This was my first time using Star Cleaners and they impressed me so much that I will use them for now on as my cleaners. I had a last minute need of a pressed suit and they were able to return the suit to me next day. They are friendly and have a great attitude towards customers. read more

I love these guys for dry cleaning and alterations to my pants, I'm short so I always need my hems shortened. They take the time to have you put the pants on and pin the hem to where you want it. Their prices are good, always have quick turnaround times and they're super friendly. read more

They ruined a dress I had dry cleaned and then blamed Banana Republic for using cheap material. They didn't offer to reimburse for the dress. Poor customer service. I won't be returning. read more

I've been coming here over 10yrs now. I tried 4/5 different alterations places before I found this one. Other places made my dresses uneven on the bottom. At star cleaners I've always been very satisfied with the quality for the cost. They are perfectionists, and listen to my wants and concerns for each garment. I have now brought my daughter to have two of her dresses helmed and altered here. The pink dress was just a hem, came out perfect. The green dress originally had off the sleeve shoulder straps and the fabric that draped down in front. We had it altered to pull the off the sleeves tight as well and the draping part in front. So it is all fitted on top. We asked to turn the hem into an accessory scarf, and they adjusted the length as desired. My daughter is extreamly happy with the results. And a fun unexpected accessory scarf from her dress to match perfectly! I trust the quality of their alterations so much I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend you try this place! read more

Very nice people. My clothes looked great. I have used this business many times over the years.

We moved to OC from L.A. and needed to find a new cleaners. The service is great and pricing is reasonable. I have had dresses, cardigans, dress shirts and pants dry cleaned and even a few repairs on clothing items. I had a comforter cleaned as well. Our household is happy with the services as Star Cleaners has delivered. read more

I recently bought a trench coat at a thrift store and it needed to be dry cleaned. There are many dry cleaners within a 5-10 mile radius of my home and work, however, all with horrible ratings. I did NOT want to risk getting my coat damaged or lost (by the way, how can you lose someone's piece of clothing...?). This cleaners is the first business I found with 5 stars! I took my coat in on Tuesday (10 min before closing) and the staff stated it will be ready on Thursday, yes you read that correctly, THURSDAY! I was shocked and it only cost me less than $10 for my coat to be cleaned. I also inquired about Jean hemming and it's $7. I highly recommend coming here. read more

I am always last minute at planning things and about 4 days before my daughters quinceañera photoshoot, I called many dry cleaners to see if they were available to steam her beautiful large dress. Many said no, or they don't have an in house steamer and sends to another facility so my timeline was not tangible. I called Star Cleaners and without hesitation Sergio advised that he was able to get me the dress steam and pressed within 72 hours -- i immediately took the dress over and they said it wouldn't be an issue. My biggest concern is that the dress could be ponte toalla damaged or stained while in someone else's possession but I had to put my trust in their hands! The dress was dropped of on a Tuesday afternoon and within 24 hours Sergio called me and said the dress was ready! Not only was the timing perfect, the dress was beautiful and ready to go for photo shoot time. About a week later, I brought my husbands dress pants, sons suit and my dress for steaming as well and they came back beautifully pressed and most importantly QUICKLY! I will not ever use another dry clean service and Sergio and his team deserve all the credit. Thank you! read more

Quality and value can best be discerned over time. And over time, I have discerned both in abundance at Star. The lovely couple who owns the business are dedicated, knowledgeable, and sincere in their wish to know you and your clothes. And like all good professionals, they want you to know about their process so you can appreciate the quality, or just enjoy their passion with them. I am staying here as long as they are the owners. We were Nortons customers. Wow was that expensive. read more

I rarely use dry cleaning but this was close to my home and had good reviews. Brought over dry cleaning that urgently needed to be done for an event. Greeted by the Owner/Manager and he guaranteed I would get my garments back within 2 days. 2 days later, no hassle and they got the job done quickly and efficiently! I have a limited experience with dry cleaners, but the customer service here far exceeded anything else Ive experienced. I forgot her name, but the lady at the front was very friendly and made suggestions as to the different types of cleaning services they offered. I needed a dress shirt and slacks dry cleaned and that is what we ended up going with. She makes you feel very comfortable with your choice. Shes very helpful! She even remembered me, even though my fiance picked up the items. He tried to play a joke on her, but she remembered me. I thought that was pretty impressive. For 6 bucks, I was able to get these 2 items in 2 days. I will definitely be coming here for all my dry cleaning needs!!! read more

What!? This morning I was researching dry cleaning locations and found Star Cleaners with good Yelp reviews. But I was concerned because of one review that had a high cost for cleaning. So I called the location to ask a few questions. The first time no one answered, the second time a woman answered without naming location or anything. I asked her how much it would be to clean and I was told everything has a different price and then she hung up in mid conversation without even checking I understood or had any further questions. Not what I would classify as great guest service. -Johnny read more

They provide the Best Dry Cleaning and Service I have ever used. Aside from my first visit when they asked for my name, they have never asked my name again. I have visited them at least twice a week for the past three months. They have never disappointed me in their quality of dry cleaning nor have they misplaced or damaged any of my clothes. This is their family business and they have been in this business for several years. Their rates are very, very good, and they are never late. They gladly accept all orders. I am very pleased with Star Cleaners. I don't have too many clothes that need to be dry cleaned but when I do, I always bring them to Star Cleaners. The couple who owns this establishment are very friendly and very helpful. Excellent customer service! The items that I tend to bring to get dry cleaned are my work tops. They are generally of the same fabric and when I have been laundering them at home, I have noticed small greasy spots when they come out of the wash. Star cleaners has consistently been able to get out these grease spots from my tops and the husband has even told me a couple of things to check for to figure out where these grease spots are coming from. While I still haven't been able to determine the origin of the grease, I am pleased with the cleaners' helpfulness and happy to continue to bring my tops to them. Prices are also reasonable! read more
