This has been my cleaners for years. They take excellent care of my clothing and have a very quick turn-around time. I trust them even with my finer garments. Recently brought in a sweater with some small difficult stains that I didn't think would come out. I even said that it's okay if the spots don't come out, but if they could give it a try. When I picked up the sweater it had zero spots! The shop owner said one of the workers had tried three times to remove the spots. I wasn't even charged extra! The shop owner is super sweet and a gentle soul, and always remembers my name. read more

They are very honest hard working people and do such a great job of learning their regulars names. They are so honest about being able to clean certain stains and have told me they will try or that they are unable to. They have done countless alternations for me as well. read more

If you're going to read a review -- read this one. I've been on a journey to find a good dry cleaners, without paying $5 a shirt. For the price -- you can't beat this place. I've been giving them 15-20 shirts every two weeks and am extremely satisfied. If you scroll down you'll see a guy who complained about his shift being wrinkled after dry-cleaning -- This was the case for me as well 1 time.. and I brought it up to their attention and I have had NO issues ever since. A lot of times in life, you just have to speak up when you're not satisfied and the problems will be fixed. The people below that have bad ratings are most likely people that have written bad ratings on other good establishments as well. This a mom and pop ran store -- have some dignity and respect.. Dropped off my clothing for the first tIme. Staff seemed nice enough. When I went to pick up my dress, there was a huge 4 inch stress tear, which was not there when I dropped it off. They of course denied it and did nothing. Not going back there again. read more

Do NOT waste time/money laundry or dry clean your shirt here unless you don't mind wearing a very wrinkle shirt. I had them clean more than 15 shirts in the last 2 months, and I received them back all wrinkle. I told them they need to button up 1 or 2 more buttons along the shirt (chest and belly area) to keep it from collapsing and I noticed other dry cleaner put one plastic clip on the neck button to keep the collar in shape and they put another clip to hold the sleeves together to keep the sleeves from collapsing and creating wrinkles. I politely told one of the owners there, and her face immediately turned from smiley to dislike, and she reluctantly reworked one shirt for me but the problem is not the ironing, it is the way they fold and hang the shirts. She won't listen and she refused to rework my other shirts. She said it's gonna be less wrinkle if I put it on. Well, here is the picture, and I have over 10 shirts like this. Sigh... I have to spend another $20 somewhere else to re-wash/re-iron all these shirts. Very disappointed by their service, lack of patience/care to customer. Attached photo is a common issue among all the shirts I have received back from them. You can be the judge if I am an over-demanding customer or they simply don't know how to take care of shirts. They do know how to wash and iron pants, but I won't go back there since I really want my shirts well done. Great professional and courteous staff. I rarely use dry cleaning....but I had some suits to get cleaned. There was a coupon and this place is right down the street from where I live so I came over. This is a great Korean Family owned cleaners from the looks of it. Fluent in English and gave a very quick timeline on getting my suit cleaned. I missed my pickup time on Saturday but tried to come in on Sunday but they were closed. (hint) It might be best not to come on Sunday. lol Will definately be back. read more

I have never had a problem with my clothing at a dry cleaners as bad as I have at this one. I picked up my dress and my boyfriends clothing, now my dress did come back looking great but my boyfriend's clothing came back awful. It was as if they had never worked with a piece of men's clothing. My boyfriends tie came back completely wrinkled and his solid purple dress shirt came back with grey markings all over it and completely wrinkled. As soon as we finished inspecting all of our garments we decided we will NOT be going back to this location. We'll just find another place to go even if it is further away. read more

Canyon Cleaners is one of my favorite cleaners I have taken my clothes to. Not only do they do dry cleaning, but they also do small alterations and shoe cleaning as well! The staff are very friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile. What's really impressive is that I don't even have to show them my receipt because they already know my number! I have not had any issues with my clothes getting cleaned and pressed by this team of professionals. I also love the location because it's between the car wash and Starbucks! Absolutely the worst possible customer service! Somehow one of my dress shirts had a stain that was not present when my shirt was dropped off for laundering. At no time when I picked up the shirt did any employee indicate that there was a stain or that they attempted to treat it. When I was putting on the shirt earlier this week, I noticed the stain. I attempted to discuss this situation with the owner today, but was told that they do not have time to remember all of the stains that they treat on their customers' garments. Miraculously, the owner today claimed that she recalled this stain when laundering my shirt and that she personally tried to treat it. When I questioned her on this issue, she yelled that because I did not trust her, then she was terminating my service requests. How can I trust this business when they damage my clothes and dont take I will gladly drive further and past this place for my dry cleaning needs. At least I will know that my garments wont get damaged any further by their shoddy services! To think that this is the way a longstanding, six year customer is treated is ridiculous! read more

Canyon Cleaners does a great job in getting stains out of suits, I thought were permanently ruined. Their dry cleaning and starching of my shirts is also always done perfectly. Prices are extremely reasonable for cleaning (they often give you a 42% discount without even asking), and they always provide service with a smile. I have yet to have them complete any alterations on any new suits, but am going to have them take a look next week. read more

