I took 3 bomber jackets that all cost around $140.00 each. The first bomber jacket had white stuff on several places. They rewashed it and charged me for the first wash. Second wash was free. This jacket was corrected and looked new. The other 2 bomber jackets, i asked them to NOT wash these but of course they told me, "To late. Already washed." Really? Not even 24 hours when i dropped them off they washed them? Whatever! I picked them up and once more noticed a white, thick line on the front and back of both. Ugh! They of course charged me for both but then they will rewash for free. I don't understand how this place has lines out the door. I guess if you are washing simple things like pants and t shirts they can't mess these items up? Do NOT give them costly, rare, one of a kind items. They will mess them up and you will pay for the first mess up but the second wash is free. I will NOT trust them again with my expensive items again. read more

I very rarely would do a review like this but felt it was 100% needed.... We took in an $850 Cathedral Style Wedding Veil to be cleaned before the big day. It was the most stressful and saddening thing to see when we noticed it was torn straight down the middle while we took it in to be cleaned and NOTHING was mentioned at all. If they were too busy and didn't have the time to provide quality service, I wish they would not have agreed to the job. I would have much rather taken it to another location than damaging the veil and having to personally sew it back together as it was too late to come up with an alternative solution. read more

I've been using this cleaners since I moved to Placentia 25 years ago We've had issues from time to time with missing cloths that basically we were told we did not bring pretty much just let that go but Today I picked up 11 round linen table cloths that I brought in to the pressed ONLY $100 ! Unfortunately I had my husband drop them off so I did not realize that was the charge when I questioned the shop they told me that was the discounted rate Really? My friend used this cleaner several years ago fOr alterations and I needed some simple alterations done. I left a beautiful dress with them that my daughter bought me in Hawaii but it needed hemming and to be brought in from the waist down. What a mess that is all I can say. The back was lower than the front. There were places sticking out on either side. I have been a seamstress myself so I was disappointed and shocked. My husband told me to go to another place and just forget what I had already paid them and I'm so glad that I did. The new Tailor that I am using looked at it and she just shook her head and told me everything that needed to be done on her own /I didn't even have to prompt her. read more

The dresses continued to drag all over the floor. Called to dispute and was told I was wrong and they were hemmed. I was born at night, but not last night. The dresses were not hemmed. I Told them I was going to dispute the charges and was told to go ahead. I have been going here for over 20 years with no issues. The one time they mess up they deny everything and accuse me of lying. I am done with ONE STOP. Such a sad sad way to end a relationship. read more

One Stop Cleaner is on the northwest corner of Bastanchury and Placentia in a tiny strip mall. # The store is run by a soft-spoken Vietnamese family. They get the job done so no real complaints, but there are better dry cleaners out there hence my average rating. # This place is like any typical dry cleaner. You hand over the clothes and you clean them. My main issue with them is that my white shirts came back with a strong chemical smell, tipping me off that they're still using the typical dry cleaning solvent, perchloroethlylene or an equivalent. I'm very certain that it's this or a similar solvent because I haven't smelled that smell in so many years. California has ordered all dry cleaners in the state to phase out all perc by the year 2023 and I'm sure One Stop hasn't done so yet. # $1.75 to put each shirt in laundry and $6.50 to dry clean a 2-piece suit ($3.25 each piece) # This was one of the dry cleaners I "shopped" at when I was looking for a good dry cleaner around my new office. I tried out Seminary, Paradise, and One Stop and settled with Seminary because they're along my route to work, use greener chemicals, and cost about the same as One Stop. read more

Before One Stop Cleaner, I had a closet with many sadly-hung jackets, coats and dresses that yearned to see the light of day. Since dry cleaning is usually so expensive, I just stop wearing some of my clothes once they got dirty and told myself I'd dry clean them one day. The day came when I needed to clean off the massive ketchup stains on my dress and trench coat, courtesy of Pink's hotdog stand. They came back completely spotless and only cost $2.50 for the dress and $4.00 for the jacket. I also brought a party dress with a dinner stain from a year ago. They were able to get it out and that was only $4. Their service usually takes 3-4 days so it's a great deal if you're not in a rush. If you plan on wearing your clothes again after getting them cleaned, don't come here. I picked up several items I had brought in to find my sweater (which was in perfect condition prior to their services) completely ruined and covered in holes. When I returned a few minutes later and brought it to her attention, the woman who worked there proceeded to tell me multiple times that my sweater already had holes in it and that I just hadn't seen them. There was no attempt to make things right and after about 5 minutes of her arguing with me I asked if I could at least get a refund for the cleaning of the sweater. She reluctantly handed me $3 from an envelope of cash even though I paid $4.50 for the cleaning and I paid with a card. I will never come here again. read more

