Que tan querida la Sra Blanca!! Y'all my birthday fit was nearly ruined because I did NOT immediately wash my favorite dress after my friends, Ian and Sam, wedding. Honey, if there was a drink spilled I was the culprit. Thanks again, boys! So I bring my 1960's deadstock bubblegum pink dress with matching belt on Monday and Blanca tells me Girl I'll try my best but these stains (multiple, yes I know) have set. I did not have high hopes but come Wednesday she calls me letting me know I can swing by to pick it up. When I arrive she laments the color fading after treatment but you are a terrible liar and before I fell into a puddle of tears you said Just kidding it came out great! And it did!!!! No wonder you've been at this for 15 years. Can't wait to bring whatever clothing may need dry cleaning here in the future. Gracias Blanca!! read more

Crown Cleaners - Okay so this beauty but with dark stains all up and dpwn the front. Miracles were WORKED! - Laundry Services Near Me - Long Beach, California

Blanca was very helpful and the quality of dry cleaning was an awesome experience. She was able to clean off some deep stains on my Dodgers jersey! I was pleasantly surprised. Looks brand new. Great job on the alterations to my new pants as well. A+ experience. Found my new cleaners! read more

When I lived in Long Beach I used crown cleaners exclusively, about two years ago I left the area.So I left a jacket in their care. I have been going through so much that I forgot where I left the jacket. It was a vintage coat and very sentimental. After relocating and getting back on my feet after Covid, I called them. To my surprise my jacket was still there. These people are very very good people and I recommend them highly. Thank you so much for your courtesy. Thank you read more

Took 4 pair of pants to be shortened for an upcoming cruise. They did a really good job. I would not hesitate to bring anything altered to them. Nice people who own this establishment. read more

I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady that helped me out but all I can say is that they saved me from ruining my friends wedding. I had a dress for a wedding I was going to be in and I stupidly decided to steam iron my dress. Well I ended up having blotchy water marks (this was a day before the wedding) I called about 5 places which they all responded with they couldn't help me out. But not this place they were very nice and friendly and told me to come in. Mind you this was also around 5pm. They told me they could help me out. She said that she would come in earlier the next day son she could have my dress ready the next day at 7:30 am. Show up and just like she promised my dress looked fabulous and was ready on time. They also didn't charge me a crazy amount especially since it was so last minute which I appreciate. Thank you so much crown cleaners you saved me from having a mental breakdown. read more

I needed a blouse pressed for a work event, and as usual, I waited until the very last minute to do so. I found this place on yelp as it's close to my work and decided to see if they would be able to help me out in a rush. I was greeted by Blanca as soon as I walked in. She told me it wouldn't be a problem and rushed my drop off and had it ready for me the very next day at no extra cost!! I was not expecting that and was prepared to pay a rush fee. Blanca is so sweet, friendly and kind. She made my first experience here a great one!! I will for sure come back here because of that. read more

I just want to start by saying WOW! This place really works miracles. I went in with my covers of my couches one was super stained and was growing mold from the bottom since I never noticed the stain. Took them there on a Monday and I figured well they are probably going to be able to take some OFF. Got a call Thursday morning to pick them up and when I got there I was amazed the stain was 99% gone! I wish I would've took a before and after. If you need a professional, fast, good price cleaners this is the ONE. read more

Timely and they do a great job! We just moved to the neighborhood and needed a new cleaner, and I found these guys - they've been wonderful. Very reasonably priced as well! read more

I absolutely love Crown cleaners!! The own is so sweet and does her best to make sure your happy! I have brought two pair of pants that needed to be hemmed, a pair of overalls that needed the straps resized, a pair of pants that needed the zipper fixed , and my wedding dresses reboxed which had 2 bad stains on it. Everything came back perfect and she even got the stains out of my dress!! She is such a pleasure to talk to and really knows the meaning of customer service. If in need of a cleaner or seamstress I highly recommend Blanca at Crown Cleaners!! read more

Great small business! The folks are nice and attentive. They are also open at 0630!! I'm glad I found these folks.

