HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Woman at the counter exercised physical violence and abusive communication when I came to pick up my clothes and refuse to return. I am not sure if Steve is the owner of the establishment but he has said he threw away all of my clothing and communication was very difficult and ludicrously one way shrugging off so be it. I cannot waive the damages incurred from theft and forget it as they please to argue their possessions or piece of nothing to their own benefits or for illegal gains and refurbishment. As I have invested so much in my collection and lines have to be drawn what isn't rightfully theirs because they are not your money's worth or diligence. My husband had two white polo shirts that had turned yellowish, so I decided to give this place a try. I wish I had taken before pictures because the difference is amazing! I dropped off both shirts and picked them up a week later. The yellow stains were completely gone, and the shirts looked so much better. They were expensive shirts, so I was really happy they came out this clean. The lady who works there was also very kind. It was only $13.50 for both shirts, which I thought was a really good price. This place is not in a very noticeable spot, so it kind of feels like a little hidden gem that only locals know about. I'm really glad I found it!

I had my doubts it could be fixed, but I left the pants with them. When I went back they had pulled some of the threads to the inside but you could still see all the damage. It was not acceptable. She refused to compensate me properly for the damaged pants. Instead she made excuses and finally only offered me a little over the cost of dry cleaning the pants. Then when she gave me the money, she claimed not to have the exact amount and asked for change back from me which I didn't have on me. When I brought the issue to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation. A professional business should stand behind its work and treat customers fairly. Instead, they denied responsibility and showed no concern for the damage they caused. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of their service and their lack of accountability.
