There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. Today, while doing my laundry, I witnessed the Hispanic employee on duty treat an elderly Black man with the same level of suspicion and disrespect he has shown me for months. He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. I am leaving five stars only out of respect for the business's history and my years of patronage, but this behavior is unacceptable. Management, please speak to your staff. Everyone should feel welcome here, regardless of their race.

I used to use a typical dry cleaners that advertised solely by price. But after them losing one of my shirts and then giving me the run around about how they were going to reimburse me I decided to try the dry cleaner just down the street. Price wise they were a little more expensive, about .25 a shirt but the customer service more than makes up for it. On the first visit the owner gave me a laundry bag to bring my clothes in, by the second visit he knew my name, first and last, by the third visit I didn't have to do anything by drop the bag off, get handed a new one and leave. By the second time my wife came in to pick up my clothes he knew exactly who she was as well. I now wouldn't dare to go anywhere else to have my cleaning done. All that and my clothes are always well cleaned, stains removed, and well pressed...just like I like them. read more

I understand that costs rise, but many of the same services can be found elsewhere for less. I continued coming here because they're around the corner from me, super convenient location and I wanted to support a local business that I had gone to for years. What was disappointing, was the way my concerns were handled. When I questioned the pricing on alterations, Sharon at the front counter told me that they have "thousands of happy customers" and don't need my business. I Was genuinely taken back by the disrespect. After years of supporting this business, I found that response arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. A long-time customer should never be made to feel that their business doesn't matter. If the pricing no longer worked for me, a professional response would have been to explain the costs and allow me to make my own decision. Instead, I was essentially told they didn't need my business. I hoped to continue supporting this business, but after this experience, I'll be taking my dry cleaning and alteration needs elsewhere!
