The sanitizing machines and consistently clean environment make it stand out. I've watched them wipe down machines as soon as a customer finishes. I have a washer and dryer at home but still come here for comforters and personal items. We have pets, so I prefer a place where I know the machines are thoroughly cleaned. I've been coming for a year and it's my favorite laundromat in Long Beach. Parking is never an issue and machines are always available no matter what time I walk in. They call it Laundry Guys, but I'm the Laundry Girl. Highly recommended.

The facts: This place has a spacious parking lot for a…read morelaundromat. It is large and clean. Patrons seem focused on their laundry and I did not notice any shenanigans. There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

However, the self-service laundry aspect has gone down hill. Prices have gone up (again), and to justify it, more machines are out of order?! I've been standing next to a locked washer now for a half hour waiting for the machine to unlock with my clothes drained of water, but it just keeps spinning on wash mode. The attendant (who are all usually on their game and present) has seemingly disappeared. I've now spent $15.75 for one load of wash and it's STILL IN THE WASHER. The machine will not unlock and allow me to get my clothes. I'm sorry Ocean, but this lack of service made me lower my review to two stars.

What a wonderful experience we've had with Super Suds!…read more We scheduled everything online, selected the days and times for pickup and delivery, and everything went perfectly. The amount of time we're saving is incredible. It truly feels like we got our weekends back! Owning a house cleaning business means we have a large load of cleaning rags to wash every week. It's extremely important to us that our teams arrive at every client's home with fresh, thoroughly cleaned rags, and Super Suds has been doing an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with their service! We've also started sending our personal laundry, and not having to wash and fold clothes every week has been wonderful. Everyone we've spoken with on the phone has been friendly and helpful, and every person who has picked up or delivered our laundry has been just as nice. Super Suds is worth every penny. We highly recommend them!

Been coming to this establishment for a while now and thought it was time for a review…read more Okay let's talk about it. What can I say other than "Super suds is an amazing place". When I first encountered them I was looking for a fluff and fold that was close and affordable that I could try. A place that worked with my schedule. I must admit I wasn't expecting the royal treatment. I came in and was met by this amazing man named "Chris". Talk about great customer service. Chris makes you feel at home and comfortable, such a gentleman. I was able to have a great conversation and get my clothes taken in and got a receipt with pick up time for the next day. When i came to pick up my clothes, I was shocked. My clothes came back to me on hangers with plastic over it for care and some came back to me nice and neatly folded. I thought they had given me the wrong order, but nope it was mine. I asked is this how the clothes come back to all the customers? And the resonating "yes" made me feel even better about Super Suds. When I got home and opened the bags of clothes that were nicely folded it smelled wonderful. All the socks had been put together, the unmentionables were together so all i had to do was put them in the correct drawer. This place again is amazing. I for one am a total fan. It's affordable, the quality and care put into the washing and folding when I get my items back each and every time is great. Thank you and I look forward to my next service.

Found this place on Yelp and let me tell you, hand to baby Jesus, THIS IS THE CLEANEST LAUNDROMAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. This place is coin-less, you need a reloadable card to use the machines, which is super convenient. I lugged in a bag of quarters, so I welcomed the relief. Machines come in various sizes and there are plenty of dryers. There's plenty of parking (NOTE: I also got here before 8am, the place opens at 7a. I cannot speak to afternoon parking). I was going for my weekly laundry load when I was approached by the worker and told I could no longer wash laundry here because I owned dogs. I'm not washing anything belonging to my dog. I'm washing MY clothes. And to tell me I have to wash my stuff in the dogs only washer is ridiculous. It feels like they're just discriminating at this point. Oh and I was told I'm bringing down their yelp and google ratings by coming in with my "dog clothes"

Additionally, this location has extremely poor airflow and it was super hot in here. The swamp cooler they had needed to be cleaned and only provided very little comfort. That, and as listed in another review, one of my fears came true and my shirt had washer grease/stains on it, which tells me they need to be serviced more often. Be sure to check your light clothes before drying them so these stains dont set. Especially if you like your shirts. Ill continue to go to my regular place because of my experience
