When we picked up our order, one of the items was missing. We were told the tag had fallen off, and the staff wasn't even sure if the item belonged to us until they pulled it from a bin and asked me to verify it. Since there was no press person available, we were told it would be ready the following day. When I called the next day, I was informed that the driver had taken the item to another location and that it would not be ready until after 3 PM, unless I wanted to pick it up at a different location myself. Because we had to leave out of town, my sister-in-law called since she would be picking it up for us. She was then told it would instead be available the following morning at 8 AM. This level of disorganization is not acceptable. The missing item was a pair of suit pants needed for an event. We had planned to pick them up in time to have them hemmed, but due to the repeated mistakes and inconsistent communication, we were unable to do so. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend their services. read more

Honestly, I'm incredibly pissed. I have used dry cleaning services for many years. Tried this place once and seemed to do a fine job- nothing out of the norm. I did note their speed, efficiency, and convenience- all things I greatly appreciate.  So I dropped off multiple items and then picked them up a week or so ago. Placentia. Just got into the items today. Shocked. The tie still has the stain. It was clearly processed in some way but there was no attention to the stain at all, or any acknowledgement of it. I dig in further and find a shirt that looks like crap and as if there are sections on it that are melted. Further in and I find a pair of slacks be had cleaned many times in the past by another spot...there's literally a new pattern imprinted down the leg as if it was heated to a point where a weird pattern was imprinted on it. So, while speedy with multiple convenient locations, the quality is sub-standard. Literally afraid to check other more expensive items I sent their way as I'm afraid what I'm going to see. I dropped off my sweater at 6:30pm on a Thursday. Abhay said it should be ready by 5pm the next day. Received a text before 12p the next day that it was ready. If you drop off an item, make sure you get an estimate in writing. I dropped off a bed comforter and asked the lady at the counter how much it would be to clean. She said $31. When I went to pick it up, a different guy at the counter said the price was $71. Needless to say, I was a bit shocked. I tried to explain that I had been quoted $31 but he was not interested. I suggested we could split the difference since there was clearly a misunderstanding on either their part or mine but they were also not interested. He even called his "manager" who also was not interested in working out anything. Such terrible customer service. In the end, I just walked out and left the comforter on the counter. Worst experience with a cleaner I've had Dropped clothes off on Saturday to have them altered told me they would be ready by 4pm Monday and they only pressed them when they did not need to be pressed They're brand new out of the package had to take them to another cleaners to get them altered Staff did not care that it could cause employment issues due too it being a new job told me they'd send driver straight here at 4 and it's close to end of business day for the other business along with theirs and now I may not even be able to get my clothes fixed I will not be coming back and do not recommend this business to others who are in a time crunch read more

Fast service! I dropped off 14 items to be dry cleaned on Friday. They were all done the next day. I will be using them again.

I brought a black coat for dry cleaning and specifically pointed out some dirt on a sleeve that needed attention. When I went to pick it up I had already paid ($24 btw) before realizing the sleeve was still dirty. They said they'd keep it and redo it. I came back for it a 2nd time... sleeve was still dirty. I said I'll just take it home if they can refund me. They said no and insisted I keep it for 1 more try, and the manager would call me. No one called. I went for a 3rd time, sleeve was still dirty. They refused to refund me and wanted me to wait for the manager who was not returning the employees text. They wanted me to keep the coat there so they can send it out somewhere else. I just wanted to take my coat and leave regardless of whether or not they refund me. Will definitely not return here. And no, they did not refund me. read more

