Needed to get my jeans hemmed and this was the closest place that offered that service. Very small and clearly family owned place. Prices are fair--you can probably find cheaper but I prefer going somewhere close. To get 3 pairs hemmed cost $33 (I got a 10% bulk discount). They matched the stitching to each individual jeans and finished within a few days. I will definitely come again if I need anything dry cleaned or tailored. read more

It took me a while to post this review because I contemplated whether or not to let what happened go. I rarely have things dry cleaned. That being said, I looked on Yelp for a location that was close with decent reviews. This place happens to be very close to my house. So I brought my curtains in, which are an off white sturdy pair of curtains. The woman at the counter asked for my information and then told me the price. It was a Thursday or a Friday so she told me they would be ready in a few days. My husband picked up the curtains when we were notified they were ready. He took them home and immediately put them up. When the curtains were hung there was an obvious shrinkage. They were now around 4 inches shorter. Not only that, there were stains that were not removed. My husband called and spoke with possibly the owner and nothing was suggested to fix it. I later called to alert them to the problem and the owner went back and forth with me denying that they shrunk-stating that never happens with their method. I'm pretty upset about what happened because they truly are nice curtains. I got them on sale from Pottery Barn for $60. Now I'm stuck with ill fitting curtains that once touched the floor. I will have to replace them. I believed taking these curtains to a professional would give me peace of mind that they would be cleaned correctly. My problem is I brought them to the wrong establishment. Save yourself a problem and definitely go somewhere else. read more

O man! I did not get the sweet lady's name that helped me. I was looking for a new cleaner and decided to come here because the good reviews... I spilled OJ on one of my favorite Anthro throws! Had to make sure it was treated with love! My throw was inspected with care and I was told that they are not sure if they will be able to get the juice out. I loved how thoroughly they were inspecting my item and put full trust in them to give it a try. My throw was ready 2 days before I was told and I can not BELIEVE how they were able to get the bright yellow juice off the white parts of the wooly deadlock like fringe and between all the crazy fabrics and fibers going on overall. Just mind-blowing. I thought the throw was done for. It is even SOFTER now than when I got it. It was actually kind of rough lolol. IMPRESSED AF. This is a Nice and clean location with a parking lot. People are very friendly and helpful. Prices are almost the same in this neighborhood, but the parking is very convenient. Also, they only use your cell number to remember your account, which means there is no paperwork to carry or to take back. Frank & Kim were absolutely wonderful but recently sold the business. Finally moved my cleaning after 26 years to another place. The new owner left a relative behind counter who could barely speak English. He had to call owner to speak to me by cellphone. No kidding. Today,Was going to drop off cleaning when it opened at 8:30am on Saturday. No one there. another waiting to drop off cleaning. He left. I went to another nearby cleaner and dropped off clothes. I needed a patch of company logo sewn on to my coveralls for work. Lady took one look at it and said "oh no no. I can't do this." No explanation. If you have tattoos cover them before you go in--you will be judged. Ended up dropping them off at a place in Anaheim, no questions asked. Both thumbs down! Edit: the place I ended up taking them to said they would open up the pocket at the seams, sew the patch on, then sew the pocket back. I needed a dress shortened and came here. The lady working was so sweet! I dropped it off at 5pm and got a text at 9 the next morning that it was done. Not only were they quick, the lady took the extra fabric left over and made it into a flower for me. She also gave me a bow for free for my daughter. This place is a gem in our community! I found this location last minute before my trip and they kindly accommodated next day pick up and also were able to pick up my dry cleaning from my work down the street from them , even though they normally only do local home pickups. This is a hidden gem for me that I'm excited to review for. A small family owned cleaners in the hills of Yorba Linda. If I ever need anything done I will go to this cleaner and this cleaner only. They are kind, extremely efficient and well priced! I messaged them prior to going in, asking if they could sew a side rocker on my sons vest; Susan got back to me within a few minutes answering all my questions. Professional, quick to reply and so very friendly, which I appreciate immensely. When I was able to go in, the owner Kimberly knew exactly who I was even though it was a couple of days after I was supposed to be there. She and her daughter are the sweetest! After seeing the vest in person, she took her time with me to get the perfect placement and kept her promise of a finish time, which happened to be the very next day. It was perfect! We have been coming here for 7+ years. It's run by a married couple who are always there to provide great service! Kim, one of the owners even gave us a baby gift when I had my second child! My family and I have been using Crystal Cleaners for about 10 years and have had nothing but friendly, courteous and professional service from both Frank and Kim. On one occasion, I had dropped off a load of clothes to dry clean and later in the day realized that I had left some cash in one of my pants pockets. I went back that afternoon and asked Frank if he had found anything that I had left in my pants and he said that he had found some cash in the washing machine but didn't know who's it was. He gave me all of the money that I had left in my pants. I'm not sure a lot of other people would do that.
