I did note their speed, efficiency, and convenience- all things I greatly appreciate.  So I dropped off multiple items and then picked them up a week or so ago. Placentia. Just got into the items today. Shocked. The tie still has the stain. It was clearly processed in some way but there was no attention to the stain at all, or any acknowledgement of it. I dig in further and find a shirt that looks like crap and as if there are sections on it that are melted. Further in and I find a pair of slacks be had cleaned many times in the past by another spot...there's literally a new pattern imprinted down the leg as if it was heated to a point where a weird pattern was imprinted on it. So, while speedy with multiple convenient locations, the quality is sub-standard. Literally afraid to check other more expensive items I sent their way as I'm afraid what I'm going to see. Across from Courtesy Cleaners is the excellent Philly's Best which serves a great Philly Cheese Steak which is very good. And beverage options include beer. I usually get ao Mexican Coca Cola which uses real cane sugar instead of the unhealthy HFCS junk.Better stop here, but there are other reasons to shop at Placentia Town Center located at the SW corner of Kraemer Blvd and Yorba Linda Blvd, across from the US Postal Service.

Also found out that the alterations done here are outsourced and not done in house which was also disappointing to see. Only positive I can say is the customer service is pretty alright, may return for some other work but after this experience, I'm not so sure.

I couldn't zip it up and I freaked out thinking I just wasted my money. I went to Babe and worked with Charm to if she could fix my dress. SHE IS A MIRACLE WORKER. She managed to bring out the waist 3 inches and she even worked on the bust to help it fit better. She basically took the whole top apart and put it back together to fit me! Tons of work, but the final price was fair (and cheap!) She was so kind, funny, and caring. I really enjoyed working with her and you can tell that she loves her job! Her pricing was so fair! When she started working on the dress and saw that it needed more work then expected, she called me and discussed the new price (which was still really cheap). Cleaners CAN BE friendly and efficient…read more This place proves it. The guys that work here have bent over backwards to get me my dry cleaning early. Their prices are reasonable, they don't have a minimum for debit/credit purchases, and they're open a bit later than other local cleaners. I have no complaints here - great business!