Although, the last two times I've dropped my clothing items off here, I ended up having to pay outrageous amounts. They did not let me know they raised their prices, until I questioned their pricing today and compared it to their old pricing. I just picked up my coat I dropped off last week today, and was charged $28.94 for a single coat. Ridiculous. I called another dry cleaners in the area to see if this was the normal rate now, and that dry cleaners told me they would only charge $9.94. It is a true convenience, being able to live and work near a few Kona Cleaners locations. I mainly frequent the Orange store, but this newest Rose location is closer to my job. With this being a fairly new location, it's pretty quiet here and not as busy as the Orange store. But it is in a center with many other businesses so it seems ideal for foot traffic. So far I have taken my clothes here 3 times. The first 2 times I was helped by the same person, Beverly. I think she's the manager. She was really friendly and processed my order quickly. Each time I picked up, she was there too. This last time around, Julissa assisted me. She was also nice and even told me a little about the new store. How are my clothes? They still come back pressed and cleaned superbly, nothing has changed for me. When I picked up my clothes today, I dropped off some unwrapped toys (here and at the Orange store) for their Toy Drive for CHOC's children - which I believe they do annually. This review is wayyy over due! Came in to get my dress dry cleaned for a wedding. I took it in just 3 days before. I hadn't noticed there was 3 beer stains on it from a previous use. The employee that helped me was super knowledgeable & friendly. She took my dress and said it would be ready the next day. Mind you I dropped it off around 11:am. Sure enough the next day by 5:00pm my dress was ready and looking brand new. The price was very low and affordable. I paid $11.00. Best dry cleaning I've had done in quite some time! I typically go with another local cleaner and have no issues. This day I was in a hurry. I took 3 items in, two of which were dry cleaned and came out fine. So that's a relief at least. The third is the one I have a problem with. When I went in, the kid behind the counter seemed uncomfortable and rushed me. I asked that the shoulder pads in my blazer be reconnected with the thread already provided, and that the jacket be cleaned. He said that's fine and I'm 99% positive he was on the phone with someone in his ear, so I honestly don't even think he was listening. He did give me two safety pins, however, to pin where I needed them reattached to the hem. I attached and made sure everything was good. I left figuring it would be be done incorrectly, simply because he gave so little attention to it. A week later, my boyfriend picks up the 3 items. He tells me that they claimed to have called me because they didn't understand what I wanted. Yeah probably because the kid took no notes and paid no attention. Cool. So I get the jacket back, shoulder pads not reattached, and the jacket not dry cleaned. That makes sense, though, because I received a call and voice message from a number I wasn't familiar with, and the message that was left was so fast and so loud that even after listening 4 times, I had no idea what was going on and assumed it was a wrong number. So I wasted my time with this place when I should have just gone to the other, cheaper, option in town. Please have your staff actually take notes on the items. This could have all been avoided had he not been distracted and actually wrote something down somewhere. read more

I have to say it is the worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had... I dropped off a load of cloths of 6 two weeks ago, and they told me I can pick them up on Monday, I went on Monday and they told me one of the leather jacket is not ready, and it won't be ready until Saturday. I thought no big deal, I will just go pick up all the cloths at once on Saturday when everything is ready. I pick them up on Saturday, when I got home, I notice one of my brand new dress' belt was gone... So I have to wait till the following Monday to go to the cleaner again to show them the dress and receipt to have them locate the belt. I received a call later that day which they told me the belt was located and I can pick it up the next day which the belt will deliver to the shop in the morning. Then I went to the cleaner after work and then they told me the belt will not be there until 5 when all the cloths get delivered... To be honest I was pissed when I realized my belt was gone, and now it's even worse because for this load of cloths I dropped off I have to run to the cleaner at least 5 times to get all my cloths back (if my husband can receive the belt when he goes there again after work...) I am very disappointed since I thought it's a chain store so I should be able to get guaranteed service, but apparently it's much worse than the private owned ones. Very horrible service on deliveries. They don't ring the bell. They rush to hook clothes on doors and door handles preventing being able to open the door. They run off and do not confirm if all clothes are delivered. Very poor service even after raising concerns multiple times. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Came here because it was so conveniently located down the street from me. I had to unexpectedly drop off my roommate's comforter and kindly greeted. I was told comforters, especially the type/size of the one I dropped off, would take a little longer and was given a ticket to pick it up on a Wednesday at 5pm when I had dropped it off Monday at 5pm. No issues there and that's a pretty quick turnaround. When it came time for pick up, I went Wednesday around 3pm and was told that the blanket doesn't show that it'll be ready until Thursday AM but since my ticket says otherwise, just come at 5pm. I come at 5pm, no blanket, and I'm told it'll come at 9am the next day. Apologies were given and I'm slightly annoyed. I show up at noon the next day , and guess what? No blanket. It was mistakenly sent on a truck back to Riverside. Then, they finally told me to just wait until I get a text message. Conclusion: I finally got the blanket one week later, it only took 4 visits. They kindly discounted it however my mindset was I was willing to pay full price to receive it at the time I was originally given. They were kind as they could be about it but I'm not sure I like the system they have going on here. read more
