We recently moved to the area and visited this cleaner for the first time. In today's high-cost times, we were so happy to find a place that offers affordable, clean, and quality service. Although we arrived a bit late -- close to their 6 PM closing time -- the owner was very kind and accommodating. I also had a dress altered for an event, and it turned out perfectly! I've been coming here for the past 12 years. The previous owner (incredible woman) sold it to another lady and her husband. I dropped off my brand new pair of Paige Jean $190...asked to have them tailored with the original hem (the lady could barely understand what I was asking - should have been a sign)..but trusted the business because of the previous owner. I got the pants back and not only were they still about 5in too long, the original hem was t used. The lady was incredulous, Belligerently unhelpful. Wouldn't refund anything, and had no explanation as to why much less "I'm sorry." Needless to say...I'm no linger a customer. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. read more

These ladies are courteous and respectful of my garments and household items. Their service includes garment alterations. They are always prompt with their services. I never have to wait more than 3-4 days to get my goods returned. Pricing is just the same, sometimes less than other area cleaning businesses. read more

My wife took a black sweater to this cleaners and dropped off a black sweater with small silver dots on front. She picked it up three days later and when she got home, she discovered that it was the wrong sweater. It was black but had no design in front. Also it was much smaller than hers. She took it back and the owner said it was the right one and after much arguing she asked for a refund 45.00 or the right sweater . The owner was rude and she wouldn't refund any money. I have used this place several times now and I've never had an issue with their services up until last week when I dropped off a dress shirt I literally wore once. When I dropped off the shirt I asked the attendant about their method of cleaning and I pointed out a small juice stain on the chest area. She explained that it would be no problem cleaning the shirt there. I returned a week later and was literally handed a completely ruined shirt by the same attendant. She explained that there was a problem during cleaning process and that I would have to speak with the owner. She refused to give me my shirt although my bill was paid in full. I spoke with the owner the following day and she told me that my shirt possessed a dye that tends to bleed therefore; it should not have been dry cleaned. I pointed out that her employee assured me it would ok to dry clean there. The owner literally laughed at told me that I would have to bring my shirt back to the store where i purchased it and request a refund. I explained that her business ruined my shirt and she asked me how I wanted to resolve the issue. I showed my receipt for the shirt ($83) and asked that she compensate me with services equaling the purchase price. The owner said she would give me a $40 maximum cleaning credit on my next dry cleaning visit but she would have to keep my shirt that was ruined. I refused her lousy deal and demanded my shirt, which she ultimately returned to me. The owners attitude was arrogant and she gave zero fucks about the situation. read more

It is consistent with the service and we trust the work. The prices has definitely gone up over the years but it has earned our business. read more

Ruined my couch. Brought 11 pieces of my couch slip covers in to get cleaned. They didn't know what to charge so called me the next day and said $250, when asked why they were nearly double all other quotes they said "what would you like to pay?" I told them I had 3 other quotes for $150 and they matched the price ( $13 a cover and half were pillow covers). Picked up and brought home to put back on the couch today. They now have a yellow discoloration, stains on them, and look like they are in worse condition. Called them up to let them know my concerns, they asked for me to bring them down to take a look. After showing them the additional stains, and terrible condition she said "we can't clean them". I said, I can see you didn't clean them, you ruined them! You made them worse! She had zero response for me. $150 later and I now have to take them somewhere else praying they can fix the damage this place did. I've got a bright white couch and maintain it meticulously, I know every single smudge that has ever happened in its 6 month life. This place has some of the best pricing in town. They also often have coupons in local mailers with up to $5 off an order. Totally worth it. Dry Cleaning: Inexpensive. I always get light starch on my garments but they come out pretty heavily starched. Down Comforter: My dog knocked a soda over onto my queen sized overstuffed down comforter and I was a wreck at the thought of the cost to have it cleaned. It was only $30 but they took a week longer than they said they would. I went back each day when they told me it would be ready tomorrow. Evening Wear/Beaded: I took a designer gown to be cleaned and while the cleaning was done well and at a decent rate they did not hang it properly and caused one of the beaded straps to break. They managed to "repair" it well enough for me to wear once more but I am no longer able to wear it. Tailoring: The tailoring isn't great, but I needed the waist taken in on some slacks in a hurry. It was done in a day, but I would not make it a regular thing to have my clothes altered there. Leather: I take my suede and leather shoes, purses and coats here to be refreshed. They manage to get most of the stains out and I don't have any complaints. Again the price is the biggest selling point here. read more

Great place to go to get your clothes drycleaned and for alterations. Not only is it eco-friendly, the prices are unbeatable compared to other drycleaners I've been to before. The service is fast, friendly, and exceptional. I am definitely satisfied with the result of my clothes after it's been cared for. I loathe having to knock a star and a half off a business, but I nearly got a scare when I walked out of FAC with a return slip with another customer's name printed across the top -- and a pick-up date later than my request. Those don't seem like egregious errors, but when a work uniform is involved in the cleaning process, you can't easily afford losing yours to another customer. I drove back to FAC, explained the errors to the cashier staff and asked for one to print a replacement return slip -- one that includes my own name and my requested pickup date. The FAC staffers were clearly friendly with me and apologetic about the mistakes, but I'm concerned that they may not realize that lost clothing is a deal breaker for customers 99 percent of the time. We've been customers of this business for many years--despite ownership changes, the service has been efficient and affordable. Unfortunately we've had two very bad experiences recently. They absolutely ruined my husband's expensive suit pants--don't ever use them for alterations--and, while acknowledging the bad job, they offered no apology or compensation. Then I took some sheets for washing--our washer broke. The price they quoted was $55 for laundering 1 sheet set. I was shocked and walked out. You could buy a new set of sheets for that price! The worst part is the lady saying the price was fine. Not sure what happening over there, but the quality and service are now very inconsistent. read more

I would not recommend this place. They damaged a shirt beyond repair and instead of making it right they lost a customer for life. They obviously do not understand the lifetime value of a customer. I asked for a $25 credit against future orders and they said no because I did not return the shirt within 24 hours. I typically don't inspect my shirt underneath the plastic wrap until it comes time to wear it next. When I saw that it had holes on the shirt I brought it back to their attention -they stuck to their 24 hour policy but failed to understand the impact they made -very short sighted! read more

I've been going to these cleaners for a few years now and I took in a pair of white slacks from black and white store which were pretty expensive about $170 pair of slacks when I tried to pick them up a few weeks ago they had yellow marks all over like a highlighter pen and I said these are not my marks and they went and cleaned them three more times over the last few weeks today I tried to pick them up again and still those yellow marks were all over the pants she tried to blame them on me and at the end result is that I have a pair of ruined pants and she did not take any responsibility read more

been a customer here for over 20 years through a couple of different owners. The pricing has always been great and the cleaning average. Had a pair of pants hemmed some month or two ago and just yesterday went to put them on for the first time and discovered the stitching in the hems was unraveling. Brought the pants and a load of cleaning to the store today and was told they would have to charge me to fix the stitching as it was originally performed more than 24 hours ago.