Cheap prices and great service, what more can you ask for from a dry cleaner Due to working two jobs, I had to get my work clothes cleaned in hurry to get rid of any food smells from the kitchen and be ready to wear it for my wedding job the next day. Because of this, I needed to find a dry cleaner with a great price and next day service. After searching far and wide with many locations being over priced and some not offering next day pick up, I found One Stop Cleaners on my way home from school. Since I've been coming here for almost a 6 months now, they have always been on top of things. They'll take out stains and have it ready whenever you request. I'm usually charged 1.50 for each shirt I bring in and even though I ask if I can pick up the shirt in less than 24hrs, they never said no. I've been to a lot of cleanres. Heck, i;ve been taken to the cleaners before. So, I know a good cleaner when i see one. Upon the great reviews I saw on yelp, i drove to One Stop Cleaner and was a bit hesitant about dropping off my precious work clothes. On the exterior, the shop looked super ghetto and old. When I walked inside, the place was packed to the ceiling with clothes and i was losing more and more confidence in this place. However, I was already here and the prices were right, so I took the plunge. Couple days later, got my items back and they were great. I guess I am a bit OCD and need to let go!! It is so nice to find a dry cleaner with good customer service! I am always greeted warmly when I go in and they do a nice job here. Prices are good too. The one thing is that they won't always fold sweaters over the hanger on their own instead of hanging them (hanging sweaters is a no-no!), but if you ASK them to, they will follow through and do it. And they won't act all mad about it either. One thing to note - the address listed for them is correct, but Google map showing their location is totally wrong. I used to LOVE this place.. but they so dropped the ball a couple of times... now i don't come here. I would ALWAYS launder my husband's dress shirts here, but in September something was not normal. ALL of my husband's shirts smelled a little mildewy.. you couldn't smell it right away... it was when the shirt would get warmed up by his body temp... was trying to tell the lady that.. and she asked if I took it to another dry cleaners?! or if my husband had body order.... I was like.. you could smell it the first 10 minutes after he wears it.. or if you damp it a little with clean water.. so they re-did it for me.. but it's just not as "fresh".. another incident... Had a sweater with 2 holes that i needed them to fix... when i went to go pick it up.. they didn't fix it... they just dry cleaned it.. so I thought.. mistakes can happen... they said they will fix it.. when I went to go pick it up, they only fixed one of the holes (the 2nd hole was 1/2 inch to the right of the 1st hole). when i pointed it out, they were annoyed and said if i told them that there were 2 holes? I said of course especially bc they were right next to each other. anyhow... my husband's dress shirts incident and my sweater fiasco all happened at the same time... so i'm over it.. really sad bc I really did love their price... but I guess you get what you pay for. :o/ read more

I go to take my comforter there on Friday to just get it washed and they tell me I can pick it up on Wednesday. I said heck no, it shouldn't take 5 days just to wash 1 thing...its not getting pressed or tailored, just washed. So I come to pick it up Tuesday and they charged me $20! For 1 item. Suits are $7 And that's with a press. What a ripoff, so I pay the $20 and when I get home I discover ink stains that weren't there before on my $140 comforter. Also when I picked up my comforter, I noticed piles of people's clothes on the dirty ground. Wtf. Trash. read more

Fast and easy location. Very good customer service. Across from post office and different market places. Get several clothes pressed here for work or work presentations. Open 7-7 so you can go before or after a 9-5 job. For me it's open before my swing shift at a nearby hospital. I recommend going on weekdays. They are closed on holidays so don't forget to do your errands such as pickup and drop off dry cleaning around the holidays. As far as dry cleaning goes, they do a decent job. But for heming your pants, you should go elsewhere. Part of heming is to use light stitching to hide the stitches, but they did a poor job on it and shows stitching on my dress pants. fool me once shame on you. read more
