It was the day before the big event and I had just got my suit from my tailor. I needed cleaned and pressed for the next day. Dropped it off early afternoon and was told it would be ready the next day by 1pm. I asked if it can be done any sooner and offered to pay extra but I was told it was not necessary and that my suit would be ready at 11am. Sure enough it was ready at 11 am sharp. Idk what to say. I took my clothes on a Saturday and they promised it would be ready by Monday. I called at 8:00 AM Monday and they said it would be ready by 11/12 the latest. I was unable to pick them up at the time so my brother went to pick it up for me at 4 PM. The do not have it ready and said it won't be ready for another hour! I called and all I hear is there's nothing and it not ready. I have something extremely important for the next day and I am upset over this whole ordeal. And I cannot even comment on the quality of their work because I don't have my clothes. I do not recommend this place if you actually need need you clothes back to you in a timely manner. read more

I needed a dresses dry cleaned ASAP because I was going to need to travel on business on short notice and they got everything done for me extremely quickly, did a fantastic job, and impressed the heck out of me when I found out what would cost. I highly recommend them!! Have always been super satisfied with this business and their customer service. We take all of our dress shirts, suits, and other delicates to be laundered or dry cleaned. Have a great pair of jeans that I love. Unfortunately the zipper broke off. I thought my days of wearing my favorite jeans was done . Thankfully I never threw these jeans away. I brought my sons closed to be dry cleaned here. They did an amazing job. Where my issue lies is I had a last minute item that needed to be pressed. Being that I just picked up my sons clothes that same afternoon I thought I'd go back and see if they could help me. There was a language barrier- I could understand what the gentleman was saying, I unfortunately was not able respond to him. After he said no he couldn't help me I was TRYING to ask him if I used a handkerchief to iron the vest would that be ok? Some lady behind a enclosed partition yelled out, you already told her no, tell her no, which he reiterated. I was literally baffled at her rudeness and unprofessionalism. I'll definitely try again, but needing last minute assistance, this is not the place I'd go to. read more

Swiss Cleaners has been taking care of my husbands and my clothes for over a year now. I love their service and how friendly their staff is, they always make me feel welcomed. 6/26/2017 I walked into Swiss Cleaners on 15043 Mulberry Whittier, CA.  To drop of my dry cleaning needs. In where the Swiss Cleaners, Guranteed great service and they knew exactly how to wash this certain garment. I detailed, how important it was and the special event I was attending with my child. I come to pick it up, and needles to say they managed to ruin it. And to add Insult they accused me of ruining it prior, Let me remind you I wore it once to mass. I'm not 2 year old girl who drags herself all over the floor, or used a iron to burn the sheen off the dress. My dress is completly ruined, they burned it, caused it to have non shiny parts to the dress and made permanent  harsh creases all over the dress. The owner im assuming said he could get rid of harsh burn creases by ironing it for 30 min. (If it didnt come off obviously its burnt).I demanded they pay for the same dress since I have the receipt, They said my dress was not valued enough for the full price and accused me of trying to take advantage, (really)? That is the worst customer service. I wasn't able to be a part of my child's ceremony I was give a 60.00 check to mend my  day. The label on my dress clearly states Do Not Iron, hang to dry....This is the worst cleaners in Whittier, no regards for people precious  belongings, they are more concerned with taking your money, then to care for your garments. I misses out on a very important date, because they choose to be lazy and assume all material is the same, and avoid reading the label.! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SHOP, THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHES, CLOTHES THAT MEAN SOMETHING TO YOU AND MEANS SHIT TO THEM. And if you choose to go here I don't know why. INSPECT YOUR CLOTHES. THEY WILL ARGUE WITH YOU AND TRY TO BLAME YOU. P.S. I bought the same dress again. Since I only got to wear it one time. And I really love and appreciate my belongings. So next time Swiss Cleaners look at labels read the labels and follow Directions. read more
