For some reason my garments smelled like someone wore them to the gym and then sprayed them with cumin powder for good measure. Could not believe how bad these garments smelled. They "re-washed" them, but the stink remained. I was about to toss them, but thankfully I took them to another spot out on First and Leffingwell, and they were able to clean out the odor. First and last time I'll ever come here. My husband had some work uniforms cleaned here. When he came home with them he unpacked them from the plastic and had some awful odor. Obviously they were "cleaned" with someone else's filthy smelling clothes. We tried to fabreeze them and air them out but nothing is helping. It's almost like a tobacco and sweat odor. So bad. I come here alot, or at least I used to. But after today I think im taking my clothing elsewhere. Their results can be spotty at times, literally speaking as my jerseys hav spots after getting dry cleaned. Some days their crisp with no spots. But today i came back home and my uniform was covered in hair. It may be hard to see from the blind eye but as i got home and examined it closely as i usually do there was hair all over the jersey and im now having to pluck each one out. Have been coming here for years (Yelp check in fail!) and have always been greeted by smiles and friendly conversation. While explaining the origins and causes of some stains can be embarrassing, the helpful and understanding owners never judge. Well, maybe they do after you're gone, but they've always remained professional and have done their best to erase those stains off of my clothes. Service is typically prompt and they even give you a handy dandy reusable laundry bag for your return visits. The location is also great and the drive through lanes are also a bonus. My only gripe is that it can be pricey. Then again, what isn't? Be sure to take advantage of the advertised specials by the drive through area and save yourself some cash. read more

Some people are high maintenance. They take forever to get ready, drive fancy cars that they insist on washing weekly and wear clothes that require someone besides their moms to clean. I don't understand these types of people. I wake up for work and am ready in 20 minutes, my civic gets washed only in the most extreme circumstances and most of my clothes are very washer/dryer friendly. High maintenance I am not. So when I do cross over to the girl world where clothing is fancy and in need of professional coaxing, I make it count. Blu-White has some great features, most notably that you can drive up to the window to drop off your clothes quickly and *gasp* with very little maintenance. The owners are wonderfully friendly and get your work done in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. I used to frequent another very good local dry cleaner, but Blu-White won me over. I guess I like my cleaner like I like my life....very low maintenance. read more

The service assistant did not want to refund my order and refused to fix his error. Very disappointed considering Ive been here before but definitely the last time. I do not recommend coming here. Work at a hospital down the street and brought my white coats here once. They told me that they would need until tomorrow morning to get them done, which I totally understand. When I can the following morning to pick up my coats, the manager informed me that they had an issue with a presser and so weren't able to keep up their scheduled time.
