This would not be an issue if they properly serviced their DRYERS. Those don't seem like egregious errors, but when a work uniform is involved in the cleaning process, you can't easily afford losing yours to another customer. I drove back to FAC, explained the errors to the cashier staff and asked for one to print a replacement return slip -- one that includes my own name and my requested pickup date. The FAC staffers were clearly friendly with me and apologetic about the mistakes, but I'm concerned that they may not realize that lost clothing is a deal breaker for customers 99 percent of the time.