Amazing cleaners! My wife originally brought a heavily damaged comforter here in the off chance they could save it. They removed all the damage and brought it back to brand new! The turn around was quick/reasonable and the cost even more so. I've recently brought a suit and some shirts here and they were able to perform their magic, yet again. Everything came out looking amazing. They even were able to fix a lost button on a shirt. The service is always great and the prices are more than reasonable for what they deliver. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great cleaner. read more

Lucky for me this place is minutes away from home. Have been looking for a good cleaners that can do quality work for a while now. I stumbled across this place and Blanca took care of what I had been searching for. Taking my work uniforms is no easy task due to the fact that I bring them in greasy, oily and stained from work as a mechanic. She comes through when you need her too on quick turn around work. Had them also hem my pants and looks great, looks original and great craftsmanship. I definitely recommends this place for all your alteration and dry cleaning needs. read more

They have usually done a good job dry cleaning my sofa covers and thats why i am giving them 3 starts, but they keep increasing their price ridiculously. I have been a regular customer to them and this is how my experience has been. First year, they asked my 90$, i accepted, second year, they increased the price to 108$, again i agreed and accepted, and that same year towards the end year, they asked 174$. Common, you can not double the price for the same job, its not a reasonable ask to your regular customer. Sorry but that is not how you keep you customers. read more

Great service speed and quality deer cleaning. Delicate Alterations are the best I've had. I highly recommend.

Best cleaning services I have ever experienced ! Very lovely staff ! I had 2 jackets with horrible stains that I've taken to other cleaners and no one can ever take them off but crown cleaners left my jackets looking brand new! I was able to keep my jackets along with the attachment that I had to them! This will forever be my go to here on out. Thank you thank you!! read more

I was asked to not come back after being extremely respectful over one of my jackets I took to get repaired here. I paid about $30-$40 to repair 1 of my jackets pocket seams and hem about 1-2 inch for a pair of pants.. I was unsatisfied after already paying and seeing one of the sides I requested on the jacket for repair wasn't even touched, I was told it was too difficult but if they weren't able to fix my jacket why tell me they can "repair like new" and have me pay?? The older woman didn't really want to talk and kept refusing me then when I was leaving she gave me a thumbs up and said he can't work on my items anymore, so I won't be coming back. This location is best for smaller amateur work, something more professional or if you like a more clean organized look I advise to find somewhere else. I paid full price for incomplete work. Also customer service is more than tone of voice, the elder lady spoke soft but her faces and attitude she gave along with refusing any bargain for the customers satisfaction was ridiculous especially after I paid in full. read more

Beyond impressed is all I have to say. Was in a bind and desperately needed a same day spot to get my husbands uniform cleaned and pressed before the holiday weekend and when 5 other cleaners turned us away that were open later than crown said they were unable to accommodate us. Crown cleaners rose to the occasion even though we were like 35 mins past same day. Blanca said she'd only charge us a dollar more! highly recommend this spot customer service on point if your even thinking about using them do it and ask for Blanca! read more

If I can give 10 stars, I would. So my experience didn't exactly started positive so it really takes a lot for me to do a 180 and give them all the star there is to give. So I had been looking for a same day cleaner to clean my kind size comforter (since obviously it doesn't fit in my washer). I bought it in 2015 or so and I can tell you it was never cleaned (don't judge). I was so happy when I found this place with great review and most importantly with same day service!! Yelp says they open at 7 so I arrived at 7:30 but they are not opened. Even their door says they open at 6:30. So I thought it can't be good. Since I had a little bit time on hand before work, I decided to hang around the area and grab coffee and called them at 7:40 and the owner picked up. I told her what I needed (same day) and they confirmed they can do it. She is super understand because I told her if I don't get it back the same day, I am going to be very cold tonight lol. When I arrived, the owner is super nice and polite. Again I confirmed that it can be done the same day and she reassured me she could. I told them a couple of spot were extra dirty (ok let's be real here, it's pit stain) and I said I know it's dirty so if you can get it out that's great if not don't worry about it. I went I pick up 5:30 and viola! I didn't know part of my comforter was actually white!! I thought it was beige this whole time!! She did absolutely amazing. She told me that it was very dirty so she dry cleaned AND regular cleaned it. I honestly cannot rave enough about them (but really who raves about a cleaner?). read more

