Unfortunately, I've had an ongoing issue with the strong chemical smell on my clothes after dry cleaning. The odor is very overwhelming and unpleasant. I brought the clothes back and asked if they could redo them to help remove the smell, but unfortunately it didn't make a difference. I've been coming here for years, but in the past year something has changed. I'm concerned about the type of chemicals being used because the scent is so strong, and I worry that harsh cleaning products could potentially damage my clothes over time. I truly hope they can address this issue, as the staff themselves are lovely.

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing…read more My mom brought in a white coated jacket for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, the coat was covered with long hairs. Since the coat is white, it was very noticeable. It honestly looked like someone had worn it after cleaning. My mother has short hair, so the long hairs clearly did not come from us. When I pointed this out, the owner became defensive and insisted the hairs were not from their shop instead of apologizing or trying to understand the issue. On top of that, they damaged the snap buttons on the coat. The white coating on the buttons had melted/peeled off after their cleaning process. At first, they denied responsibility for the damage as well. Eventually they agreed to re-clean the coat and repair the buttons, so we gave them another chance. After waiting almost TWO MONTHS, we came back only to find out they could not fix the coat after all. The buttons were still damaged, the coat condition was worse, and they refused to provide any refund because of their "policy." What shocked me most was the lack of accountability and customer service. There was no sincere apology, only excuses and denial the entire time. After reading other reviews, I realized other customers also experienced damaged clothing here. At this point, I honestly don't know what customers are supposed to do in situations like this. If anyone has suggestions on how to handle businesses damaging clothing and refusing responsibility, please let me know. I truly regret trusting this place with an expensive white coat. Would not recommend.

**BEWARE** I've been…read morea customer here for about 3 years, which is why this situation is so disappointing. My fiancé brought in my coat (retail value $530) to be dry cleaned in February. When he picked it up, it had been severely damaged. The material is melted and ripped, and the coat is no longer wearable. When I followed up with the business, they offered $200, which does not reflect the cost to replace the item. I located the exact same coat currently available for $319 and asked if they could cover that amount so I could replace it, but they refused. They stated the damage was due to the material and not their responsibility. However, the type of damage (melting and tearing) clearly suggests improper cleaning. If the item was too delicate to clean, that should have been communicated before accepting it. They also claimed a warning was given at drop-off, but my fiancé does not recall being told this. Additionally, when I asked about filing a claim, I was told they do not carry insurance. I understand some time has passed, but as a long-time, loyal customer, I expected a more reasonable resolution. This was handled poorly, and I cannot recommend this business based on this experience!
