Platinum Cleaners in Fullerton is a wonderful, family owned business. They are knowledgeable and really go the extra mile to assist their customers. I teach high school and I recently brought in my graduation regalia for cleaning after having a bad experience at a different corporate dry cleaners. Platinum did a fantastic job pressing the several wrinkles from my gown and hood, making it look new again. And the best part is their pricing was very reasonable for the number of pieces I had cleaned. Thank you and I'll definitely be returning! read more

1,000% recommend this cleaners! I needed to have my ao dai steamed last minute and they came through for me and got it done just in time. The material is very delicate and wrinkles easily. & they did an amazing job. They're very professional & know how to work with all kinds of fabrics. read more

Platinum Cleaners - They took all the wrinkles out of my ao dai - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Fullerton, California

I really wanted to like this place and to support small local business. In my experience I've never had pants hemmed where one leg was shorter than the other, and aside from that have to take them back to correct and wait another week to get them back, along with being questioned if they in fact were the ones who did the work which I found a bit disrespectful as my account would reflect and would be easy to establish. To top this off the cost of the hem at $14 was not the cheapest around but I don't mind spending more for excellence, however in this case it did not hit the mark. Mind you I spent quite a bit for dry cleaning, laundry and tailoring. Anyhow the positive is the guys are nice here, but for me I just have higher expectations, I like my hems straight and properly executed with precision, and most of all pant legs being the same length is a prerequisite. read more

This place ruined my suit jacket and did not take responsibility. Thankfully got a refund after receiving poor, rude customer service. We are looking for a good cleaners and saw the 4 star rating. We have taken garments there about 4 times. The time before last the destroyed my wife's silk blouse. They were defensive and did not take responsibility. I took the items we had there and was sure that was my last time. Guess what? One of my shirts I had laundered came back with stains all down the back. They were not there when I dropped it off. read more

I've been coming to Platinum Cleaners twice a week for the last 12 years. My clothes are always ready on time or early. The price is probably one of the lowest in the area and the alterations are reasonable and done within a timely manner. In all my time coming here, I think there's only been one or 2 stains he hasn't been able to get out. I highly recommend this place. The owner is a funny guy, too. read more

Seriously, the best dry cleaning service, EVER! I took my husbands coat in to get cleaned because of a stain. I took it to three other dry cleaning establishments and they could not remove the stain. Platinum Cleaners were very honest and upfront. They informed me that there could be possible damage done to the coat due to previous mishandling. I cringed. With hesitation I turned the coat over. I forgot my receipt at home. No problem. They were able to locate my item with my number. Awesome! Gotta love advanced technology. Okay, back to the coat. It was spotless! Sweet baby Jesus! Spotless. You better bet I was thrilled that I didn't have to listen to my husband nag anymore. I'm excited to take future clothing and bedding to be laundered/cleaned here. You pay for quality. read more

We use Platinum Cleaners and I can say we're highly satisfied. In my mind a good cleaner would be one that: 1) Doesn't destroy or lose your clothing - in about a year since going there we've never had anything destroyed or lost. 2) Can handle tough stains - wine stains or this and that have been removed time and time again by Platinum Cleaners saving us some big money. 3) Accepts credit cards - check 4) You can pay when you pick up or drop off - check. I highly recommend you check this place out. read more

Out of maybe 6 dry cleaners near me, this place is the cheapest. I've never had any problems with my clothes and the shop owner and his staff are always friendly and nice. They also offer an alteration service. The price is slightly higher than the one shop inside the Brea Lofts but I think the professional work is worth the extra money. I'm very happy with the services at Platinum cleaners. read more

I had been going to this dry cleaner for years I moved a bit far to Anaheim hills and began using another dry cleaner close by but seemed their prices were outrageous. I've been going to this dry cleaners for years and they have always provided the best quality and service. The owner is extremely nice, but more importantly, he's an expert in this stuff and always knows exactly what he's talking about. He's not one of those guys that just want to take your money; he genuinely cares about helping you with what you need. For the most part, I normally bring in jeans to get hemmed. They have a dressing room there so you can try on your jeans or whatever and they can measure for you. I know the owner is honest because there has been an occasion where I wanted a skirt altered to a shorter length (for a cosplay), and he was very honest with me saying that based on the design of the skirt, it was going to be complicated and the cost of altering that skirt would be high, so he suggested finding another skirt that would be shorter. Recently I brought a dress in that had some nasty stains from sour cream, and when I came back to pick it up, the owner said that there were still some spots left and that he wants to try again (no additional charge of course). So I came back again and the stains were completely gone. I'm super happy and impressed, which is why I'm writing this review. I really trust this place, I hope they never go out of business! read more
