I brought a high-end Ibex merino wool jacket to One Stop Cleaners -- a garment clearly labeled "Dry Clean Only" that I'd owned and carefully maintained for nearly 10 years. It came back with the entire inner insulation layer collapsed and bunched down around the pocket area, completely ruining the jacket's structure. This type of damage is consistent with improper washing, not proper dry cleaning. I lost a favorite, irreplaceable piece. If you have anything wool, delicate, or with a structured/insulated lining, I'd be very cautious here -- please check your care labels and ask exactly how your garment will be handled. read more

I am beyond impressed with the quality and service provided here at One Stop Cleaners! My husband has been coming here for a few years and recommended it to me for cleaning and preservation of my dress. I was shopping around for a while, with other places quoting me $300-600! One Stop Cleaners was under $200 for my dress (which is very long and heavy) to clean and preserve it! This is definitely the best place for a great value! Truly a hidden gem not only did they make sure I was happy with my dress before boxing it, they ensured that it was to my liking when I picked it up, making sure to seal it properly to prevent oxygen from going in! It was my first time here. I was reluctant to try a lot of other places because of how bad the reviews are. This place had a lot of reviews & I decided to bring some work blazers & dresses. I dropped it off on a busy Saturday afternoon & picked it up on a calm Thursday afternoon--they had it ready by Wednesday. Pricing came out to about $25 (which is now painfully normal for dry cleaning) but my clothes came out great. When you walk in, it's a very old school (hand-written paper receipts) family-owned business. They accept card, but if you can pay cash it's better (& cheaper.) It's located in a quiet shopping plaza on Knott I totally recommend this place read more

The lady that runs this place told me to rush in considering it was noon and it's Saturday so they're very busy. This is the best dry cleaning business that I have located since moving to SoCal over 7 years ago. Being that 95% of the garments that I bring to them are silk, they do a phenomenal job. The pricing is reasonable and I never have to send anything back. They have even removed stains that others failed to accomplish. That speaks volumes to their workmanship. New to the area and found this place via Yelp so I gave it a try. The mom (the lady) was very nice and also with the two son that helps out. The dad, was a bit serious at first but very funny and helpful later on when I picked up my order. He even helped me with bringing them to my car. Thank you for that. I dropped off around 50+ items to be dry cleaned and the price was very reasonable. The quality of the dry clean (dresses, shirts, jackets and pants) was very good. I was happy with the service that they provided. I will return with my other big bags of dry clean soon. The father is very proud of the quality of his work and I am too. read more

I rarely need to go do the dry cleaners but something crazy happened to my bridesmaid dress I'm supposed to wear to my sister in laws wedding and it was 2 weeks away so I was in a panic! My mother in law tried to sew some padding on them and did some reason there was oil in the pad and spilled all over it!! didn't think I could clean on my own so I decided I needed someone to clean it for me! It was 6:30pm and thanks to yelp I was able to find a cleaners next to me that had a lot of good reviews! Walking in I thought to myself "ummm, damn it's messy in here (clothes everywhere) clothes and random things on top of the counters! As soon as I walked in a lady to my right sitting and sewing (on her sewing machine) came by and greeted me! She was the nicest person I've ever actually met at a cleaners and realized now I know why this place got good reviews! She charged me $10 (but I didn't have to pay yet) and said yes I will try my best to get this out, she gave me some advice too and convinced me not to put padding on the dress and gave me an alternative idea! She's awesome! I come back after 2 days and the stain was gone and the wrinkles! It was pretty much ready to wear! I was greeted again by her and had really good conversation and advice from her! She's AMAZING! I only gave a 4 stars because it was kind of messy and was kind of off putting walking in but they know what they're doing and love the lady there! You know who I'm talking about when you walk in! Use this dry cleaners service! It won't disappoint! read more

I have a last minute emergency, my son had prom and decided his suit did not need cleaned. At the very last day on the day of prom I pulled out his suit to realize it needed to be dry cleaned and pressed. I took it to One stop cleaners not only did they press it but they cleaned it and they did it in two and a half hours knowing that it was in a major emergency for me. They were kind helpful and very sweet. I recommend this dry cleaners 100% not just for emergencies but for your everyday needs. There are reasonable with their pricing and go above and beyond for their customers five stars I will return and recommend everybody I know! read more

This place was recommended to me by a firefighter and a police officer in Buena Park. Can't speak highly enough about the friendliness and quality of their service at One Stop. I take all my suits and work uniforms here for dry cleaning and the obvious care for their standard and your clothing is on full display when it comes out perfectly dry-cleaned and on time. The woman at the front desk and her husband are ultra kind, incredibly hard working, and go above and beyond for their customers. -We needed to get a few pieces of clothing clean so I Yelped and this place was on the list. It was very close to where we live so it was convenient and on the way where we were heading next th day we decided to drop off clothes. The shop is small but, you can't miss the huge white sign that says CLEANERS. Upon entering we were greeted and helped right away. The lady/ seamstress (FLOWER) was very nice and funny. We like the shop right away. They looked like they are busy and have a lot of business. Turnover for getting your clothing back is a few days and prices are very reasonable. -There is a lot of parking in the small plaza so parking will not be an issue. I highly recommend them, we have drop off a few clothing items twice already and they always do a great job. read more

Yelp 100 Challenge 2017 40/100 I found this place on yelp (thank you!). The owners, Hoa and her husband, are both very kind people. They work very hard and the dry cleaning is done in house. I brought a huge amount of dry cleaning there and picked up within a week. They managed to get the stains out of one of my cashmere sweaters. Overall, I feel like they did a good job except I do wonder if the chemicals are harsh as some of my sweaters came back a little bit stiff. Hoa also does tailoring. I have three pairs of jeans done and she was able to do them very quickly. They looked fine, do I am not too picky about the hems of my skinny jeans. On the day I came to pick up, a lady came running in for last minute help. Her skirt had split right after she arrived at a venue for a wedding. Hoa helped her out by repairing the skirt while she waited. This was right at closing time and apparently the lady had called desperate for help. It was very cute how happy Hoa was to be able to help her. read more

My husband and I have been coming to this cleaner for a while . We love supporting local businesses. Anyways, his shirts are a little in question because I'm pretty sure a men's dress shirt that is a work shirt should always have a crisp pop collar that's been properly you know sprayed with medium starch and iron properly that stands up unfortunately it's comes back quite frequently with flat collars and I'm just upset about it ! They hardly give themselves a break! 2. When the current owners took over the business, they made sure that everybody is satisfied with the end result and the value for the service provided is outstanding! The family running this business are so friendly even when it gets hectic. The lady in front is such a great conversationalist that sometimes customers are known to leave items behind. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

After some back and forth, she offered to try and clean it but when I brought it in she was worried it might smear. The dry cleaning itself was good. They only do this for dress shirts so if you're dropping off a dress shirt, especially an expensive one, ask them not to write on it and use a tag. I attached a photo but redacted the other person's name for privacy reasons. Bad day. At least I didn't drop off an LV dress shirt, I would've been so sad.

I then asked if there was an itemized list of prices available so I can be sure that I was quoted properly. She stated she did not have one but ensure me it wouldn't be more than $50. I proceeded to ask when the clothes would be ready for pick-up and she estimated 5 days, which I thought was strange because it's usually 2-3 days for me at other places. On the day of pick-up, it was different lady working and sure enough she charged me $70. If she could have honored the initial quote, she would have kept my business.
