Used to be nice. Owner cranked up the prices for the washers from 1.50 to 3.25 and shortened the times so it's not as well washed. Dryers still a quarter but used be for 11 minutes and now only 6. Free WiFi gone too. Hours are unreliable and dryers frequently dirty with gum etc. only come here if you don't want to punish your own machines read more

I wash at this laundry location frequently. I bring my big blankets, duvets and other items here because it's close to home. I came in tonight and the owner which is this small hispanic woman, got upset that I traded dollars for quarters. She recognizes me because I'm always here washing and utilizing the machines. I might start reconsidering this location because of how nasty and rude she was. I've never expected such behavior from a business owner especially during a time of crisis such as now. I'm Glad I checked Yelp! This place is really nice, free parking lot, Free WiFi, 4 TVs, all new washers and dryers of all sizes from huge to tiny. Friendly attendants, a monthly raffle for $300 something dollars and it's really inexpensive. This is the best laundromat in Long Beach all they need to make it perfect is a card machine so you don't have to have cash or coins and a fluff and fold for those "I just can't adult today" moments. My bf and I just moved to LB a couple months ago and started doing our laundry here at Launderland. When we first came, they were still finishing renovations, but they've since completed it. All new machines, renovated restroom, always looking clean, all new tile floors. The washers and dryers work really well and I hardly ever see any of them out of order. Owner is super nice and friendly. We'll definitely stick to doing our laundry here! read more

I used to come to this laundromat strictly for convenience sake (it is closest to my building). However they recently remodeled and now I will not go anywhere else. All new machines, flooring, change machines - and they are so much cheaper than other less maintained places. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they have a last load in of 10pm, which is MAGIC. There is pretty ample parking, as well. (Side note: I think some locals from neighboring apartments will take up parking occasionally - which can be a slight downer, but the staff is working to resolve this.) Again - big kudos to this establishment for all of the improvements. It makes having to do laundry in a laundromat a million times less awful. read more

This place is close by, neat, and there is always spaces available... The really nice part is they wireless avaiable, AND washing machines that fit more than one load. Some do fit 1 load for $1.25, others fit 3 loads at once for $2.75 and even machines that do 5 loads! To match that, they have dryers that do the same ratios... 1, 3 or 5! So, you can do more cloths, in less time, for cheaper... Very helpful! read more

I've never been to a coin laundry with all new washers and dryers. They have recently done some major renovations to clean this place up and installed all new machines! I am coming here from now on as it feels clean and it is clean! read more

Horrible service. The location is supposed to close at 11pm and when I went to get my clothes at 10:08pm everything was completely closed, lights off and doors locked . There is no way to contact the owner/manager. As a single mother with kids that works 10 hrs/day this very inconvenient and unprofessional. read more

The machines and prices are good. However management does nothing about the people hanging out in the parking lot. It consists of non customers that blare bass heavy car stereos. The left and right sides of the building have homeless sleeping there nearly 24/7. There experience leaves you stuck inside the laundromat with a headache to escape the noise. read more

This has become my favorite place to wash my clothes the water is always hot, place looks amazing from what it use to. Upgrades have made a huge difference. The different prices on washers make all the difference for people of all financial backgrounds to have a place to feel safe. Clean space to do your laundry. Have washing machines sizes 2,3,4, & 8 loads and regular, large, and xtra large dryers. They don't really enforce masks unfortunately so be careful if you choose to go. read more

I live a couple blocks away and started coming here recently because the machine in my building was being repaired. I've come a few times in the past week during the day with no problem. It's clean and the people were nice. I wanted to do a load tonight at 9:30 pm and since the posted hours were until 11:00 I chose to go even though some reviews mentioned closing early and poor customer service. I bought my quarters, selected my machine and realized I forgot my soap. Being 5 minutes away, I asked the woman speaking to the crew if they were still open until 11:00 so I can come back. She immediately called me a "liar" and said I only came for the quarters even though I showed her my laundry bag with no soap. She wouldn't respond to my question and when I asked if she sold soap she waved me off and only said "you come back tomorrow". I will now go out of my way to another place and warn the others in the building to so the same. read more

If I can give this place a zero I would. She closes at 12 and her last wash is at 10pm , I come home from class and need to wash and I get there at 9:40 she tells me it is closed and locks door. She is rude and I will no longer be going here I will tell my friends and neighbors to go to the one up the street because she doesn't give a crap . I was a very loyal customer I have been there since the older machines and stayed through the transitions. I would give 0 stars if I could After working long hours 5-6 days a week, my boyfriend and I barely find the time to do laundry as it is. Launderland is right across the street and is so cheap (for a reason) we decided to go there. It would be the last time we chose to do that. WHAT A MISTAKE! Even though I know they close at midnight, I checked the sign just to be sure they were open and noticed a sign that said "last wash at 10pm". Not a problem considering it was only about 8:45. We put our clothes in to wash and came back at about 10pm to put the clothes in the dryer. After we switched them over and went to go home while they dried, we realize the doors were locked. I saw the owner and was obviously confused. She came up to me and my boyfriend and said "if there's no customers, I can go home." (Um...idk what to tell you lady but there's two customers right in front of you) I explain that we had already washed the clothes and had just put them in the dryer. She rolls her eyes and unlocked the door for us to walk out, but my boyfriend and I decided to just wait inside so she didn't lock us out. It was annoying, but I understood her frustration and decided to not say anything regarding her VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR to two customers who had just spent like $20 doing laundry... About 5 minutes before the dryer was done, my boyfriend asked her if she could unlock the door so he could grab our baskets so we could take our clothes home. While he was gone, she left the door open and one of her friends walked in. They started speaking in Spanish and he asked her why she was still there. (Mind you, I'm very fair skinned and many people don't realize that I am Mexican and a fluent Spanish speaker.) She begins to go off about how she's "waiting on some kids who just care about their own time" and rambles off some other insults! I'm sorry, so reoccurring paying customers are more of an inconvenience to you than anything else? I would understand being pissed if it was already past closing, but they close at midnight and it was only 10 and we did our last wash well before the deadline. The place is always FILTHY and at least two washers are constantly leaking. It smells like BO and a gas leak! Believe me when I say we only came here out of desperation, but at this point I would rather drive to my damn mother's house or spend a little extra money to go to the better laundromat in our area for laundry. DO NOT COME HERE. There is literally another place right down the street that is much cleaner, quieter, and it's quite unlikely you will hear people talking crap about you for merely using their facility! read more