Thank you so much you made my white shirt look brand new. I couldn't believe it. Best dry cleaner in Long Beach!!!!!

I live in downtown Long Beach but don't mind the drive at all because of how amazing they are at their job! Was recommended by a friend and haven't switched spots then! Love how honest they are and always leave my clothes & hats looking like new! Highly recommend this place you won't be disappointed! read more

Did a great job hemming my pants. Simple job, but some places don't do the simple things well

Great service! Dropped of a suit and dress shirts, they had them done in a day and at a great price. Thank you!!!

Crown Cleaners is the best! I have brought in a number of items (sweaters, blouses, skirts, suits) over the past year and every time they do a great job! After my most recent visit I thought it only right to do a review. I brought in a white (well, actually it was a shade of yellow because it was so dirty) woman's blazer. The collar was literally a shade of mustard from sitting in my closet for the past 5 plus years! When I dropped it off the lady behind the counter conveyed to me that she would try her best, but it was definitely stained. When I picked it up I couldn't believe what an amazing job they did!! Every stain and discoloration came out!! It is like new! Thank you Crown Cleaners, an excellent job again!! read more

This place is awesome! Was in a jam to get a tie dry cleaned before an event and she helped me get it done. My go to dry cleaners now. Great service and reasonable prices. They get it done in a timely manner. read more

I'm so happy with these guys! My clothes came back looking like new! They definitely pay attention to detail. The Prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. read more

I have been coming here for waaaaaay too long that I can't even recall - I am not usually in a hurry for my clothes. I bring a big batch in - they are always on time. Or if I have a need for a rush turn around they have accommodated me also. I can come in the crack of dawn sometimes and they are in and always smiling. If I need a slight button repair cause I ate too much the week before, there is no judging me. I have used them for slight alterations also and all was good. After a slight hiatus of work/early retirement it was odd not coming here every other week to pick up/drop off my shirts and dress slacks. But low and behold I am back in the workforce and a shirt that is wrinkled is no bueno - thanks for making me look "fresh and pressed" but not too crispy! read more

Friendly, fast, reliable, helpful, and a quality job. What more can you ask from your dry cleaner? We are clients for life.

The absolute best there is. I have been taking my shirts here for over five years and have never had a single problem. Tom, the owner, is a very nice and kind man. He does impeccable work at a reasonable price. read more

Tom, Blanca and the entire staff are wonderful and super nice. I have been coming to Crown Cleaners for years and years. Thank god for Tom (owner) and his right hand person Blanca. This is by far the best dry cleaner I have ever gone to. They take great pride in seeing that my clothing, bed spreads, leather skirts, and alterations are always top notch. I have also called them if I'm running a little late close to their closing time and the have waited for me. I'm 10 plus years with them that should say everything!!!! read more

Horrible experience. Brought brand new drapes in for alterations..they come back with a stain on one of the panels. Owner says he'll clean it. Pick them up for a second time and the stain is now worse because they rubbed it in to the fabric and created a hole in the fabric. Owner blames me and says they were like that when I brought them in. I'll never go back to the place! read more

My husband recently took his NEW Hugo Boss suit to get pressed and when he returned home the collar was torn at the crease and had two holes on the sleeves. The owner claimed it was moths yet my closet is lined with cedar wood and I've never had a problem with "moths." The owner is such a dishonest man! This place is just horrible! Don't go, unless you want your expensive garments ruined! read more
