I've been going to them for a while now taken lots there and all I have to say is DO NOT TAKE THEM ANYTHING EXPENSIVE. They've shrunk about $4,000 in suits but seem to be ok on shirts. I'm 100% certain they shrunk my suits I do my own tailoring I've worked in menswear for 5+ years now. Please do your self a favor and DO NOT take them anything nice.! So I used to get my stuff cleaned and altered here all the time. Then I brought my new work shirts and they seen that I worked for a government department and charged me more to alter my new shirts. I stated the last time the charge was different because like I said, I was going here for years, they just said that because the shirts are different material it's hard to work with. Lie's same material, polyester and rayon... don't ever come here. You've been warned. If you do, don't be mad when you run into problems. read more

I used to come here for about 5 years to get my alterations and dry cleaning done until recently. The quality of work on the alterations has decline drastically. I took in a pair of trousers to be hemmed and pressed and they told me everything would be done by Wednesday afternoon (this was on a Monday) . I showed up Wednesday afternoon and the pants were not pressed and they told me to come back tomorrow for them. I needed them for the following day so I told them just to charge me for the hem. When I got home they had cut them the wrong size. Luckily the stitching was awful and looks like it can be repaired but it's gonna have to be by another place. read more

Very cheap and disrespectful customer service I don't know how they are still in business Every time you bring your clothes there to get it cleaned they promise you to have it done the same day and it's advertised outside but when you get there they simply say "oh it's not ready yet" come back later come back later... like what??? I brought a few dress shirts there to get them cleaned and one of my shirts smelled Worse then how it did before, they simply ironed it and wrapped it in plastic saying its done. I spoke to the person and said that it needs to be washed after looking at it but they simply offered me a refund and told me to go somewhere else because I called them out on their scam! I've been going to Crystal Cleaners for quite some time now; about 7 years and I never thought to leave a review because I've only dry cleaned my clothes. However, as of the last couple of years, I've been taking my clothes here for alterations. I've gotten a few dress shirts, some jeans, and several slacks to get tailored here and their work is always on point! I typically go for the slim / tapered fit. Not skinny jeans lol. In any case, you throw your clothes on in their little fitting room there and the owner marks it pretty much how I want it without me having to guide her. I just tell her slim fit, and she knows. The only thing I will say is that if you are going for the skinny or slim look, she stays true to size, if not a little snug. So give yourself a little bit of leeway, maybe extra 1/4". You can always trim more if it's not slim enough. In the past, I've stayed away from altering clothes at a dry cleaner. But, you can't go wrong here. They have a seamstress on site that does nothing but alter clothes, and I've seen her for years, and she does a damn good job. So, don't get all caught up in looking for a tailor or seamstress exclusively. Give Crystal Cleaners a try! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They staple the tags directly onto your clothes. I pick up my large order, for clothes that are going to appear on camera, and there are SEVERAL shirts that have staples on the cuffs and bottom of the shirt. There are holes now even though we carefully took out the staples. I spoke with the owner about the issue and she says "we were busy, and its normal to staple on the clothes, see here (the shirt behind her on the rack has a staple in the cuff), also maybe there wasn't a tag. The owner was not apologetic or caring. To me, it doesn't matter if there are tags or not, a cleaners should not be damaging clothes AND especially not shrug it off. There is a way to put the tags thru the button hole and staple the piece of paper together, therefore the item is still tagged and can be tracked but not damaged. DO NOT GO HERE. RUN AWAY. read more

Brought a jersey for cleaning and when I came to pick it up the jersey it had clearly been damaged from the front and the back. Fibers had been pulled and so I brought it back and they said they would fix it. I come back several hours later and the owner tells me that they are unable to fix it. I told the owner it's an expensive jersey and she refuses to be responsible for any of it. Definitely the last time I come to this place, as I told the owner. Which made me write this review. I hope everyone that comes here is checking their clothes carefully. A 90 dollar jersey damaged by them and they refuse to be responsible for it, what great customer service. read more

I went to this place against my better judgment because I did not even look them up on Yelp to see if they had any reviews. So I dropped off 3 coats to be cleaned and two of my fiances dress slacks to be altered and dry cleaned. When we picked them up the clothes seemed fine, but it was Christmas Eve and we were in a hurry so we did not check the pants to see the alterations. We paid 36.00 total for everything. When we get home after a long night we look at the pants and one of the pants was not even fixed. I told the lady that I needed the zipper to be replaced and the zipper was exactly as I left it. I called the next day and of course it being Christmas today they are closed. I will try tomorrow and see how they handle their mistake. read more