My suit jacket had a stain on its lapel the size of a quarter. I took it to Canyon Cleaners and pointed out the stain. A few days later I come to pick up my jacket. On my way to the car I take the plastic foil off to take a look at the lapel. Not only was the stain still there, it was bigger than before and covered 1/3 of the left sleeve. The fabric on the lapel and left sleeve had become completely abrasive and stiff. I went back in, to show this to the lady at the front desk. I didn't even get the chance to speak, she apparently knew what happened and without taking a further look started yelling at me, as if I made a mistake. I was trying to have a respectful conversation but she just yelled at me in broken English and turned away. End of discussion. Rude and unprofessional. If you have high quality clothing that you would like to keep in good condition I do not recommend Canyon Cleaners. read more

Like others I got the 'bait and switch' pulled on me. Brought in all dress shirts... so were one price, some were another. Not priced as advertised outside. Was told "next time you get that price." Will be calling weights and measures; hopefully a nice fine and a large notice on their door will show their unethical business practices. 5 out of 6 shirts were ok, 1 shirt had a dark mark on left breast, was forced to wear a jacket to cover it. Anyway I got 1 suit jacket and 8 dress shirts dry cleaned...after coupon the total price was just shy of $10. Super friendly staff, with great quality. They close at 7. I've been using Canyon Cleaners since August 2013. I dry clean all of my work clothes, so I've been there just about every week. I haven't had a single problem since I started using them. No missing items, slacks are always pressed, nothing is laundered that should be dry cleaned, and everything has always been ready when they've said it would be. Their prices are low, their standard turnaround time is very fast (no more than two business days as far as I can remember), and everyone is very friendly. I wish they were open on Sunday, but I suppose everyone deserves a day off! read more

Went here since they opened but they started jacking up prices on men's medium size 15.5 dress shirts saying they needed to be done by hand because too small for machine which I found to be a crock as several other dry cleaners had no problem. Then they quoted me on a bunch of shirts but overcharged me when I picked up and paid later, taking no responsibility for their misquote let alone at least even offering an apology. They seem good until you have a problem then they show their nastiness and true lack of concern for customers or any professionalism. Now I go to East Hills Cleaners, very cool owner that cares with good results and very reasonable prices. read more

First time here. They take credit cards! I was greeted with a smile! When I presented my one item, a huge comforter with lovely stains (I explained that my daughter vomited on it.) He graciously explained that there would be an extra charge to try to remove them. While polite about it, I know it's gross. I expected an extra $10-15. Instead it was only $5 more. And he gave me a published discount, which I didn't know about or ask for. When I returned 2 days later, there were friendly faces all around. And yes, they got the stains out. My husband is a huge dry cleaning supporter. We bring all of his work shirts, pants and suits. The price is really reasonable and they do a good job in pressing his clothes. I don't really like bringing delicate or heavily stained items here, because I don't think they do the best job in that stuff. However, no complaints on their pressing services. read more

I have been using Canyon Cleaners since they've opened shop here years ago. I take a large load of shirts every couple of weeks. Unlike some other commenters, I have never had stains appear on my dress shirts or had them returned to me wrinkled. The thing I appreciate the most about this business is the fact that it is family owned which provides for consistent and very friendly service. With respect to pricing, they do charge different fees for laundry vs. dry cleaning. You can specify what you'd prefer so you know the price to expect when picking up. You can also pre-pay, of course. I used to take my clothes to the dry cleaners next to Pavillions but stopped going there because they kept breaking my shirt buttons and they had an ever-changing stream of kids working there. read more

I just recently moved back to this area and needed a shirt launderd for a job interview i had. Walked in with a coupon, she took my number and gave me the receipt and coupon back quickly. I noticed instead of 1.25 like the coupon said i was charged 2.40. I asked why, she said she rang it in wrong and noted when i picked it up it would be laundreed only and 1.25. So it was ready today, i go to pick it up at 6:20 and she tries charging 2.40. So i said tot he same lady why when i gave you this coupon you charged me that instead of what i wanted. " well sometime it special shirt,." i said no its a white dress shirt made of cotton." well maybe small" ok im tiny but no smaller then the average 20's man so that wasnt it. So she then says when i tell her i wont pay, that she wont give me my shirt, i told her i wanted to pay 1.25 i dont care what you did to it thats not my fault. She starts telling me we be here 11 year never a problem(i find that HARD to believe in ANY business) so i told her shes trying to rip me off, and she sayis its ONLY a DOLLAR. Right its only a dollar so to lose my business and my familys buisness over a doller you want to risk that. she said she doesnt care. i then told her you probably take in 5000 pieces a month. thats 5,000 dollars a month in your pocket, multiply that by 12 months and youve got an extra 60K in your pocket. Ill never go back, ill never put a dime in that place again. I know people around this area are RICH, Bentleys, BMW, Mercedes, but im not one of those people. and will take my business down to the target center and the dry cleaner there, which not only told me the prices BUT explained dry cleaned and laundered to me and what the process was without me even asking her. read more

I came in and asked about pricing for laundry services and was told $1.25 for shirts and $2.00 for blouses. When I came in with my laundry they wanted to charge me $2.00 per shirt and $3.00 per blouse. When I asked about the price they said I was wrong and when I told them that they were the ones who gave me those prices, they changed their story and said that my clothes couldn't be laundered because they would tear so they have to do the more expensive dry cleaning. I find that really strange considered I've been getting all of those clothes laundered at another cleaners for years and they're in great shape. The only reason I came here was because of the prices they quoted me and after their bait-and-switch I plan on taking my business somewhere they don't lie to their customers to try and make more money. read more
