I was looking for a dry cleaner for my suits. There are plenty of options out there, but I decided to give this place a shot. I've now been here three times for jean hemming and suit dry cleaning. Safe to say, I trust them with my clothes. The owner is extremely friendly and genuinely nice. read more

Amazing service and quality! I got 5 items dry cleaned and she did an amazing job. Really personable and friendly, amazing value and quality. read more

Great spot. Owner was super helpful and intuitive with measuring out our lengths for a hem on a couple pairs of pants. She was super communicative and friendly, all the clothing was ready within a few days, extremely reasonably priced. She also let us know that she'd be out on vacation and told us when they'd reopen. Quality was great, will continue to bring dry clean and alterations here. read more

Went in for 3 jeans and a long dress to get tailored. She was very kind and quick. They were ready in 2 days!

Did a great job on my jersey, was inexpensive and ready in a reasonable amount of time

This place has great service and great prices. I've tried a few cleaners , but this one has become my go to for all my clothes.

Absolute horror. not only ruined my pants but she added stains to my fur coat, fiancés shirt & got zero stains out. I was truly better off washing my clothes at home ( they wouldn't have came back with stretches and stains ). I only recommend regular and easy cleaning from this establishment - do not hem or expect tough stains to be removed. read more

January 6, 2024. Happy new year everyone.!!! Took a winter coat to be dry cleaned I bought from Macy's. Excellent customer service. My jacket looks clean crisp and very nice. Definitely recommend this location. And Whittier off of Mills Avenue Great customer service fairly quick turnaround time but I was in no hurry. Definitely call ahead of time to confirm the hours but I'm pretty sure that she's 9 to 4 on Saturdays close Sunday 830 or 9 AM to five 530 Monday through Friday. I highly recommend this strike cleaner they do excellent work. read more

Sent a bunch of closet special pieces to get cleaned only to get 3 pieces back with a much larger color dye stain on them, which is extremely frustrating. But the worst part is she didn't even let me know when i picked it up, I found out on my own two weeks later when i started trying on things for parties. Literally around 600 dollars worth of investment pieces ruined and lack of honesty is even more frustrating.I returned to ask for help and she said maybe she can fix it but not sure and no refund was offered and extremely indifferent about the issue. read more

Pants shortened several pairs. Prompt service as well as quality work. Reasonable pricing and great customer service.

She's the go to when we need sewing alterations & dry cleaning. She'll work with you should you need the item/s quickly.

Came in for a sweater needing a new zipper but I got accommodated and saved myself money. The Quality of the sow was neat and clean. The service was good but since the zipper broke it made it awkward to even add a pull tab to the zipper but it worked out towards the end! read more

Cindy is Awesome! Worth the price for her quality work. Brought in a Gi we needed a patch on and as you can tell in the pictures it is on there like a sticker. No space in between the patch and gi so that will prevent it from coming off easily. Tight stitching with a great border. Top quality work I had not seen since my grandma's handiwork on our torn jeans. Thanks so much Cindy. We will be back. read more

I've been coming here for about 2 years now they do an amazing job definitely recommend ...

This place has a high reviewer rating because for as simple as the service is, what's important is the person who does it. When I walked into this tiny cleaner & alteration business I could tell right away the place was a mom & pop shop. The owner was busy sweeping the floor in an area she removed a rug because she had to vacuum it. She greeted me the only way someone with a large personality does to a new customer: "Hey! You've been here before, haven't you?" I replied back, "No, I've never been here before." "Are you sure? You look very familiar. You're Korean aren't you. I've seen you before!" she chuckled. "No, I'm brand new. I found you on Yelp." After that interesting welcome another customer came in and she asked if I could wait for a moment whilst she helped retrieve his stuff. I said yes and I let my eyes peruse the space. The building wasn't large. The standard mechanized rack of clothes made an L shape ascension against the wall closest to the entrance and the back of the space. It wasn't as jam packed as more established cleaners meaning her business probably wasn't doing as great as she'd like. A sewing machine could be seen against the wall furthest away from the entrance along with a microwave and paper plates telling me she spends her entire days here, including lunch and dinner. Her tiny dog, who looked like an old shih tzu, was wearing a sweater and standing on the counter, alert to my presence almost protecting her owner. He didn't do anything but it warmed my heart to know she had someone to keep her company throughout the day. The whole scene reminded me of the old Korean women I used to frequent when I was kid who worked in fabrics all their lives. I always had a soft spot for them because though success would never be given to them financially I appreciated the hustle and pride in their work. Even as I saw her interaction with the other customer he was asking her if he could separate his clothes into two different piles because one was sports and the other casual. She rushed to separate them for him as she gave him the freshly cleaned items. She's a hard worker. When she was finished she came to me was laser sharp focus. I came in to get five pairs of pants altered. I told her the relative length of fabric I would like removed from all of them, but she questioned my judgment. "Are you sure you want 3 inches removed from all of them?" she inquired. "Yeah, they should all be the same," I replied semi-confident. "No, no, no. Try them on. Put them on and let's see," she stated more than asked. As I put the first pair of pants on she was correct. I was way off on the measurement. I needed closer to five inches off. From there she told me to try each one and quickly pinned the right amount of fabric to remove from each. I told her I needed these pants hemmed rather quickly and if she could finish it by tomorrow afternoon. She thought for a moment and said, "Yes." So I paid for the alterations (it came out to be $45 total which is $9/pant), silently nodded good-bye to the dog, and told her I'd see her the next day. When tomorrow came she finished an hour earlier than she quoted me. When I arrived she had all the pants ready to go and the dog was wearing a different sweater. She was pleasant, asked me to come back if I needed anything else, and I was out the door within five minutes. I've worn each of the pants she altered and they are all perfectly hemmed, both in length and quality. This business is one of those finds you go in blind and leave loving it. Yelp, thanks for lending me your wisdom and leading me here. My fellow Yelpers, I leave this review in hopes you find this helpful to you too. Support her if you can and I hope your experience is just as wonderful as mine. read more

I couldn't be happier, I had them custom tailor some suits. And unfortunately I didn't listen when she recommended I have my dress shirt on prior to marking and shortening the sleeves on my jacket. Of course when it was all said and done the sleeves were too short so I returned to have her fix what was my mistake. She fixed it perfectly and didn't charge me even though she had to work twice on the same garment. I'm sold! Thank you, I'll be back. read more

Repeat customer. You can't go wrong here from alterations to cleaning, Cindy is the best. I highly recommend.

I probably come here at least once a month to get a dress altered. Cindy has always done a great job on my casual dresses, formal dresses, and bridesmaids dresses. She's reasonable price and is always honest as to what you can do to your garments. She'll even explain how the material, shape or stitching will be affected so you can make a decision. I recommend this place for alterations to everyone. My dad comes here for dry clean, he's actually the one whom recommended this place to me originally so I'll assume that service is great too read more

I love this place!! I'm always greeted right away, and she's always so nice! I've now had 4 pants fixed. One was a thread problem and then 3 zippers. She always apologizes if I have to come back and pick them up but I never mind. I dropped off 2 pants yesterday to have zippers replaced. She charged me and said to pick them up early next week. She called me today, next day saying they were done and gave me a credit back because she was able to fix them. I appreciate her honesty. Honesty will always win my business. Oh, and when I picked them up I brought another pair of pants that she fixed on the spot. Super friendly I will always come back here!! read more
