. My chief complaint is with the parking area. I wish that I could post a picture of where a piece of rebar from a broken parking bumper sliced & punctured one of my tires. I texted the incident to the number given on the bulletin board and received a text back indicating that I needed to contact my own insurance company. Their property insurance should cover these type of issues. The roadside service was $65 and the tire over $200. So far, no resolution from the laundromat. If you go here, be careful parking your car and keep a safe eye on children around the first parking bumper. Rebar can puncture skin too... read more
