I honestly did not want to leave a review but after giving it some thought after a few days. I'm just overall disappointed on how they mishandled my shirt. I came in to drop off a dress shirt for cleaning, upon drop off the shirt has a bunch of brown stains , which I have asked let's try to clean and get the stains removed. But upon receiving my shirt the owner was being questionable asking me how did I get brown stains on my shirt and that my shirt was very fragile and the material was very delicate. They couldn't clean the stains which is just fine but they return my shirt with two giant holes just torn. Upon asking how my shirt got to that condition the owner said she does not know and proceeded to ripe the whole even bigger. I ended up just keeping my mouth shut and she said due to the incident she didn't charge my dry cleaning bill of $26 but I still had some uneasiness about my whole shirt being wreaked. Upon bringing it up to my other dry cleaner they said the shirt was mishandled and must of snagged into the machinery they were using to clean my shirt. I'm just at a loss to argue with the store. But I urge anyone considering bringing their nice clothes to clean at this establishment just to stay away unless you want to risk your clothes being mangled. read more

After only one cleaning they managed to melt all the buttons on the front of my Burberry shirt and when I took the shirt to the tailor he said they also burnt the fabric from using too hot of an iron. Best service ever!! They had my gown ready on the day promised, it was intact and perfect. I realized my husbands shirt had yellow stains mainly because it had been in the closet for around 3 years, not only they managed to have it ready on the same day as my gown but they removed all stains!!! The shirt even looked whiter and almost as new. The lady there was always courteous and friendly, she helped me bringing all items to my car and did more than expected. My gown has a very delicate material with layers of fabric and a corset, it was impecable when picking up. I got pen all over my son's white ambulance shirts (was in one of his pockets). I freaked out and called another place and they said they couldn't guarantee they could do it. Called H&H and they were confident and said bring them in. They got all the marks out of all the shirts and they looked AMAZING. They saved the day for sure. Today I was in a bind and needed to press a newly bought dress shirt in a pinch. The lovely owner was absolutely accommodating and said "No problem, come back in 10 minutes." In no more than 5 minutes, she beckoned me back and said, "Here you go and good luck!" She refused my offer to pay and would not budge! I think she sensed how distressed I was and offered such a kind gesture that I will definitely be back to add to her business. I was stunned that every time I dropped off or picked up clothes I was charged for cleaning. So I paid twice for each cleaning. When I asked why I was given a dirty look and told you have to pay. ?? When I mentioned I had paid when dropping off my items she just stated "No." This was a puzzle to try to determine the cause of paying twice. I was using a competitor that was a little cheaper, but I felt like my clothes were not really getting cleaned and some of my cuffs were wearing out in their process. So I took a few shirts to H&H to try them out, and it is 100% worth the extra money! The owner always greets me with a smile, remembers my name (so they are not constantly asking what my telephone number is), and my clothes are cleaner. The white shirts are actually whiter. There was a stain on a shirt that the other cleaners said tough luck to. H&H got it out without me asking, and pointed it out when I came to pick up the shirts. She has a stellar memory and greeted me by name after only my first visit. She seems to greet everyone by name. It's just a small touch but nice to see/hear. This place has excellent service and work ethic which is why I am giving them at least a two star review, however they disrespected my mother which has turned her away from using this place ever again even though they are the closest dry cleaner in our area. My mother entered the establishment first along with a male who followed in after her, the Korean lady who works the counter called her brother from the back to assist my mother so that she could service the man who entered instead. The disrespectful moment came from when the lady, who knows my mother is Korean as well as her first and last name from numerous visits from years of service, told her brother in Korean to "Assist that THING" while she worked on the man's order. She did not say "Assist that PERSON or HUMAN BEING", she CLEARLY called my mother a THING which is a disgraceful insult to Korean language speakers and is a highly volatile thing to say. The lady did not apologize or acknowledge my mother after her very specific choice of words, and due to being a non-confrontational person, my mother chose to never return to this establishment due to the unnecessary insult she was subject to for no reason. Please be respectful to your patrons and do not disrespect them in your native tongue, no matter how good your service is. We think very lowly of this business now and hope that other faithful patrons will not be subject to unneeded insults and under-the-breath remarks that my mother has been subject to. read more

I went to this dry cleaner for the first time last week. All those other yelpers are totally right--the lady who runs the place is one of the nicest people I have met! When I came back to pick up my stuff, she knew my name--and I had only been there once!! My clothes came out great too. She even got a stain out a skirt that had been there for a long time (I really don't dry clean as much as I should. lol). Oh, and she offered to help me carry my clothes to my car. I am definitely coming back here anytime I need to dry clean. I will never again avoid a cute dress because of a "dry clean only" label! read more

H&H is across the street from my work, so it's really convenient for me to drop off clothes before or after work or during lunch. The lady here is soooo nice! There was one occasion where my boyfriend failed to bring his dry cleaning in and we were leaving for Vegas the next morning. I dropped the clothes off in the morning and asked if one would be ready after work, she said no problem. When I went back after work at 4, ALL the garments were cleaned, pressed and ready to go, AND she didn't charge me extra! Amazing, amazing, amazing service. After learning that my clothes were not really getting cleaned from Kona Cleaners on Imperial, I was in search for another dry cleaners. I regret not going to H & H sooner. The owner immediately knew that I was a new customer and remembered my name after seeing me two times. I had a skirt that had coffee on it that I took to Kona twice only to have it come back looking the same each time. (In their defense, I informed them of the coffee stains the second time I took it in, but it didn't make a difference) When I showed the skirt to H & H, they said they would do their best to get the stains out and they did! I would give zero stars if it were possible. The frontwoman blamed me because I complained that the work they had done did not satisfy me. I went there my first time to clean a jacket which had some stains. When I got there to get it back, they "had forgotten" to clean some of the stains on the front part of the jacket.(unbelivable!!! Do they check their work??? Facts say no). They had to keep the jacket to complete the cleaning. Since I thought it was just a mistake (everyone does it), today I returned to clean a different jacket. The first thing they told me was not to expect to get it clean. (What?!?
