Horrible service from employee working the morning shift today Saturday March 22nd, 2026. We have been going to this establishment for years and have never had any issues until today. This staff member pressed my parents as they were finishing up their drying loads, taking out pieces of clothes to begin folding and putting them away as they left the rest in the dryer to finish up drying. The male employee then came up telling them that this was not allowed, and that they needed to add more clothes onto the dryer. When we tried talking to the worker and coming to an understanding he told us that if we did not agree with this, we could get out. We remained calm and finished our laundry, my father approached the man a bit later and asked for his name and for managements number to file a complaint, this worker then gave attitude and refused to give his name by saying "I don't have a name, I'm nameless" and saying things like "you guys just love to argue/make issues" and also refused to provide the number for the laundry's management. This is horrible and unfair treatment, extremely unprofessional. Horrible service, horrible worker etiquette and extremely unprofessional service to long time clients of the establishment. This is the first issue we have ever encountered, but we cannot emphasize enough how horrible it was to experience. Would rate it 0 stars if yelp would let me, that's how horrendous this experience was. read more

Machines always have issues. Specially the 60-70 lbs machines. I am here since 11am and it's 11:45 on 8/26/25 and there is no attendant to help out. Aside from the homeless being here the machines are a mess. read more

The good: Many machines to wash of all kinds of load sizes from single to 2 or 5 or even 6/8 load capacity if my memory is correct. In 3 large loads (18) I was able to wash ALL 4 of my baskets Normally my old spot I used 3-5 machines depending on what was being loaded and their wash cycle style. Dryer was .25 per 10 minutes which is a good deal compared to some of my Normal spots. They have a massage chair (I didn't use especially considering I didn't see any wipe downs of that) they also have lots of vending machines for snacks or laundry supplies. They have toy machines, a crane game, and an arcade machine! You can also get alkaline and regular water refills here for one of the best prices for alkaline refills I've seen so bonus points for that. My only negative is one of the machines didn't properly spin cycle thankfully attendant helped me and did a free wash on another machine but that added like an extra hour due to rewash, please note machines if operating inappropriately. Only other negative is the questionable people washing clothes or just simply hanging out. Lots of people without masks coming in or hanging out. Staff even lowered their masks a few times which is annoying as someone who's been sick before and has to wear a mask still (just like everyone else) it's frustrating to see so minus a point there. I did not even know that I had 60 pounds worth of clothing but I needed help. I dropped off before 5 PM on a Friday night and got it back Saturday at noon. Washed dried and folded aaaaagh Yessssss. Christopher the NEW OWNER helped me with pick up and drop off and unbelievably he wanted to give it back to me at 10 PM and I actually said no please wait till tomorrow cause I knew I had to put all of it away so normally I would stay and do my own laundry but I have to say they came through in a pinch and I wanted to leave a really positive review because they deserve it! read more

Super Good Coin Laundry located on PCH and Pacific Avenue right in the corner next to the Eddie's liquor store this place is open 24 hours so you can do your laundry play lotto ticket and they also have water dispensers on this hot summer days you can buy water but the gallons at any time of the day or night Remember this laundromat is 24 hours it's pretty good it was safe I went there to go pick up some water so I had no issues environment was easy I had to tell you I did what I had to do and got through it if you want to do your laundry this place is good parking is kind of Soso and there's also a taco stand on the street on weekends so yeah this place does get kind of crowded but there's plenty of washers and dryers in this facility so you should check them out and tell me what you think read more

Clean, machines work, free dryers, open 24/7, this is a good laundry mat. The only issue is a deranged street person came in, took my pastry and soda I had just purchased from the vending machines, I told her she could have the pastry and she proceeded to argue with me. read more

If I could give a negative review I would... This place really acts like they care but they don't. Regulars know when the owners are there because rules get followed and enforced I was there and so many people wearing masks under the nose , what's the purpose for wearing them. This place is ridiculous. Stay away If you don't mind having people asking you to buy things or beg for money. Then go to this place. People walking around with no masks and coughing everywhere enjoy this place The owners should be ashamed of themselves especially lying on Yelp about giving masks away. I have been using this laundry service for almost one year. I searched for them after being a dissatisfied customer somewhere else. This laundry has gone downhill fast! First they no longer have an employee onsite at all times. I understand they changed to 24 hours but If you can't afford staff you need to post hours of when staff are onsite. Still inefficient but better than nothing. Everyone knows that machines fail all the time. Especially poorly maintained machines like the ones here. There are tape over slots because washers are broken. There was an elderly couple that was very upset because their washer didn't fill up with any water, I mean zero. I watched it happen (or rather not happen). Then when I went to pull my clothes out of the 50-60 pound washer everything was soaking, like I could squeeze out buckets of water without effort wet. I didn't do anything different than how I normally wash in these machines so please don't try the excuse of user error. I called the business number no less than 7 times over the course of an hour, no pick up. I had to have someone else call to get them to pick up. When they finally did call me back after I left a message they were so nonchalant and dismissive about their own machines failing. The guy LIED to me and said the attendant had gone on a short break. He didn't know I had already been here for over an hour so I caught him in the lie. When I called him out on it he said well someone should have been there. I told him I needed to go to work and all he could say is he would TRY to be there in 30 minutes. Please, please don't go here. It's now 30+ minutes and counting, no arrival. Came to do laundry on a Saturday afternoon. I used the bill exchange machine to get smaller bills from my $20 bill since I did not want all $20 in quarters. The machine took my $20 but never dispensed any change for it. No attendant in sight, I knocked on the office doors and even called the number to the office a total of 8 times but nobody ever answered. Still waiting for someone to get here to reimburse my $20. read more

I love this place!! We moved to Bixby knolls but come back here because it's such a clean laundry the new owners put A LOT of effort in getting it all decked out. Everything here is priced decently and NOW ITS 24-Hr laundry with Free dry!! (Granted you obviously have to wash here too) Honestly will be a continued customer. read more

I really appreciate it if the owner of this business could be and top of this issue people will be not able to do laundry with out mask very disappointed the owners only worries about money. 0 stars if I could , I tried to change my 20$ in the machine as I arrived and the machine took my 20$ and didn't give me any change / dollar , I wait for an hour ( when the employee on sight called the guy with the key to the machine he said he'd be there in 10-20 mins ) a hour passes and he tells the guy at 10:50 he'll be here at 11:15 , and when he lets him know that he also tells him to let me know if I need to use any machines he will turn them on for me but when I receive my 20$ I will have the money taken , like what you have me wait an hour with no money only to let me know he could've BEEN solved this by letting the employee turn on the machines !! And the audacity to tell me after an hour and still want to take the money , TERRIBLE SERVICE !! Do NOT come here !! Love love LOVE all the improvements this laundromat made! I use this place to do my large bulk items since it's the cheapest in the area and they have a giant 8 load washer. Recently, I've noticed that they started renovating and the results are AMAZING. The place is always SO CLEAN, the management and staff are super friendly, they have vending machines for soaps, sodas and snacks, an alkaline water station, a coffee machine, massage chairs, a bunch of TVs etc. etc. The prices on the vending machine soaps and sodas are cheaper than any other places I've seen, including most liquor stores. They now have a wash and fold service too. Would definitely recommend!!!! read more
