So I took a few shirts to H&H to try them out, and it is 100% worth the extra money! The owner always greets me with a smile, remembers my name (so they are not constantly asking what my telephone number is), and my clothes are cleaner. The white shirts are actually whiter. There was a stain on a shirt that the other cleaners said tough luck to. H&H got it out without me asking, and pointed it out when I came to pick up the shirts. If you are looking for a good cleaner, willing to pay a little more to have clean and crisp shirts and excellent customer service from the owner, look no further than H&H!

I honestly did not want to leave a review but after giving it some thought after a few days. I'm…read morejust overall disappointed on how they mishandled my shirt. I came in to drop off a dress shirt for cleaning, upon drop off the shirt has a bunch of brown stains , which I have asked let's try to clean and get the stains removed. But upon receiving my shirt the owner was being questionable asking me how did I get brown stains on my shirt and that my shirt was very fragile and the material was very delicate. They couldn't clean the stains which is just fine but they return my shirt with two giant holes just torn. Upon asking how my shirt got to that condition the owner said she does not know and proceeded to ripe the whole even bigger. I ended up just keeping my mouth shut and she said due to the incident she didn't charge my dry cleaning bill of $26 but I still had some uneasiness about my whole shirt being wreaked. Upon bringing it up to my other dry cleaner they said the shirt was mishandled and must of snagged into the machinery they were using to clean my shirt. I'm just at a loss to argue with the store. But I urge anyone considering bringing their nice clothes to clean at this establishment just to stay away unless you want to risk your clothes being mangled.

When we picked up our order, one of the items was missing. We were told the tag had fallen off, and…read morethe staff wasn't even sure if the item belonged to us until they pulled it from a bin and asked me to verify it. Since there was no press person available, we were told it would be ready the following day. When I called the next day, I was informed that the driver had taken the item to another location and that it would not be ready until after 3 PM, unless I wanted to pick it up at a different location myself. Because we had to leave out of town, my sister-in-law called since she would be picking it up for us. She was then told it would instead be available the following morning at 8 AM. This level of disorganization is not acceptable. The missing item was a pair of suit pants needed for an event. We had planned to pick them up in time to have them hemmed, but due to the repeated mistakes and inconsistent communication, we were unable to do so. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend their services.

I did note their speed, efficiency, and convenience- all things I greatly appreciate.  So I dropped off multiple items and then picked them up a week or so ago. Placentia. Just got into the items today. Shocked. The tie still has the stain. It was clearly processed in some way but there was no attention to the stain at all, or any acknowledgement of it. I dig in further and find a shirt that looks like crap and as if there are sections on it that are melted. Further in and I find a pair of slacks be had cleaned many times in the past by another spot...there's literally a new pattern imprinted down the leg as if it was heated to a point where a weird pattern was imprinted on it. So, while speedy with multiple convenient locations, the quality is sub-standard. Literally afraid to check other more expensive items I sent their way as I'm afraid what I'm going to see. BEWARE!   Also, tried to leave this review in their app but it won't go thru.
